The floors are finished with saltillo tiles in the living & dining rooms and carbonized bamboo plank in the kitchen and family room. The family room has a 48" Roku smart TV with Netflix and Amazon, etc and many other apps/channels. There is a Google Home device & high speed 200/200Mbs Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking implements for large dinner parties with a 1/2 bathroom adjacent to the Family room.
