It’s was nice but not enjoyable

The pool was small the whirl pool was weak the amount of screaming teenagers in pool and jacuzzi was horrible

Wish we were planning a longer stay...

Everything! Room was spacious & well appointed, included full kitchen w/sofa, desk & chairs. Lots of closet & drawer space. No teeny soap & shampoo bottles; regular size pump bottles of body wash, shampoo & conditioner installed directly in the shower. Nice touch! Shower had perfect temp & pressure. Lots of clean white soft fluffy towels and spacious counter areas on either side of bathroom sink. Overstuffed pillows, comfy bed, clean sheets & duvet. Coffee, tea & water available in the lobby all day. Staff was extremely friendly & genuinely concerned that we had a great stay. I am clueless as to why this hotel is rated 2.5, actually better than most 3's we have stayed in.

Only draw back in our room, installation of toilet paper roll on open ended bar at end of sink not ergonomically effective to obtain tp without the roll coming off the bar. I am personally not an early riser, so shutting down breakfast service by 9am is a disappointment. Never got a chance to utilize the pool, although based on all the positives, I am sure I would have enjoyed it too.

Won't be back until thy get a GM that comes out of the office to actually see property and work

Like every hotel I am sure they are understaffed. However, we are still paying for a quality service that is failing tremendously. Pool and hot tub was disgusting, furniture, appliances, silverware, dishes, all were dirty. Corners of bathrooms disgusting. Hairs everywhere, smell of dog urine in hallways, sheets, bedding, pillows all were old. Breakfast never had enough food. Noisy guests above until 3am. I guess if you leave your hotel dirty and do not take care of maintenance or have your housekeepers wipe down elevator floor, vacuum hallways and stairs, clean your lobby. What happend to pride, effort, cleanliness, actual standards, it all has left us and will never be back. You get what price point you pay for unfortunately. Hey GM do better!!!!

Keep driving to Fort Collins

Great location

I thought I’d give this hotel a chance and maybe other reviews were too harsh but it was dirty and looks like rooms aren’t cleaned. Found underwear that weren’t ours in the bathroom and brought it to hotel staff. They moved us to a smaller room and said they’d apply a discount which they did not do. Remotes to tv in both rooms said low battery. Alarm clock was dead and needed a powers cord or batteries which they did not have. Both rooms were dirty. You’re in trouble if you drop something by the bed because you will see how dirty the floor is and not vacuumed. Bath tub had someone else’s hair in it still. Looks like a quick stay for people passing through to Wyoming so parking is packed at night. First night there pool was closed and we were told we could use pool at their other location which was a 20 minute drive north. Not a value for your money.

Pool and hot tub were filthy. There was poop floating in it for two days. My friend informed the guy at the front desk and was told it's not his concern. Room and breakfast were fantastic but would have liked to have enjoyed the pool at least once in 4 days....

comfortable and quiet. kitchen was nice. available grill was a plus. good location.

It would have been nice to have something available besides fruit, scrambled eggs and sausage for people who are gluten intolerant. At least Cheerios.

Good value for money

Good facilities, a fresh look, and a nice value-for-money ratio. A suitable starting point for the trip to the Rocky Mountains Park.

The room was not cleaned properly before our arrival. The sofa was covered with dog hair (probably a previous guest stayed with a pet).

Didn’t get my moneys worth!

Location, cleanliness.

What I didn’t like was when we had to leave a day early due to a blizzard coming in and we had to travel 10 hours home so they refused to give us a refund, after I had prepaid for 2 nights. It was either we stay there or get home safely. I felt like they should have been more understanding and refunded us for the second night but when Expedia contacted them, they refused.

Room was dirty. Bed, blanket, and pillows all smelled like cigarette smoke. Bathroom was dirty. Toilet paper on floor, tooth paste splatters on door. Only had body wash. No shampoo or conditioner. There was dog food pieces by the refrigerator. I tried calling to the front desk three separate times with no answer.

My new go to suit hotel !!! Thank you Hawthorn !!!!

everything was perfect !!!!! I stood her for a week in a suit with my kids and we didn’t wanna go home ! housekeeping doesn’t bother you unless you request service the staff is so nice and welcoming !! clean so cozy !!! the price is perfect !! I’ve paid more $$ for a darn room! compares to a suit with everything !!!! I love the separate bedroom !! the pool and. jacuzzi were clean the week I was there they drained and filled them up 2-3 times !!

they have the same breakfast everyday.

surprised how much I enjoyed my stay

This was my first stay in a hotel room with a working stove top, and they provided some plates bolws and cookware. Really close to a Walmart, target, scheels, and Burlington. Several restaurants near by. Off the highway just enough to not be hard to get in and out of.

I had the suite, it was nice and roomy. The dishwasher was a nice surprise.The ac worked great. Cleaning was great about giving clean towels when asked. The bed was very comfortable.

I'm not so sure the room was cleaned as well as it should have been. Found a red towel on the floor in the closet. The bedroom remote was on the floor under the ottoman. Took 3 requests to get the maintained man in to bring the roko remote so i could watch tv in the bedroom. The lamp in the frontroom was broke. Maintance screwed it back in but the light part was still loose. The smoke dector in the front room was missing the battery. The only way I knew the battery was missing was the cover was open. Maint corrected that pretty quickly. I needed a fax sent to my bank releasing the hold since I put the room on a credit card after the authorization. The bank never got the fax. I'm not sure what happened there. It was supposedly sent twice. My bank is a small bank so I was talking to the lady who does the faxes. I finally gave up and just let the hold drop off. I was the one who made the original mistake by using the wrong card. I stayed there a year ago and my reservation was messed up. If it wasn't so close to my son, I don't know if I'd give it another chance. I don't usually say anything but I was disappointed with these issues.
