Gorgeous and spacious Gulf front living at Starboard Village on Pensacola Beach! The only unit with a private entrance makes this beach condo unique and convenient! Only 14 steps from ground to the front door of your dream vacation condo. This unit features an open floor plan with a breath-taking focal point of windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Custom kitchen and bathrooms are a must see to appreciate the love and care the owners put into this family beach retreat. In Starboard Village - Unit 212. This one-level condominium includes a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a sizeable balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom offers a queen bed with balcony access where you can enjoy hearing the waves from bed! The second bedroom has a queen bed with a queen size murphy style bed that contains a memory foam mattress. A laundry closet with washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. Please let us know if you have young children and need any additional gear (pack-n-play, high chair, etc.) - we have it! The unit comfortably sleeps 6 and includes parking for 2 vehicles; a one car garage located directly next to the stairway entrance and an additional outdoor parking space. This picturesque and charming condo is located in Starboard Village, a small complex directly on Pensacola Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. A swimming pool with sun deck is another great feature all family members will get to enjoy. The condo is stocked and ready with four beach chairs, an umbrella, electric grill, bicycles, and beach toys available for our guests. We try to have everything our family and yours would need for the perfect beach getaway! ***Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday 5/26/18 thru 9/07/2018. Please contact us for possible exceptions dependent on availability. Blue Angels week will end on Sunday 7/15. *** Please Note: Minimum age requirement is 25 years old and he/she must physically occupy the Unit for the entire time of the reservation. Maximum number of guests is six (exceptions can be made for babies and very young children if requested.) Please contact us if you have any questions about our policies.

We visited Florida every year over 15 years and first time we got this awesome condo directly on beach,condo was excellent,absolutely no problems,it was like our home,everything in kitchen, everything in our bedrooms and bathrooms,parking lot,garage.in garage we use bikes and rides,it’s awesome,condo very clean,we think definitely came back and stay another time.Pensacola beach awesome,a lot of fun,great beach and restaurants,we spent very good time,we recommend this place for everyone.thank you Linda

We were very happy with this rental! It was clean and well stocked to provide a comfortable place to vacation. The owners were very kind and even let us check-in early when the condo was ready before our check-in time. It is just a few steps from the beach, and you can see the ocean from the balcony. The living area was large which was nice for our family. We would stay here again, happily! Highly recommend.

Great condo! Spacious open floor plan. Bedrooms feel private and roomy. Traveled with our children and parents, plenty of space for all, and the private entrance with only one flight of stairs was convenient and easily accessible. The only thing I didn't like, was having to leave! Would love to return someday!

We had an amazing week at Starboard Village #212. The veiw from the balcony was perfect. We saw dolphins during the day and enjoyed listening to the sounds of the waves crashing in the Gulf at night. The condo is beautiful and spacious. This the most well stocked vacation rental that we ever seen. It was so great to have all of the kitchen items, games, beach chairs and bikes. Linda and George were super helpful during the entire process of booking, checking in and checking out. We would highly recommend this property! Everything was perfect.

The condo is stunning. The views to the beach are heavenly. The furnishings are plentiful and oh so comfortable. The kitchen is large and stocked with everything anyone could possibly need. It’s 2 minutes from the door to the snow white sand on the beach. There isn’t anything else to wish for. Linda and George were awesome hosts and I can’t wait to go back.

Hands down one of the nicest places we have stayed. Decor was wonderful. Everything you could need was in the kitchen. Not having to haul my own beach chair and umbrella’s was awesome. All provided. Leaving everything in the securely enclosed garage each night was great. Linda checked in with us to make sure all was good. Just love this area and the smaller crowds. We will be back for sure.

Condo was outstanding! Everything we would have ever needed was available. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. Owners are super nice and very responsive. Location is great and beach is absolutely beautiful. Construction was going on which made parking a little confusing, but workers were discreet and pleasant. Wonderful experience for out first time in Pensacola, and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our condo, actually hope to be able to rent it again in the future. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom is noisy and I wish there was a swiffer.

This is a wonderful property situated on the most beautiful beach! The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped for our family of six, including a toddler. The owners were so accommodating and returned messages right away. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Pensacola Beach Vacation!
This condo is amazing! The pictures are 100% accurate! Myself and my 5 siblings have been coming to Pensacola Beach for 30 years. We always book condos at Starboard Village. Started out renting 3 condos, this time we had 8 rentals to accomodate us, our kids and grandkids. My wife, my daughter and her family stayed in this unit(6 of us). This was the nicest condo we have had here at Starboard Village. It is amazing and the hosts are great. Linda contacted us several times during the stay to check up on us. Had rain for several days but we stayed in and played games that were provided, scrabble, LCR, UNO. We all had a grand time. We will definitely be back to stay in this unit! Tried to figure a=out how I could take the shower in the master bath with me! LOL

We had not one complaint and sitting on the balcony every morning with coffee and afternoon with cold drink is not to be missed. We will be back!
Also, this was our first time to Pensacola Beach and the Beach, town, restaurants are Fantastic. Water is crystal blue, clean and the white sand is unbelievable. Beaches at property is uncrowded, we often had no one within 50 feet of us.

Perfect beach rental
The location, view and accommodations were perfect. The condo was clean. The bathrooms were well stocked. It was easy access to the beach. The rental came with a pop up, umbrellas and several chairs. I would rent this condo again and refer it to my friends.

2022 at the beach
We were returning renters because is such a great stay in 2021. This year ther was long and loud construction at the building, including a scaffold in front of the balcony. But the workers were pleasant and tried to be as quiet as they could be running a jackhammer ! The owner was very apologetic and refunded one day to us since we left early because of the noise.

WONDERFUL STAY!
This property was just as described, and the owners were wonderful with communication and check in and check out. The rental was extremely clean and well stocked with lots of little perks. I will definintely be booking this property again and would recommend this to anyone looking for an easy booking and clean property with all the comforts of home.

The condo is wonderful-comfortable, spacious, very clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. Beautiful views of the beach from the outside seating area and through the large window and patio doors. Luxurious bathrooms with first class amenities. Roomy bedrooms with comfortable beds and lots of storage. The kitchen has all the appliances and cooking gadgets you need if dining in, but you are close to the island's various restaurants and entertainment options. The garage and additional dedicated parking spot are a bonus. Located in a quiet part of the island, Gulf Islands National Seashore is just a few miles down the road.
As great as the condo is, Linda, an owner and host, is even better. She is friendly, very responsive to our reservation request and other questions, and provided excellent dining and beverage recommendations.
If we could give more than five-star ratings we would. Linda and her condo are 10+ in our book. Can't wait to go back.
