We were in ground floor apartment 3, and it was a dream. Enormous, very well equipped kitchen and bathroom facilities. Really nice personal touches with drinks in the fridge; nice teas, coffee, and little cakes for breakfast. Check-in and check-out was super easy, and the people were so friendly and helpful. Fantastic location. A leisurely walk across the bridge to the centre of town. We stayed on Friday night, and woke up to a lovely fresh food market on the street nearby the Saturday morning. Definitely worth checking out for local products if you happen to be there on the right day.

I stayed in the Mary Line apartment, which was a large, bright, beautiful and comfortable apartment at the back of the building on the ground floor. There are a number of other apartments of varying size and decor in the building also. There is a code to get in to the building and the apartment is open for you to enter. The pressure in the shower is great and the bed was super comfortable - I had the best nights sleep there. All mod cons in the kitchen and a particular shout out to the fact that there was a kettle and coffee maker and proper size mugs and glasses, which is not the norm in other accommodations abroad. Response from the host was prompt and very welcoming. Location wise, it is in a quiet street, opposite a restaurant (I didn't visit but it looked good) and is only about a 10 minute walk in to the centre. Very handy spot.

The window in the bedroom is out to a small inner courtyard that other people can use as a smoking area. Although there are shutters that can be used at night, there are only light net curtains, which do not block out the view from the courtyard, in to the room. I was there during a particularly stormy time at the start of June and this resulted in some ants coming in to the kitchen. As soon as the host was aware about this, they dealt with them straight away.

Superbly furnished and equipped small apartment. Quiet and located 10 minutes from the historic centre making it an excellent location for a short visit to Albi . Spotlessly clean. Parking nearby.

Apartment 7 - there are 6 others - is a loft/ attic conversion. There are no opening windows although it has skylights in the bedroom and living area. It’s gets very hot in the warmer months and the air con did not seem very effective. The extent to which you can leave the skylights open depends a lot on the weather ! The other apartments are probably a better bet in the summer.

Great location for exploring the area. Close to historic center, but it was easy to get in and out of the city and easy to park

This wasn’t an issue for us, as it was off season and there were no other guests, but curtains from bedroom to shared courtyard were transparent. It would be good to have privacy shades.

we stumbled upon this property after a last min cancellation and glad we found it. the apartments are really spacious with great bed. it’s in a quiet location and whilst in the other side from the old town it’s only a 5 min walk away. well fitted out facilities. would highly recommend.

Actually the place had really exceed my expectations! Large room, nice interior design. Bedroom is cozy, quiet and relaxing.

It takes some time to walk toward the center of the town. We liked it, but some prefer to stay closer to attractions.

Very nicely appointed , the building and entrance were like brand new as were the apartments. Check was easy and also our request for another night !

Duvet was dirty and long black hairs on it but other than that the apartment was lovely !

Location excellent, short beautiful walk over the river into the centre of Albi. Apartment was artistically furnished and to a high standard.

The apartment was rented via booking.com and mentioned free parking. Parking was free but around the corner from the apartment and only if there was a space. Misleading. Also, no oven, hotplate only.

Advertises slippers are provided but they weren't! Thought that the patio area was ours exclusively, but it wasn't. Smell of smoke from the outdoor area in the room.
