First time to OIB. Loved the area and the condo. The condo was great for me and my husband. Loved the kitchen!! Definitely quiet and relaxing.

This property was perfectly sized, simple, tasteful and cozy. It had everything we needed and we loved the location. Got our steps in with 3 flights of stairs, but had a view over the dune of the beach and ocean. The beach was just beautiful with wide sand. It’s an easy walk from condo to the pool to the beach via a boardwalk. I recommend walking down the beach to the end of the island, as there are great views of the inlet between Ocean Isle and Bird Island and the sunrise and sunsets were spectacular. The condo furnishings were cute and colorful, although a bit soiled. The cleaning company is definitely dropping the ball, with lots of dust on baseboards and under furniture. The door to the balcony off the front bedroom allowed us to fall asleep listening to the ocean waves. The balcony afforded a beautiful view of the ocean and pool, although the outdoor metal chairs were rusted and needed replaced. Overall, we very much enjoyed the property.

This condo put me in my happy place. My family and I were sad to leave and it felt like we were at home. The condo was clean and cozy. The view of the beach from the master bedroom and balcony were amazing and tranquil. Accessing the beach was simple and easy. Ample parking and everything in the condo was updated/renovated. I will definitely be coming back next year.

This unit is well located with pool and beach and balcony view right where you need them, especially when you are as lucky as we were with the weather. After speedy and courteous help on Day 1 from property manager to locate our supply of sheets/towels and to understand the TV working, everything worked just fine, including all the excellent kitchen appliances. We would come again.

Great condo for small family looking for good view of beach and easy access to beach. Quieter side of island with lots of space on the beach to sit out. Well stocked kitchen with lots of pots and pan. Nice wine glasses as well. Random note for the ladies - bring a hairdryer if you use one. Also bring your own ice.

Everything was convenient and clean. House was extremely pretty and well maintained. All appliances, dishes, cups, pans & silverware seemed new and in amazing condition. Easy to get to beach & pool was nice.

Hostess responded quickly and was accommodating. Condo was well stocked. Needs a thorough cleaning and freshening up.

I came with my family, including a 5 year old and a 10 month old. We enjoyed our stay very much, with all the comforts available that we would expect from our own house, including ways to keep the kids entertained when we had to stay in. It was chilly during our stay and off-peak, but the beach was quiet, very clean, barely any shells, no moss or rocks, and our 10 month old had a blast crawling around on the hard parts of the sand. The kitchen is top of the line and amazing, no expense spared in the recent renovation. Short (5 min) drive to food, groceries and entertainment. Host communication was excellent and prompt. Will definitely come back!!

We stayed here mid August for a family vacation with my 4 mo old and my 5 yr old. There was plenty of space for us to spread out, store ALL the baby things one must travel with and still have room to move about without tripping over one another. My daughter especially loved the bright colorful decor. The condo was well kept and we had no issues while there. The owner checked in with us to make sure everything was going well while we were there. The complex itself was pretty quiet and parking wasn't too big of an issue. Loved having the oceanfront condo because my son was terrified of the Pelicans and the seagulls so honestly I spent most of my time watching my husband and older kid from the balcony or living room. We would love to come back and stay again. Apologies for the delayed review.... kids!

Our family enjoyed this property very much. It was our first trip to OIB and would definitely come back. Condo is situated right on the beach. The listing pictures do this one justice.

The unit is beautiful and Kelly is a great property owner. This unit is perfect for any vacation. The view is amazing, the pool is great! We had everything we could need at our fingertips. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Not too much or little to prepare meals. This was an overflow property for us to house our family that could not be comfortably accommodated in a large beach house a few doors down. We were able to cook big breakfasts and have everybody stop by and I was able to cook dinner for 20 and bring it to the larger house to serve. There was also a comfortable space for us to work remotely when necessary.
