it has good parking space
they service was slow and on arrival our room was dusty and floor with particles

The pillows are cast from concrete; beware…..please change or add soft pillow options. Arrived late. Couldn’t request other pillows. Suffered

Food was not good and also they need to have some spare Table fans for the clients who are not comfortable with bit hot weather.

Good location, some of the best staff I’ve experienced in hotels in Kenya. As a vegetarian, there wasn’t a standard meal I could eat so they prepared something especially for me - very impressed.
No hot water on either day of my stay.
The rooms have no soundproofing at all so other guests who were noisy at night do disturb.
Overall though, a nice location and great value for money.

It was nice and clean, and out of town in a nice setting. The price was fair.
Water ran out and couldn't flush the toilet in the morning. The windows rattled a lot. The chemicals they use for disinfecting the rooms had a very strong odour. They food was OK, but there was no menu - odd!

Space and state of the rooms,the other staff are very good
I was charged higher than quoted at the exchange rate higher than the normal market rate of 110,
And the new manager could not listen to us ,he needs to work on his public relationship skills

Stayed for two days. Very clean, bed very comfortable, food very good and affordable.
Only one problem, no hot shower water on the 2nd day. We only got hot water once on the night we checked in. Management claimed the kitchen must have used all the hot water. So it was difficult surviving with a child in that situation. Otherwise, everything else was 100%
