We are a couple that chose the property for proximity to surfable waves. Loved the kitchen for cooking our own meals and patio with ocean views. Nancy really went above and beyond to make us feel at home during our stay. Much better experience than staying at a hotel/resort!

What a wonderful vacation! This was a quick last minute getaway for just me and 2 of my children. Nancy's condo was just perfect for us and the location was amazing. Easy walking distance from restaurants, groceries and delicious ice cream! We had a wonderful time just hanging out on the beach and then the pool when we got a little too warm. This was our first time in San Jose del Cabo and we will definately be back. The weather is absolutely perfect - no humidity, warm during the day, cool at night! We didn't even need the air conditioner because the breeze from the ocean and the fans were enough. Nancy was a wonderful host, very available and informative. I was nervous about finding a place to get a Covid test to return to the states, but that turned out to be an easy process to complete. Thanks for a great stay!

Love this condo. Suits our needs. Great location. Second time renting here. Had to cut our trip short this year because of Covid19, but we were refunded for the days we did not stay.

Our three week trip to San Jose del Cabo was amazing. The condo was perfect for our stay, being well equipped and comfortable. Nancy ensured that any questions were clearly answered and was kind enough to offer suggestions for restaurants, activities and excursions. We truly felt at home during our stay. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for making our stay so fabulous!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a great location on a beautiful beach. Close to the town of San Jose del Cabo and only a short 20 minute drive to Cabo San Lucas. You are close to the all-inclusive property's pool, but we didn't find it to be intrusive. The photos are accurate as far as view and of the condo itself. The condo is stocked with all of the necessities to cook meals in and to enjoy a day in the condo or on the beach. The bed is a bit firm for our taste, but not unreasonable. Security at the complex is excellent and is very pleasant, but not at all over-bearing. Nancy is responsive to any needs or requests and supplies a lot of information about restaurants, etc. One restaurant that I would definitely add to her list is right up the hill (within walking distance) of the condo. Cantina Sardina is excellent and priced properly. They do only take cash so be prepared. The only real issue we had was there are few small maintenance items that work, but for just a few dollars and a little time could be repaired for good, instead "fixed for now". Nothing that should concern someone renting this place. We would gladly return to this condo.

Nancy's condo is well appointed, beautifully furnished, well stocked with all your basic cooking needs and is in a great location - pretty white sand beach and beautifully landscaped grounds with two nice pools. You cannot beat this as a great place to stay!

We’ve rented many condos over the years, some better than others. Nancy’s condo was just what we were looking for, was well stocked and super clean and Nancy was an outstanding host.

Condo was clean, had everything, right on the beach, and is a short drive to historic San Jose Del Cabo, many great restaurants, other beaches, etc.

Great one bedroom condo with a great view. Close to shopping and many resteraunts. Stocked with everything you need for a great vacation.

The location is good if you don’t have a car. You can walk into town or take the bus which is easy and inexpensive. The only drawback of the location is the proximity to the pool of the all inclusive right next door. It is lovely and quiet in the morning but very noisy at night. We would have to shut the doors and put on the air conditioner to block out the noise. The beach is beautiful for walking and we met lots of friendly people there. The weather was perfect and one day we took a day trip to Cabo Pulmo up the coast to go snorkeling and kayaking. Would recommend that excursion. Enjoyed Mama Mia for dinner the first night, very close by. Also had a lovely dinner at La Vaca Tinta, a restaurant near the Art District with an interior outdoor courtyard. The food was delicious and service outstanding. Thanks Nancy for a great stay!

We loved staying at Nancy's condo, with a double water view--beach and pool. Although the pool you view from her double long balcony (which opens to both the bedroom and the living room) can get a little busy and sometimes loud, La Jolla's two pools are steps away. As soon as you step beyond the corner of the building, you have a beautiful and quiet pool, warmed to the perfect temperature for an easy in to swim laps or just relax. Walk a few more steps and La Jolla's other pool is there with easy access out onto the beach where you'll see a few palapas to provide shade to whomever claims them first, and plenty of beach loungers to place wherever you please. Nancy provides everything you need, including easy keyless coded entry, lots of information about the resort and the condo, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, body boards, snorkel gear, and a great collection of classic DVD's and CD's. She's very responsive to any questions you have, even when traveling herself. We loved being there and would be happy to go back.

For anyone who is on the fence about booking here, don’t be. You need to go here! Nancy is a dream to deal with. She is so down to earth and quick to respond with any questions you may have. This condo is perfectly situated close enough to any needs a guest may have. From restaurants to shopping to beach walks, etc. it is an 18 minute walk to the grocery store, or a two minute walk to a convenience store for any items you may run out of and don’t need to do a big grocery run. Renting a car is super simple, not cheap, but really easy. There are numerous restaurants within a few minutes walk and they are fabulous! The shrimp tacos at Sardina Cantina and La Salsa’s are to die for! We stayed for six weeks from Jan 5- Feb 16, 2019 and we didn’t even turn the air conditioning on. The condo is built in such a way that the air flow with the balcony doors open combined with the ceiling fans keeps the temperature at a most comfortable level. You can also hear and watch the ocean waves crashing on the shoreline. The condo is very well stocked. You will only need to buy your groceries. There are lots of spices and condiments, etc. We are super glad we booked here. So relaxing and the sunrises were spectacular! The second floor balcony was our happy place in the mornings having coffee and watching the sun come up. Just do it! We are coming back next year for two months! We are the owners of the La Jolla condo, and come down twice a year to do general maintenance and upkeep...but most of all to put our feet in the sand, take long walks, enjoy fantastic food, swim in the pool and ocean, and relax! We have been owners for over 12 years and take a lot of pride in our place. We love Los Cabos.

Overall we were so very happy. Nancy provided a wonderful condo that is just seconds to the beach with 2 wonderful pools. The ocean was so wonderful to hear at night and everything you need really was in walking distance! We don't really go to the same place twice, but this would be somewhere that feels like home! We were unaware that the resort like pool in the initial pictures and viewed from the deck (with the swim up bar) was not a part of the accommodations. That pool belongs to the resort next door (Krystal) and you can purchase a day pass ~ but really not necessary as the two pools in La Jolla offer just what you need and the cabanas on the beach work just fine for a nice ocean view while reading a book. We were amazed at how empty the beaches were and there is very little "vendor traffic". We went into Cabo San Lucas one day and wish we had gone into Cabo San Jose instead...might have been a lovelier time :)...with less crowds? We had an amazing dinner at a Lovely 5 star hidden gem of a restaurant called Lugareno...close to the Mego store and within walking distance...HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks again for a lovely opportunity to experience down south!

Everyone we met was so nice and accomodating. Nancy's home is absolutely immaculate and the decor was so quaint and inviting. I was able to keep my OCD at bey because there was nothing to clean. I focused on unpacking and putting my clothes away then making a b-line to the pool then the beach. The view of the beach from the patio is mesmerizing and leads to thoughts of being whisked away on a tropical journey. But dreaming is not necessary when you are in paradise. We only left for food and the occasional outing. Now that I am back home, I miss the tranquility and calm. I don't want to be at work - I want to be back in San Jose. Trust that I will be booking again with Nancy. Thank you Nancy for everything. Venita & Jerome

This condo is perfectly located, within walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. The pool is just around the building and the beach is just a few steps away. The view from the bedroom and living room is absolutely gorgeous. It is beautifully decorated. There were only two of us but I could see how four could easily enjoy their stay in this condo. It is fully equipped with everything you will need. The owner responded quickly to my emails. She gave detailed suggestions and directions. We would definitely book this place again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy's condo. It has a great view to the ocean from both the living room and the bedroom, since the patio goes across both. Nancy has the condo fully equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay - all appliances and utensils in the kitchen, lots of toiletries and hair dryer in the bathroom, and many welcome beach toys! The view and sound of the waves is just wonderful! We took many long walks on the beautiful beach, enjoying the surfers and other people watching. Can't wait to return!

Fantastic pool and friendly complex with a view of the ocean. It is close to grocery stores and several beaches. If you have never driven in the area just go with the flow and take turns.
