Completely remodeled mini villa with conveniently located in near major theme parks and convention centers. This is a private gated home PLUS a studio guest house(2 separate units). The studio has a kitchen with mini fridge and freezer + microwave, full bathroom, and smart TV with cable. All rooms are equipped with a television and cable service. Courtesy charging station and basic amenities to help make your vacation a memorable one! The property offers many indoor and outdoor seating areas.This unique home is one single property situated on a 15,000 square foot lot. Contemporary and luxury in the city literally less than 6 miles to the beach and to Disneyland. Approximately 4 miles to a large high end outlet mall or South Coast Plaza.

Wonderful place to stay very central to many hot spots in the area (beach, Disney, etc.) Lots of space to spread out and ample parking. The outside is absolutely gorgeous. Many TV’s and lounge spaces upstairs. Overall a great stay. We will definitely come back!

The house was very clean when we arrived. The air conditioner was not working up to standards, and on the second day, it went out speaking with the manager he said there was nothing they could do that day and on the next day brought out three portable AC units. Does this kept the house somewhat cool but was not the same as having an AC unit. Most of us was gone during the day, so this was not a great obstacle. The pictures on the VRBO website are very deceiving. The rooms are not as big as they look on those pictures. Overall, it was an acceptable place to stay.

Location was perfect for a large family who traveled from far away, perfect place for the many places we were able to visit, short distance to everywhere, spacious, clean, comfortable, accessible and Trisha was a pleasure to work with.

We chose this house because of the flexibility of the bedroom setups. We had 10 adults who each had a super comfortable bed and multiple bathrooms to get ready . We came out to California for my brother Celebration of Life and we all wanted to stay together under a single roof so we could support one another during this difficult time. This house was the perfect set up. In the front and back yard we had privacy to gather and sit and talk while playing a little putting green, nice touch. Lights decorated overhead and a fire pit. We could spread out nicely, on the first floor. The older kids loved the separation of the little set up over the garage with three trundle type beds and own bathroom. We had a few hot days and the a/c worked great! Beds super comfortable, linens and towels all plentiful and soft , pillows a few and the group where looking what type they were to order one when we got back home. Lol a suggestion for the owner is a bigger coffee pot, you definitely need at least a 12 cup version for a place that holds large group. Thank you again, we were very happy with our stay and have no reservation recommending your home. Great stay!!

Overall, we had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, well furnished and Trisha was incredible. We needed a rice cooker and she graciously provided one in the home before we arrived. There was plenty of space for our large family to sleep and be comfortable. It was a fantastic location also, about 10-15 minutes from Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Nice roomy place for family get together. The place was central located. The studio came in handy for the infant to rest. Getting out of the driveway is tricky since it was difficult to see around the large neighbor RV. Make sure you have someone on the street to watch for traffic. Overall it is nice family gathering place.

Very clean, very safe area, loved the parking and fully gated home. Lots of tvs, beds, etc.
Only negative was that the wifi was very spotty but other than that was a fantastic stay we were very happy

Our host was absolutely fantastic. i feel horrible at the state we left the home in, as we were in a rush to catch our flight, but the stay was very enjoyable and the home was clean. Host was extremely accommodating.

Great place!
We loved staying here! There was great communication and fabulous AC. Our students enjoyed the spacious environment that felt secluded from the rest of the city. You are right in the middle of OC with access to so many great places!
Be sure to pack essentials like a coffee machine and seasonings to cook with!

Beautiful property and the owner is so helpful and accommodating. Quiet area in our enclosed fenced in yard and centrally located. Harbor Blvd is about 4 blocks away and seemed to be the main artery to get to all the expressways... Disney... Anaheim... Walmart...all over. Very nice. I go to California a lot before and I always stayed at a hotel. This is first time to rent the house with my family and friends and we really love the house. It has a beautiful view, excellent weather and very clean with nice decoration inside and outside. I will absolutely rent again!

This was a great rental for our family gathering. The owner was very responsive via text. We had an issue with someone blocking the driveway and he immediately took care of it! Speaking of, we had 4 large vehicles in the driveway and plenty of street parking so no need to worry about where everyone will park. The house was setup to have multiple people stay (think bunk/pull out beds) and there were snacks and water bottles stocked which helped tremendously. The house was close to shops/restaurants if needed. We enjoyed our stay and would return. Highly recommended!

Lovely, well maintained house
We really enjoyed our stay here! They had everything set up very nicely for us and even provided water and snacks! It was a really great trip. Everything we could possibly need while staying there, they thought of and provided for us.
We did run into a few issues during our stay but they were very responsive and helped us resolve them quickly!

Beautiful and functional, family-friendly, exquisitely clean
I would go back to this property in a heartbeat! The owners were so welcoming and have provided a beautiful space, modern looking and inviting. There are so many beds available it is a great opportunity for a large family getaway. They have a TV in every room with interchangeable remote controls. The kitchen is spacious and a great gathering space. The futon couches are comfortable in addition to all the beds in the house. Very modern equipment - laundry, kitchen appliances, HVAC, fireplaces, etc. I don't think you could ask for anything more than this house provides. The triple bed in the studio are actually 3 separate beds that roll away from each other or store underneath the one bed. The grounds are beautiful with a fountain in the front and heat lamps for enjoying the outdoors in any weather. In the back there is a firepit and even a little putting area. You will love this place!
