Great!

Very nice small resort with very friendly and hospitable staff in a quiet area not far from the centre of Alona. The room was very clean and with everything you may need. Very affordable price. Enjoyed!

It can be probably a bit challenging for older people to walk there when dark. Its a bit bumpy, Philippino style:] I didnt mind at all. Thank you guys!

Decent place to stay

The room and outside area was lovely. The staff were helpful even making me a very early breakfast for a trip I had planned. The shower was cold but they had a warm communal one if you wanted. Free water

Location was a quite a walk to the main area especially in the dark with not great lighting. A scooter is a must. The road is basic to the apartment compared to the surrounding area so very bumpy and potholes. There were some ants in the room.

Hôtel calme et agréable et personnel adorable

C’était un séjour absolument parfait ! Comme l’hôtel est en retrait du centre (qui reste à 10 minutes à pied), c’est très calme et paisible. Les chambres sont agréables et bien agencées. L’espace terrasse est super, notamment pour prendre un petit café ou thé (à disposition). Le personnel est adorable, aux petits soins. Rien à redire, c’était génial, merci pour tout !

Sehr positiv überrascht für den Preis

Die Lage war super!! In 10 Minuten konnten wir zu Fuß die Hauptstraße erreichen, an der zahlreiche Restaurants liegen. Der Strand ist dann weitere 5 Minuten von der Hauptstraße entfernt. Für den günstigen Preis haben wir ein Zimmer mit privatem Badezimmer bekommen, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Obwohl die Hauptstraße so in der Nähe liegt haben wir davon nichts mitbekommen und konnten ungestört schlafen. Dazu gab es jeden Tag kostenlos Trinkwasser, Geschirr und heißes Wasser für z.B. Tee.

I liked absolutely everything! These people made my 5 days stay unforgettable! I felt special and at home. The service of the apartments was the highest. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. If you want to go on an excursion or you don't know how to get there, they will tell you everything, make a reservation or take you there. I will definitely come back here again!

Extremely kind, friendly, welcoming and heartedly host

Super kind and friendly host, they treat you like family, they take extra mile to make your stay comfy and fulfill any desires. They are extremely helpful, respectful. Host made best buko-juice in the world and she made our day more than once. its very peaceful, you will sleep very good. Dont look further, you will enjoy your stay.

Good place for its price.

I like that it’s at a good price. The area is very quiet and it has all the amenities I need. It’s a great place for people who want to save money while also wanting to stay in a cozy and clean place.

The road towards the property is not that good.

Everything I like the Apartment or even the mud road but still manageable. All staffs are awesome and even the onwer are helpful and accommodating. Feels like home and eveyrthing are accessible.

A double bed in a cool but basic room (would pay ₱500 a night but nothing more)

Decent-sized room. Clean upon arrival. Drinking water dispenser.

No hot water. Cold water smelt of sewage. Poor communication. Access road was apalling, be careful of punctures. Communal hot water shower smelly.

Superb

Amazing staff - did our laundry, booked us a car to the port, shared their fresh papaya with us. Free coffee and bananas provided. Room was big and very comfortable. Good hot shower. Would highly recommend.

Location was a bit of out town so nice and quiet, but a bit of a walk and the road was not safe to ride the scooter on after the rain.

A hidden gem

This place is incredible value for money! The apartments are really clean & well kept. The owners are so kind, welcoming & helpful. They arranged tuk tuks for us & did our laundry as soon as we arrived. There are many nice touches eg free drinking water, hot water, tea/coffee, fruit from their own garden. The garden area is lovely to sit with a morning coffee. Really recommend this hidden gem

There is talk of the sketchy path to get there, but it’s really not that bad. Maybe a 5 min walk to the street & is also reasonably lit up at night. Definitely wouldn’t put me off staying there, it’s quite nice that it’s a little out of the busy Alona beach.

Very good value for money

Hosts are very nice, room was comfortable and clean. The water pressure was really good and the aircon as well. Breakfast for an extra was delicious. The hosts help you with transfers and motorbike hiring which is really helpful. Its like a 5/7 min walk from main street where all tours depart and close to Alona Beach.

We got a power cut one of the nights and it was extremely hot. The road to the hotel is not really a road, its more like a roller coaster if you have a motorbike, but nothing imposible really.

Amazing, good value for money.

The staff are really friendly! Soon as we arrived we asked if we could stay another 2 nights and was no issues. Really clean and good value for money. Free tea, coffee and bananas can help yourself.

The location is a-bit out the way which we knew but for the price can’t complain, it’s about 20 min walk to the beach but down some backroads, so really dark at night

definitely rwcommend for any backpacker at alona beach

its great value for money. the location is excellent and the staff are brilliant, so nice. they rent motorbikes for good rates here too. we stayed extra nights because they were such good value.

not much. its basic enough, shared toilet etc, but you get good value for your money here.

Great spot to unwind,away from the busy streets of panglao but just minutes away to the famous Alona beach.

Cleanliness at its best!well maintained garden.

Could have been better if our room had a television, but overall it was a great stay!Will definitely be back😊

Good

Very good room size. Hot water in the shower. Staff were very friendly. Free water refills available. Our room had water dispenser. Laundry service and they will organise a scooter for you.

The road to access the property is very poor so it makes a challenging drive. At night it is very dark so make sure you have a torch/ use your phone torch.

Pleasant

The apartment was spacious, clean, and nice. The bed could’ve had another sheet or blanket, as it wasn’t enough for 2 people to share.

The location was bad. While technically close to Alona beach, you have to drive down the muddiest and rockiest dirt road for a while. Walking it would’ve taken at least 20 minutes, but unless you’re a skilled motorbike driver, it’s dangerous.

Nice room, lovely staff. Felt at home from moment we arrived

Due to heavy rains, muddy slippery dirt track to the property. This was overcome by getting a trike out and back of a night time.

WORTH MORE THAN THE BOOKING PRICE!!

It is an apartment type of accommodation — complete kitchen with stove and utensils, comfortable bed, consistent temp of the hot shower, with TV and wifi! The staff are all smiling and very accommodating.

Just a bumpy travel going to the place but manageable with motorbike if you can drive one. Close to Alona Beach.
