Several friends and I had a mid-summer trip to visit a friend in Greensboro and this house was a perfect place to stay. It was comfortable, had everything needed, and overall was just a great place to stay, convenient to anything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walks, as well!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Property was very clean and we had access to everything we needed. We spent most of our time at the house on the screened in porch, loved the rocking chairs. Host was very easy to work with. Will certainly stay here again if my granddaughter has another soccer tournament in Greensboro.

The home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Clean and comfortable. The house is located in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, but close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely book to stay at this house again.

2nd year that we stayed in charming, quiet neighborhood near family. Love how cozy this home is - but also updated with everything one needs. Small holiday decorations made us feel at home especially during the holidays. Host was quick to communicate, house is well kept, as pictured, and very clean. Den, large kitchen and several eating areas make the space perfect for family with different age groups and needs. Close to everything including quick shopping, GSO Science Center. Thank you so much Dave and Leigh Anne for welcoming us back! Happy New Year!

This was perfect for my son and me. We were in Greensboro for a sporting event for the weekend and this was the perfect place to stay. Nice family neighborhood, clean and great layout of the home. We will definitely come back when we are back in the area!

We really enjoyed this cozy home! Beautiful neighborhood, lovely screened in porch and the home had everything we needed. It was so great to come here and relax each night after the track meet we attended. Also, location is great, like 2 minutes from Trader Joe’s and Walmart!

We were in town for a special event in Greensboro, and this was a better option than a hotel for our family of 5. House was very clean, well stocked with plenty of blankets, towels, kitchen cookware and spices, soaps... The swing was a nice surprise that our girls enjoyed. Dave is easy to reach if needed. The neighborhood is very nice and and it's just a short drive to many stores and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything about this house was perfect for winter vacation w family. Cozy den and sun room were lovely to spend afternoon with a book & cup of tea. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking dinner. Lots of space to spread out & privacy for family members of different ages. Close to stores, Science Center, parks. Very clean! Instructions were clear - Thank you so much for providing an easy "home" to visit with family - Felt very comfortable and safe esp. during this last Covid surge. Happy New Year!!

I am a first time VRBO renter and I am happy to report that this rental exceeded my expectations and I would definitely rent again. Dave was great and answered all my questions. The mattresses in all rooms were box springs which I prefer and as comfortable as many 4 star hotels. The locations is quiet and jsut a lovely neighborhood.

This house was great. It’s very comfortable and the owners go above and beyond to make your status feel very welcome. The communication with Dave, the owner was excellent. The art they have collected over the years was of particular interest to us and was great to admire. The icing on the cake for us was the screened in porch- we just sat out there for hours chatting every night. Overall great place, will definitely be back.

Lovely home in awesome neighborhood. Mattress in master very soft and sheets we’re very linty and older but clean. House seemed musty and needed airing out. Had some allergy issues bc of this but loved everything else about our stay. Many thanks Dave!

I can truly say that Dave and his wife are extremely nice and pleasant. Thier house was fully furnished and very clean. When we 1st walked in the house we were pleased with what we saw. Dave told me that the neighborhood was a very friendly, and I must say, he was right. Every time we drove past someone in the neighborhood, they would all wave to us. The house is very comfortable. When I called Dave with a little issue we had at the house. He had it resolved in a timely matter. I can honestly say that this is the best VRBO property we have stayed in because it's a house that makes you feel like your at home.

We were traveling to the area to visit family and feel very blessed to have found this hidden gem. This property is very well maintained, beyond clean and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. We stayed for 3 nights and would highly recommend this place. Thank you and we will be back again.
