We are situated perfectly in the quiet, rustic Playa Langosta community with it's pristine, white sand beach across the street and only one mile from Tamarindo with its many shops, restaurants, tour activity and nightlife. Our 5 star resort, welcomes you as you enter a naturally lush landscaped complex with all the amenities you would expect. Our professional property manager's concierge desk will take care of all your travel and activity requests prior to and during your stay. Casa Delfin, with 1400 spacious square feet, is located at ground level, with a covered dining patio only 10 paces from our beautiful 90 foot garden swimming pool. No stairs to climb! Your villa is professionally furnished with a cozy living den for relaxing, private laundry with washer and dryer, and two large queen size bedrooms each with Spanish tiled bathroom and private garden showers. The open dining room area will comfortably seat six adults. Try the rooftop shared open air patio, where you and your guests can take in the stunning views of the stunning coastline and spectacular sunsets. Just off the fully equipped kitchen, you have a additional outdoor patio with a gas burning BBQ for grilling Tamarindo's fresh caught fish.. Extensive use of beautiful teak wood adorn all the cabinetry complemented by locally quarried natural stone flooring throughout, Italian granite counter tops, imported Spanish tiled baths and GE stainless appliances in kitchen. Beautiful, clean, well located and comfortable condo for our family of 4. Bathrooms being outside was fun. Only steps to Playa Langosta and a few minutes drive to playa Tamarindo, grocery and ATM. Melissa was very responsive and helpful. Having the pool beside our patio to cool down after a day at the beach was also priceless. We highly recommend this beautiful location.

Liked the location, a bit outside city center. We rented golf cart which I'd recommend. Tamarindo is great spot to visit and lots going on. Melissa was excellent to work with and very helpful with all of our questions. Restaurant, juice bar, and cocktail room within walking distance. Beach accessible only a short walk down the path. Bathroom is open to the outdoors so keep that in mind.

This is a small condominium complex.
At first the directions to find the place was a bit difficult but once you found it, you understood.
There is construction going on around but the noise is not a detterent. The howler monkeys can be loud but you are in the tropics. The unit is advertised as with an outdoor shower but the entire bathroom is outside, complete with heat, humidity and some critters. The property management is not on site but pretty responsive-they suggested a golf cart to rent for $65/day and it worked out great.

We stayed for two weeks with my sister and brother-in-law and completely enjoyed this lovely property. Super close access to Langosta beach and only an 8 min walk to access Tamarindo beach. Several delicious restaurants nearby and still walking distance (25mins) to all the restaurants of Tamarindo. We especially appreciated the walkout to the pool and Melissa was lovely to work with. Would definitely recommend :)

Our group of four made this our first stay in our road trip around Costa Rica. Melissa was extremely helpful in setting up a night turtle tour, and sunset sail. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Negatives:
The unit is very dark not like in the photos.
Right behind the garden wall construction is going on from 6:30 am until 5. It is impossible to sleep in or stay in the unit.
Both bathrooms are open to the outside so after dark you don’t know who you are going to run into. It would have been nice to have one enclosed.
You have to drive to go to a surf/boogie board beach.
Positives:
It is a very large well maintained unit.
Lots of natural wood
The bathrooms are very beautiful
The pool is right off the patio.
Very well equipped.
Conclusion: Gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. I would give it a 5 out 5 except for the intolerable noise just 10 to 15 feet from the unit. And we were not warned about it.

The condo is right across the street from a beautiful beach access perfect for watching the sun set. Swimming on the ocean is a little farther of a walk down the beach (~200meters) but still very convenient. Short golf cart or car ride to the main drag of Tamarindo and shops/restaurants/tourist beaches. Melissa is VERY attentive and a great hostess!

Everything about this rental unit is awesome! The location right by the pool is so easy and fun. The outdoor showers are fantastic and such a fun experience. You have absolutely everything you need for cooking and a lot of great beach extras you wouldn't expect. Also, super easy 1 block walk to the beach. Melissa was also fantastic for everything we needed. Our luggage was lost by the airline and she basically took over communication to ensure our bag arrived ASAP. Don't miss out on this great rental!

Overall, Casa Delfin was great for our parents! My only recommendation would be to update the directions to the unit as we had a lot of trouble finding the unit.

WONDERFUL property!!! Short walk to the hustle and bustle of downtown Tamarindo, yet a little on the outskirts so you have some peace, quiet, tranquility. Just 5 minute walk to some of the nicest beaches that the area offers. Beautiful property with big pool, onsite bbq grill, awesome outdoor showers, and fabulous decor. Everything you need is right there. Melissa was above and beyond as concierge/property manager. THANK YOU! Looking forward to returning soon.

Our vacation was so great at this villa, the place is very clean and spacious, we stayed with our three kids and we all loved it. Melissa helped us so much with everything. We rented a golf cart to go around tamarindo. We loved the monkeys all around the backyard. The owners were great when booking and made lots of suggestions. The beach is is just a 3 min walk. Highly recommend it.

The outdoor bathrooms were a nice touch but it would have been nice to have had an indoor option also. We received many of our mosquito bites because of this. Overall, the stay was great and the condo had everything that we needed.

Wonderful Start to the New Year!
We stayed in this condo as a family of four. The owner and property manager were responsive and extremely kind. The condo was excellent and met all of our needs. We saw monkeys, birds, and iguanas from the pool! The short walk to Langosta Beach was enjoyable and the beach a delight! What a beautiful visit!!!

This was our 5th trip to the area but first time at Casa Delfin. It was excellent. The accommodations were excellent, very clean with all the amenities you want for Holiday stay. The pool access was great and the beach access even better. Richard was very helpful prior to the visit, we spoke several times. On the ground, Melissa was very professional and responsive. Overall, a great stay and no complaints. The place and area are excellent, just as advertised

Best beaches
This property is as described in the listing. One thing that you must do when you stay at this unique property is walk a kilometre south on the beach into the national park where the beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve had the pleasure to visit. Truly incredible.

Beautiful little town and fantastic location. The condo is beautiful, safe and has all the amenities that you could ask for. The owner and manager respond quickly to any questions and they provide you will a thorough list of activities.

Great spot!
If you are heading to the Tamarindo area, this spot is absolutely perfect. It has everything you need. If you happen to be looking at this spot and it fits your travel dates and space needs, I would look no further. All of the other 5 star reviews are absolutely dead on. I will stay here again the next time I go to Costa Rica provided it is available.

Beautiful home in perfect location
We had an amazing stay at Casa Delfin. Upon booking, the owner Richard reached out immediately and was very accommodating, giving lots of useful information and suggestions prior to our arrival. Check in with the concierge, Melissa, was seamless. The place was an oasis - spacious, clean, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Updated, well equipped kitchen, and all necessities were provided, including beach towels/chairs and coolers. We enjoyed the awesome outdoor showers, as well as the private patio overlooking pool. Security guard at gate is a bonus. Perfect location: quiet area with beach access across the street, several good restaurants in the neighborhood, easy walk to Tamarindo. Loved staying here and can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend.

Casa Delfin has it all!
Our Sixth year in Langosta Beach… great beaches in all directions just outside our door, easy 10 minute walk to Tamarindo, and we landed on a Gem! Beautiful Casa Delfin was our home in the sun for six weeks this year and it was as perfect as advertised. Clean, convenient, fully equipped in the kitchen, a great Roku iTV and back porch access to the largest pool in the area. What more could you ask for? Thank you Richard for opening your home… hope to visit again next year.

If I could give a 10+ I would!!
Everything was supplied....everything!! The only thing I missed was a full-length mirror and saran wrap. I immediately forgot about the mirror(who cares??!! Pura Vida!). We bought saran wrap. Monkey family (mom, dad, and 2 little ones) right outside. A pet raccoon (the best!) and a 4 ft aqua iguana in OUR parking space! Please ask for #2 when making reservations. The outdoor bathroom was incredible. I'm trying to figure out how to install one in the Bay area! Food in town was great, no matter where we ate. We would recommend getting a golf cart. It's $60 per day, but well-spent when we forgot something in town (often). We were going to stay and wait to see how long the Federales would take to evict us. We came home to cold and rain. I can't wait to go back!!

Amazing Villa, it’s a home away from home. The staff here is wonderful , super nice and helpful. The villa is close to everything, beach is across the street and town is a 10min walk. Pura Vida!
