Set near the mouth of Alsea Bay and the ocean, you'll have incredible views all around. Walk up the back hill for ocean views, and see the Alsea Bay Bridge from the front of the home. The upstairs living area feels spacious with vaulted ceilings and tile floors. Watch a movie in the living room using the flatscreen TV's Blu-ray DVD player with heat from the fireplace, or play games at the dining room table for six. The kitchen comes well equipped with everything from major appliances to a microwave, dishwasher, and coffeemaker for budget-friendly and delicious home-cooked meals. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a great room with a flatscreen TV make up the downstairs level. And with four beds, all seven guests have a bed each night for a restful sleep. Venture out to explore Waldport - rent kayaks and paddleboards, dine on tasty seafood, souvenir shop, and go crabbing and fishing off the dock. Upscale and charming, 'Beauty and the Beach' is waiting for your vacation with your family and friends! Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. The house has a beautiful living room layout, it’s very spacious. It is close to the beach, although you can’t walk directly onto the beach currently because there is now a big drop off. In the past you could actually walk down to the beach from the back door. The location is nice. A few small issues I’ll mention are that there is no tub in the master bedroom bathroom, a few of the lights are out in the living room.There was only one trash bag in the kitchen and the lock to get in and out was a little confusing a few more directions would help. The WiFi was unplugged, more information that would have saved us a call to the support to figure that out would have been helpful. It is overall a nice place good for groups with kids. Beds were very comfortable.

Dryer and coffee pot didn't work. Other than that, the house was absolutely perfect! Most amazing house I've stayed at on the coast!

The house was in an excellent location for us for crabbing in Alsea Bay and going charter fishing in Newport.

The place was nicely designed and furnished but there were several light bulbs out, a trash can that had not been emptied and dead worms on the floor at the main entry.

The home would have been a lovely place to stay if there had not been so many neglected maintenance items we encountered. One of the window shades was broken and I reported it with pictures on the day we arrived (minor issue). There were no screens on any of the windows and they had obviously not been washed lately. The property was advertised as having a gas grill but on the first evening we discovered there was no propane tank or access to a gas line. Eliminating the opportunity to grill steaks. The master bath exhaust fan was not in working order and was reported (also a minor issue). We found very low water pressure at the kitchen sink and dishes were not getting clean in the dishwasher. We hand washed the dishes all week and reported the dishwasher problem (3 times) but maintenance didn’t come about the problem. I’m guessing it was because our stay was during a holiday week. The two sand dunes down to the beach were quite steep and difficult for older people (we are 75 and 80 years old) but easy enough for a teenager. The beach was beautiful and almost deserted. The bottom line is, I would not book this property again because of the numerous maintenance issues. The online pictures and descriptions are deceiving.

We had an amazing time staying here. I booked it to be home base for a Halloween photoshoot I was photographing. House has all the basics you need, plenty of room. Only downside was the WI-FI, if everyone is using their devices the tv streaming won’t work. Will most definitely stay again.

Comfortable beds. Nice beach. If you like watching things on all the screens this is a good one. If you like to sit and read or do something with your hands, not so much. NO lamps anywhere in the living areas.

My stay here was wonderful. The house is cozy & spacious. My friends and I had a good time staying here. Access to the beach was easy & it was fun taking a little trail to get through the sand & was worth it when reaching the top of it & then hearing & seeing the ocean is breathtaking.

We tried to get property manager to send cleaners out to finish their work. Toilets and floors had not been cleaned. after repeated attempts to get results, we ended up doing the work ourselves. I think we should be refunded one night's stay.

This home was far bigger than we needed, but I wanted something a bit more modern and close to the beach. While you can't see the ocean from the house, it's just over the dunes and there you are. Was able to enjoy morning coffee oceanside! Bed was comfy, shower pressure was good, and house was clean. Some of the pans have seen better days and we couldn't figure out how to get the cable to work. We really enjoyed the swallow's next outside the front door and the baby birds that greeted us. We hope to return one day with friends.

Large, comfortable home with a well stocked kitchen. Puzzles and board games provided. Clean house with a little sand here and there due to it's close proximity to the beach. Be prepared for a 5-minute hike through an overgrown path to get to the beach but so worth it when you get there.

House was a good value. It was clean. I enjoyed the location in relation to town. It was also nice to have the grass bank as a wind break from the ocean. The floor plan was nice and open as well. I will go back

We were very excited to be staying here and overall the house was fine. But there were several small issues that just added up to it just being okay. The bedroom with the twin beds door doesn’t close, and that smoke detector didn’t have batteries which was worrisome. There were some bugs, not many but we saw a few centipedes and pill bugs throughout our stay. The kitchen was a little lacking in some basics. Like the can opener was broken. My husband did his best to fix it but it was still barely useable and they have a spice rack but at least half of them are totally empty.
This biggest issue was that the big tv in the theater room isn’t working. Couldn’t get the blu ray to work, couldn’t hook up anything else to it to work (we brought our roku). We contacted vacasa and someone came out and just said “yeah it’s not working.” The upstairs couch is very worn/sunken in and uncomfortable so it was either have comfortable chairs or have a working tv. Overall kind of disappointed and probably won’t book again.

We missed a flight to Alaska so decided to visit the Oregon coast We choose this house it was clean and nicely furnished, lots of room for all of us. We had a couple of issues and called property manager, Brian came within an hour and fix every issue, except for the gas fireplace, it needs some work also view of the ocean very limited. Wonderful time.

We missed a flight to Alaska so decided to visit the Oregon coast We choose this house it was clean and nicely furnished, lots of room for all of us. We had a couple of issues and called property manager, Brian came within an hour and fix every issue, except for the gas fireplace, it needs some work also view of the ocean very limited. Wonderful time.
