Located in Westlake, Daly City (By Olympic Golf Course) . * Master Bedroom with queen bed * Second Bedroom with queen bed * One sofa bed in the living room * On site laundry facility * Free on Street parking * 15 minute walk to Westlake Shop This cozy house is perfect for enjoying what the city offers. 5 minute walk to the Westlake Shopping Center, restaurants, movie theater and commerce and 15 minutes away from downtown San Francisco, AT&T Park, and more. Great restaurants within walking distance (Let us know if you like the information). Primary Renter must be minimum 25 years old and older and staying in the house - ID will be required. Maximum occupants 6 persons and ABSOLUTELY no additional guests at any time.

from the get go CJ and their family made our stay wonderful! From the assistance at check in, to the local recommendations, this host knows how to make your stay sublime!
the home itself is a retro wonder with touches of the past and all the comforts of a modern home. It’s hard to find a VRBO that feels loved beyond measure but this place does! The wood clad walls, decor, mid century furniture and quirky pops of color and pattern make you want to pop some slippers on and sink into your home away from home.
take a bath in the mint green tub, or rinse off in the spacious shower, their are ample soft towels to dry your skin, wrap your hair, and luxuriate.
gather around a large dining table or the well sized yellow kitchen booth and see your friends go to work in the beautiful kitchen with all the counter space you could need! no matter what you are set up for culinary success!

The listing caught my eye with the cool retro decor and I liked the idea (and cost) of staying outside of the city and close to the beach. We were not disappointed! Daly City is adorable and the house was just like the photos. Especially loved the nook in the kitchen and the cool flowered wallpaper. Got some great photos!
Parking was easy and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and to the little shopping center for Target and Trader Joe's.
Out host, CJ, went above and beyond - making sure check in was easy and left us an assortment of snacks. Even brought us a delicious homemade cake during our stay.
House has washer and dryer, coffee maker, was comfy and clean. It was also easy to drive into San Francisco. Perfect for our family of 5. Will recommend highly to anyone heading to San Francisco.

Chris and Yanti were perfect hosts, generous with their hospitality, and available if and when you might need them. Their property is in an extremely quite neighborhood only a 15 minute walk from bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Plus you are also only a 15-20 minute drive from all that San Francisco has to offer.
The property has everything you need for an extended stay, which was our precise situation. Having a washer and dryer was a real plus. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again!

There were 5 of us and all slept comfortably. This is a home, not just a place to stay. Interesting decor and plenty of space. The area is great. Walk three blocks to Original Joe’s- a great place to eat or drink. Recommended to us by the owners.

The house sits in a very quiet neighborhood. It is easy to drive anywhere to downtown SF in 15-20 minutes, and many stores and restaurants can be found very close. You can also walk to the shore and admire the fantastic view of the ocean. The house is cosy and the beds comfortable. Last but not last we've received a very warm welcome from CJ, who offered us a lot of good advices and was always available. Definitely recommend.

We stayed as a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoyed a couple home cooked meals in between exploring the city. Conveniently located to get around town and not drive too far to get there. Lots of awesome photo opportunities. When we needed something the owner responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

This retro home, time traveled to the 60's, provided ample space for the 4 of us (parents and 2 adult kids), plus the space to store our camping gear. It was quiet, convenient to the BART, and food options. The host was easily accessible and responsive to our questions, with great advice on DC and SF.

Great, comfortable place to stay with family
Plenty of places to sleep: 2 bedrooms; and a daybed with a pullout. 10 minute drive to the zoo and beach in a nice neighborhood. Owner lives across the street and was very nice. Noticed a moldy coffee filter left behind in the coffee maker, but not a big deal after a quick cleanout. Would stay here again.

The house was great and the host was very responsive and accommodating. The only thing is that the listing said 2 bathroom but there was only 1.5 (we thought there’d be 2 showers). It didn’t end up being a problem though and we’d stay there again for sure.

This house is spectacular! It's cozy and fun with character overflowing in every corner. The owner is helpful and extremely friendly and accommodating. Would give 20 more stars if they'd let me. Great, quiet neighborhood that is close to everything! Highly recommended.

Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/pots/pans, etc for doing meals at home. Despite crowded street parking, never an issue since you can park in front of the driveway. Just pay attention to street cleaning schedule- something CJ is very mindful and reminds you when you check in.

Funky 70's decor brought me back to my youth. House was clean and as advertised. About a mile to BART station, which was nice. Out of the SF tourist path, but close enough to go when you want. Parking was right out front for the most part, which is better than most of SF.

No where to park.
When returning from seeing the city at night there was no where to park near the house. Drive way was blocked by someone's car. Got a ticket the next morning for parking on side street on street cleaning day. There was no where to move car to. Where I live no one parks and blocks another’s drive.

CJ, host, was a wonderful host and the house was perfect. CJ was waiting for us upon our arrival, and the check in was very easy and quick. The house had everything you would want, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything to prepare any meal. The house was clean and had three TVs throughout the house. The location was close to stores and restaurants. Overall, the perfect place for a family or two couples.

Fab retro stay!
We were looking for the perfect place to stay for our trip to San Francisco. This place ticked all the boxes! It’s in the best location - near the coast and also close to San Francisco. The house is in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood and the retro vibe in the decor is just fantastic! We had a very comfortable stay and really felt at home here. The hosts are very welcoming and were extremely helpful throughout our stay. They even bought Easter eggs round for our kids. Just really thoughtful and lovely. Our 5 year old had the time of his (short) life on this trip!

CJ is a superhost with an extraordinary patience and prompt attention to our needs.
Although it was a short stay, we had an incredible time at this VRBO unit in Daly City.
Everything described and shown about the unit is what you see. The living room, kitchen, and bedrooms are meticulously arranged to protray a certain 70’s theme. The place is an ideal for family, guests, and business travelers who want to enjoy the hospitality of the host and the beauty of Daly City surrounding in the most elegant way. Once you make it into the unit, it will certainly make you feel like you are in another time warp of 60’s 70’s of look and feel.
We would love to come back again. CJ - our host is super super great. He was there to personally check our guests which is always a wonderful thing to be welcomed on our first day of our arrival.
And for those visitors who may mistakenly leave possessions here and there, before checking out, no need to worry. Your super host CJ will put them in good hands to be retrieved. That was a case when a working folder was left behind on the night of the check out.

The property was awesome. The decor provided a unique experience while not sacrificing on comfort. A quick walk to the Bart station made this an easy base to the city.
