Everything but the beds! Fabulous location steps from the water, at the end of the main street so very quiet. Owner left us a nice selection of fruit, honey, wine, coffee, and bottled water. Espresso machine was great. Outdoor shower was nice coming back from beach. Very nice having lounges and umbrella already on the [rocky] beach. AC works great. Enjoyed sitting on the terrace and listening to the waves crashing. Just wonderful!

Mattresses are lumpy and uncomfortable. Lack of screen on bedroom door.

Nice location at edge of town (though the tavern next door was hosting a wedding until late!) Great kitch facilities! Wonderfully clean.

Upper bathroom had unpleasant smell (piping appears faulty) Aircon in one room was dying and barely worked
