The loft is located on the second floor so you will enjoy your privacy, with the lively center of Santa Maria just around the corner. For larger groups check out our beach house on Airbnb, both houses can be connected as one mega large apartment. Our apartment is located in a quite area of Santa Maria, next to the beach and just a two-minute walk from the city center. You will enjoy lots of privacy if you do not have immediate neighbors. If you want to surf, kite, dive, sup or just sit with a drink in the sun, all facilities can be arranged close to the loft. There are two different balconies so you can choose if you would like to sit in the sun enjoy the coolness of the shade. The spacious living room is bright, modernly furnished and fully equipped for your comfort. There is a flat screen TV, free wifi, air conditioning and a well-stocked open and light kitchen. The bedroom with a double bed has access to the balcony with sliding doors, from your bed you have a stunning pool and garden view. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, which makes the apartment suitable for 4 people. Enjoy a cold beer or a tasty pizza at our neighbors bar Angulo. This bar and windsurf center is owned by the former world champion windsurfing Mark Angulo. Here you can easily rent your surf / kite / sup gear. Take a dip in the blue sea, which has the same wonderful temperature all year round. Or will you take a free sun bed at the edge of the pool in the tropical garden and read your book. In the morning you can take a walk to the pier for some fresh tuna or lobster. Or enjoy the huge variety of good restaurants that are all within walking distance of the pool house. Santa Maria's nightlife is spectacular with its many cafes, bars and clubs. There is music everywhere, people are dancing in the streets, the party never seems to stop. The pool house is in the most perfect location of Santa Maria! Next to the city center, but away from the crowd. We came for surfing and the beach is just in front of the house, with 2 nice beach restaurants with very good food/drinks for good prices! The apartment is very roomy and clean. It has just everything you need, with 2 balconies and a very nice view on the pool. When we come back to Santa Maria we definitely will book this place again.
