Nestled in Port Clinton, this charming condo for R 3,471 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. 2 Bedroom • 2 Bathroom (Sleeps 5) 1st-floor condo This 1st-floor Lakefront condo features comfortable furniture and many amenities with amazing views of the lake and islands. From beautiful sunset and sunrises to watching boats go by, the views from the sunroom windows and our private patio makes you truly feel like being on vacation. Also, enjoy the marina and our dock on the Portage River for kayaking , paddle boarding, fishing, or just relaxing and watching the boats go by. Full well-appointed kitchen w/all appliances and everything needed to stay in and create your meals or plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The private master bedroom has a king bed, the living room has a comfortable leather sofa sectional with ottoman that turns into a bed. An oversized chair and side tables. The sunroom is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa that easily converts into a bed. A drape partition creates a semi-private second bedroom with a private bathroom. We recommend parties of no more than 4-5. No large parties or events please. Enjoy vacationing in Port Clinton! Our Lake Erie getaway condo is within a short walking distance of the Jet Express for your island excursions, Dock's Beach House Restaurant with live entertainment and Tiki Bar with beach, Mr. Ed's Restaurant and Bar, and Jet Ski rental across the street. It is also a short walk to downtown Port Clinton with many great restaurants, shops, and public beaches. Near wineries, farm markets, and wonderful nearby parks for hiking and birdwatching! Close to nearby attractions such as Cedar Point, Marblehead Lighthouse, African Safari Wildlife Park. There is much to see and do in the area and a great place to go fishing and boating. BEAUTIFUL POOL and HOT TUB AREA! Opens for the season May 25th-September 15th (Dates may very due to unforeseen condo complex issues). Resort style pool and hot tub with plenty of loungers and tables on the patio for your enjoyment! Enjoy the gas grills poolside and covered patio for outdoor dining. (There are also multiple charcoal grills throughout the condo complex.) Convenient changing room/bathroom in the pool area. • Furnished kitchen/bathroom: provide some toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, hairdryer, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, first aid kit) • Linens provided: sheets, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels. • Public boat launch about 1 mile west. • 30 Ft boat dock available for an additional cost. (Please inquire with hosts.) • 30 minutes or less to Sandusky, Cedar Point, Kalahari, African Safari Wildlife Park, East Harbor State Park, Camp Perry, Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge, Magee Marsh, Ferries to Put in Bay, Middle Bass, and Kelley's Island, Marblehead Lighthouse, Lakeside Chautauqua, Perry's Monument, Liberty Aviation Museum, Mon Ami Winery, and other fantastic area wineries and breweries. • Fishing charters nearby. • Fish Cleaning nearby. My husband and I so enjoyed our stay! What a find this condo was! It’s so cozy and inviting! Jim and Katy were AMAZING with all details, even calling me personally to walk me through the tv instructions! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one! The lake is directly across the street and the sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. We will be back!

Place was very clean and comfortable. Super close to a couple restaurants. We enjoyed a very beautiful sunset over the lake the night of our arrival right from the cozy sun room up front! Great place for a couple's getaway, or small group.

Love this property! The condo was decorated wonderfully and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the king bed (a big plus) was very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. The location was perfect and you couldn’t ask for a better view of the lake. Would definitely return!

Our host, Jim and Katy, made our second honeymoon so special. I can't thank them enough. We are newlyweds and our first honeymoon was so exhausting for my new bride, who is a long hauler. So I wanted to get her a view and cozy place to get away for a couple of days, because I work 7 days a week. Jim was so hospitable and kind and understanding of what we wanted and we enjoyed it so much we stayed 2 extra days!!! The view is breathtaking (my wife spent hours just looking out the window on the sunroof couch at the lake)! The condo was furnished just like a home, and everything worked and it was so relaxing. Walmart, restaurants and all within a 15 minute drive. I recommend the walleye at the Wild Wings restaurant. Big portions and everyone is so nice!! I look forward to being a "regular " client of Jim's and Katy's condo. They are the best hosts. You will throughly enjoy your stay with them!! Jimmy and Katy have a wonderful condo!!! It's extremely clean! Right off the bag they personalized the door code to make it easier to remember. The view is beautiful! The king bed is comfy and has a heated mattress pad. My friend and I both have bad arthritis so that felt wonderful! Especially in chilly nights. Condo is in the first level, but there are a couple steep steps. Just fyi in case you can't do any steps. Every room had multiple hooks which is my pet peeves so I was very happy with that. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

This place was beautifully remodeled. Total lake/beach feeling even in the cold of winter. The owners go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The view from the living room to outside was gorgeous. One of the small items I enjoyed was a wall stereo system that is connected throughout the condo. If i could give this place a sixth star I would. Will definitely come back in the summer.

Great condo unit

I was in Port Clinton for a competition being held over on post at Camp Perry. I reserved this unit, with zero problems about two months ahead of time. Shortly before my trip the owner contacted me with some administrative paperwork and very clear instructions on finding and getting into the unit. The unit itself is on the first floor, making hauling stuff in and out very easy. The unit is very well kept and I would describe everything as 'fresh and clean', no furniture that is being extended past its recommended life and all the cooking supplies were in good condition, no leftovers from previous guest in the refrigerator. Common use items, cleaning supplies, salt and pepper were easy to find. While there were plenty of places to sit, the unit was not overfilled with furniture so that I had no place to put my things. The owners have struck a nice balance there. I only used the bed in the master bedroom, again comfortable and in good condition. Instructions for accessing the WiFi and internet were clear and while I was there (in December with only a few guests) the internet worked well. Instructions for checkout were easy to find and follow. Renting this unit was seamless and it was a nicely kept unit perfect for my needs. I look forward to renting from these owners again.

Very modern, clean and well stocked condo. Everything about it was charming and relaxing. Awesome community pool and Jacuzzi just about a 10 second walk from the front door. The view of the lake is great as well. The property is close enough to anything you'd want to do in the area but just far enough out to be extremely peaceful.

Owners are amazing!! My husband accidentally left his wallet & Jimmy shipped it back to us quickly! Condo is super cute - and comfortable. My 2 year old daughter loved the coasters so much she accidentally broke one. Little ones discover everything! I think we lost track of where all of the pillows were supposed to be, but very comfortable place. At first I thought that the check out instructions were complicated, but not too bad. Clean & dry & put away dishes - we were used to leaving the dishwasher to run when we left. Very nice pool & grounds, walking distance to rent waverunners/kayak/SUP & nice restaurant looking out over the beach & Lake Erie! Loved our short family vacation week!!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is exactly as listed & comes with everything & more (towels, sheets, toilet paper etc). Waking up to the view of the lake was our favorite part. Check-In/Out was easy & hosts were extremely accommodating. Pool, grills, marina: all excellent. A place we will visit again. Thank you.

Stayed 2 nights for cheer competition in Sandusky. Quick 20 mins from port Clinton to Sandusky. Condo was clean and spacious. Nice view of the water. Keyless entry makes check in so easy. Would highly recommend.
