There's also air hockey table in loft area. - 4 dedicated vehicle parking pad - Kitchenette downstairs with additional fridge and microwave. - 2 laundry rooms - Lastly, great customer service provided by the property manager Make sure you also enjoy the two community pools, Splash Pad, Club House with kitchen, 3 stories, seating, pool table, and views of Table Rock Lake. New playground located by clubhouse and pool. There is also a nature trail located in the community. This property accommodated us so well! The home does need a little TLC… some of the bedding had some stains, pots/pans need to be updated but those things were not major issues for us. We loved the house and would definitely book again!

The house was clean and in good repair. The children loved the games and the house itself. There was plenty of room for our crew of family and friends. The neighborhood was nice and we very much enjoyed our stay in this home and would gladly rent it again.

Fantastic property for large groups such as ours. Would definitely stay again! Had an issue with the pressure reducer valve / plumbing and it was fixed immediately. Great communication!

Our family trip to Branson for Thanksgiving was a huge success. The basement has 2 bedrooms/2 baths and is perfect for a family with children. Main level has a master and another bedroom and the top floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The house is beautiful and had lots of supplies in the kitchen. We enjoyed golf, the aquarium and the zoo while we were there and also took the kids to the neighborhood park. Would stay here again if in the area. Thanks for a great meeting space!

The rental was great with all the bedrooms, bathrooms, televisions, and game provisions. The dishwasher needs repairing. It would stay on the wash cycle forever if allowed. We could manually push a button to move it to off and drain. The ice maker made ice but would not dispense through the door. Nothing to keep our family from enjoying reunion but thought owner would want to repair

House was great and Cindy is amazing! She responded within minutes when contacted. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook whatever you bring! Lots of room and the game room was perfect with the area for movies at the same time. We hope to come back!

This house was everything it said and so much more! Cindy, the property manager, was so amazing. 😊 I can’t say enough good things about her or the home. Our group consisted of 22 people, 9 adults and 13 children ranging in ages 13 to 4. The kids loved it!! They didn’t want to leave. The house was large enough for accommodate all of us and still had room. It never felt crowded. We will definitely be coming back!!! 5 stars across the board!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is our second time in this beautiful home! We celebrated our office Christmas party with 12 adults. There was plenty of room and every couple had their own bathroom. The home is clean and stocked with everything you could possible need. You will not be disappointed. :)

Perfect for a multi-family getaway!
We gathered 4 families of adults and kids to celebrate grandpa's 80th birthday and this house was perfect. The three levels provided everyone with ample communal and private space, the games were a hit with the little kids and the kitchen was well stocked to host our group meals. Location was great -- close to downtown Branson to check out the shows.

Great family spot
This house is fantastic. We were looking for a place we could gather 5 or 6 couples. We loved all the bedrooms with king beds plus all the bathrooms so we didn't have to share ;) The house is well appointed and the game room pinball, pool table, arcade games and tvs were such an added bonus. We enjoyed all of it. Plus, it is very close to Cedar Lodge and Branson (plus golf). You have 2 sets of laundry rooms, regular drip and Keurig coffee maker, pool towels just to name a few of the added touches. We will definitely consider this house again!

What a great house!! We had 16 adults and had more then enough room! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for and feed 16 of us! Great screened in porch with nice furniture. 2 washing machine and dryer sets!! Wow! They thought of everything!!!
