Situated in North Forest Beach, this lovely house for R 6,006 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This unit has been owner operated by BBC LandVentures since 2005. When looking for monthly stays, please send an inquiry first in order to ensure the best pricing. If booking online. Please note that Shipyard is a gated community and does require all guest information and car details for issuing passes. The owner supplies the first guest car pass but an additional pass is $30-50 depending on when requested. Please make sure your guest count is accurate when making a reservation. This unit can park up to 2 cars. Additioanl cars must be parked overnight off site. Newly remodeled home includes new kitchen, living area, master suite, and bathrooms in 2022. Perfect for the multi-generational family. Large island seats four with dinning room table that seats eight. The large bedroom on the main floor with a handicap friendly en suite bathroom is perfect for those that may need assistance. Roll or walk in shower with handicap bars both in the shower and toilet area. All new appliances and living area furniture. Screened in back porch that is viewing distance from the pool. Unit comes with a beach locker. Fully rennovated large guest bedrooms are located on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen bed, baby crib and rocker. This is great for the young family. The second guest room has three twin beds with a roll-out cot. Both guest rooms have their own private bathroom. Great detail has been given to providing everything needed for families and couples alike. Children's toys, high chair and games are available, along with beach toys. The laundry room is located off the breakfast area. The living room has large flat screen TV and DVD with a sofa bed. The power room is next to the living room. Two of the bedrooms are also equipped with a TV and cable. High speed wireless internet works well throughout the house. Tennismaster is in a great location inside the gated Shipyard Plantation. Walk to the beach is about 8-10 minutes. Or a two minute ride by summer shuttle. Walk or bike on the cool shaded safe bike paths. With the BEACH LOCKER you can use the chairs and beach gear provided or store your own items. The locker is stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys. Bikes can rented and stored at the unit in the front storage shed. The famous Van De Meer tennis courts are right next to the Tennismaster Villas. The large pool is practically out the back door with shaded picnic area. Our pool is never crowded like others in Shipyard. The beautiful Hilton Head beach and new Shipyard beach house are within very close walking distance. Shipyard has some of the most beautiful and safe bike paths on Hilton Head Island. For nature lovers of all ages, the lagoons in Shipyard provide fishing and an abundance of wild life viewing. Also, the villa has a large back lawn for kids to play outdoor games. We have a number of games the kids can use such as croquet, catch, football etc. Numerous restaurants and shopping are all close by as Shipyard is located in the middle of the island. Property well maintained, well equipped, and very comfortable for our family. Beach was great for our two toddlers and the beach locker was so convenient. Owner was very accomodating and a pleasure to deal with. We had a great vacation.

Lovely updated accommodations! Perfect layout for our family of 6 (with teens & tweens) and grandparents for the week. A walk to the beach was less than 10min and when I needed to drive Grandma there was always close parking with the beach pass. Pool was right there and it was a great size and in good condition. My son had to sleep on the sofa bed so he didn't have a room to himself, but he wasn't stressed because there was always somewhere he could go to be alone when he needed it. We had no problems checking in and it was easy to contact the manager if we had a question. Thank you so much!!!

Beautiful property! Very close to a quiet and clean pool and a very short (under 10 minutes) to the gorgeous beach. We were also able to easily bike to restaurants, a grocery store, and many quaint shops. We were able as a family of 15 to rent 3 condos in the same area which made things like family dinners and visiting very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is everything you could want. The decor is lovely and up to date. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathrooms are newly updated and the location is perfect if you like to walk to the beach(5 min) or to Coligny Plaza (about 1.5 miles). We found it to be very comfortable and home-like.

We really enjoyed our stay. The upstairs has not been updated like the downstairs has but was still very clean and adequate. We were a little nervous about the coffee tabletop being glass since we had little ones with us. Otherwise we had no concerns. The screened enclosure off the back deck was a favorite spot.

This property was amazing and we will certainly stay here again. Bonnie has thought of everything helpful for families. The kitchen was well stocked to cook at the villa, and the furniture was comfy. The beach parking pass was awesome, and we parked so close to the beach. The pool was wonderful and is pretty much out the back door. The upstairs has a kids room has toys, books, games and 3 twin beds and then an extra fold out bed…this is exactly what my family needed. We are already looking at 2023 dates to book this property again!

Overall an excellent place to stay. Kitchen with huge island, seating, and all amenities. Beautiful master bath. Host owner very helpful with our family's time constraints. Beach locker with chairs, umbrella, children's toys included. Unit is very well kept. Best of all is location. Beach is 8 minutes by foot, five minutes by bike, 3 minutes by car. Pool is less than 100 steps from front door. Bike trails everywhere. Lots to see and do.

We loved being near Shipyard Beach and all the other Hilton Head activities. The property is spacious, homey, and nicely laid out with plenty of storage for bikes and other necessities! Would absolutely visit again!!

We had an amazing time at 604 Tennis Master. We were quite comfortable with our 2 kids and their grandparents. Bonnie was kind, responsive and thoughtful. The condo was clean and spacious. The beach was close and convenient. The amenities and supplies were great! We hope to come back again.

This was our first time going to Hilton Head. This condo was perfect for our family. The location is close to many restaurants and attractions. It was very close to the pool. The second level needs updating; however, the first level has been updated and is beautiful.

Everything was easy, clean and organized. The area is wonderful with plenty to do and in close proximity to great restaurants and other establishments. Bonnie even though on vacation herself communicated perfectly. The house it’s self had some quarks but which house doesn’t... Highly recommend.

We had a blast during our stay! The location was just a short walk to the beach and the pool was very quiet and perfect for our girls! We had groceries and pizza delivered and both were seamless experiences - huge positive with small children in tow! The place had plenty of room for our family and the kitchen and master bedroom have been nicely remodeled! The upstairs is a bit outdated and the mattresses were average for a longer stay! Overall it was a great trip!!

We loved staying here. It was super nice and clean. Everything we needed was available and more. There were games for kids as well as a crib and high chair. Made our trip so much easier. This is an absolutely perfect place to stay for families with kids of all ages.
