Serene and tranquil 5 acre block and modern house. Open light-filled living areas to spread out and relax with plenty of glass to let in gorgeous valley views. Enjoy the summer sun or curl up with the warm open fire in winter. Comfortably sleeps 8 adults Bed 1: Queen sized double with ensuite. Bed 2: Queen sized double Bed 3: Queen sized double Bed 4: Four bunk beds for kids Bed 5: Double sofa bed Fully equipped with TV, DVD, large movie collection, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, high chair and port-a-cot. Down south at Yallingup is on a 5 acre property features valley views and a bubbling winter creek just metres from your door. Explore surrounding bushland that's home to kangaroos, birds and wildlife. Stroll down the quiet country road to Little Fish restaurant or Gunyulgup Gallery. Minutes to Stunning Beaches and Wineries Down south at Yallingup is minutes from stunning South West surfing and swimming beaches including Smiths and Yallingup. Famous Margaret River wineries, restaurants, galleries and cafes are on your doorstep. There's Yallingup Maze for the kids, famous Simmo's Ice Creamery and the Margaret River Chocolate Factory. Dunsborough is 15 minutes away for shopping, cafes and boutiques. Please note to keep nightly rates down, you have the option to provide your own linen (sheets and towels). If you prefer to order linen, a linen service is available at $25 per person.

We loved our stay and it was a lovely property and stunning location. Unfortunately the kitchen had not been cleaned properly, the dishwasher, oven and air fryer were dirty inside. The bedding provided was lovely and clean. The hi-light was watching all the kangaroos come out ant twilight. We had a lovely stay and enjoyable trip.

The photos don’t do it justice, was my first thought when we arrived. It’s a beautiful house, quiet and peaceful location surrounded by nature. Ended each day with kangaroos on the property. Absolutely loved it.

This was the perfect stay! Location was a short drive to wineries, breweries, beaches and the town. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. Loved the bushwalk around the properties and the many kangaroos bouncing around. Would stay again!

House had lots of space for a group of people and the bunk beds comfortably fit adults which was great. I think the photos don’t do the house justice as it was very airy and full of light. The location is great, just down the road from popular wineries and had everything we needed. The house was clean with good water pressure. Remember to bring extra toilet paper if you are with a group of people! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Without realising, we booked this house again. First time in November, 2011 and now, November 2021😀.
Realy enjoyable stay. The house was big enough to accommodate a couple of families with kids. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked with all imediat needs. Spot on communication with the property manager!
We gave only 3 stars for cleanliness. The surfaces are fine however, the house needs some TLC and deep cleaning.

Great location, great house and amenities.

Needs a good clean inside and out
Arrived to a filthy mess, after contacting Stayz and then the property owner, they organised a cleaner to come who made the house acceptable. Could not use any pots, pans,BBQ as they were all dirty. Thank goodness we took our own linen as all pillows, doonas need replacing. I could go on and on… Such a shame, as the property is in a great location and would be lovely if given some TLC.

Broken fireplace for 4 of the six nights - terrible
Faulty doorlock on sliding door making it almost impossible to lock the house - not good
Microwave oven and dishwasher that are falling apart - also not good.

This property suited our large extended family gathering for Easter with ages 5 through to 91. Loads of space for the children to ride their bikes and play outdoor ball games. Lovely quiet area with little traffic. Short distance from Yallinup and Dunsborough. Enough space inside for us all as well. Suggestions for improvement would be the mowing of grass at front; lighting is not bright and a quick sweep of leaves etc from outdoor verandah areas before arrival; exhaust fan in toilet and control of millipedes which were prolific especially at night on walls, paths etc. All in all a great holiday venue for us and we will definitely consider returning.

We loved our stay at the property, perfect for a group and the kids enjoyed the local wildlife. Location is excellent, in close proximity to beaches, wineries, breweries etc. No wifi/reception but it was somewhat nice to switch off.

Yallingup Escape
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Yallingup, the house is in a great location and everyone enjoyed visits from the kangaroos and blue birds. The house is well equipped and there was plenty of room/beds for our large family. Communication with Natalie was prompt and she was very accommodating

Relaxing rural retreat
The family and our dogs enjoyed four nights as a winter break at this rural bush retreat. The home was secluded but not too far from main attractions, the lack of internet and weak 4G signal ensured everyone had a forced rest too. Grateful for essential items that were provided as far as cleaning products, large range of new plates/bowls/mugs too. Enjoyed watching the kangaroo’s in the late afternoons and listening to many birds plus frogs. Overall an enjoyable and comfortable stay, thank you Natalie !

Yallingup at its best!
From the moment we checked into this property we loved everything about it. The location is fantastic and close to many attractions in the area and the neighborhood is stunning. Rolling hills filled with kangaroos roaming, what a perfect setting for sitting back, relaxing and enjoying a glass of red wine. At night when the temperature drops, light up the fireplace for a warm and cosy dinner. This property is highly recommended for large families or multiple families. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning our return.

Kangaroos galore
The position of this property is fantastic. So close to many beaches and wineries and not far to drive for a coffee. We loved the area and went on some lovely walks with our dogs. The house was great although if I need to mention anything I think it is time for a pillow and crockery update. My purpose was to watch the kangaroos and it far exceeded that. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Very nice place in a great location
Very nice house with everything you need. We had two families staying and it wasn't cramped at all. Please note there's no internet and only service with telstra.

"The Perfect Getaway"
We have just returned from our lovely stay in a very comfortable, clean, well equipped home In Yallingup, the areas was so peaceful, the birds (including blue wrens) were magnificent, kangaroos watching us and a short drive to Smith's Beach and Yallingup beach (both superb). Loved it all and our border collie dog loved it as well.

Lovely location
Spacious, comfortable, well equipped, home....comfortably accommodating 10 of us. Situated in a most beautiful location .... with rolling hills where dozens of kangaroos grazed...such a peaceful and beautiful pristine place.
Very close to townsites, beach ,wineries, and all kinds of interesting things to do.... one of the best places we’ve stayed at.

A beautiful location
The house was super clean and had a lovely layout for our two families. Plenty of space for 11 people, including 7 children. It is also in an excellent location and close to everything you would need.
