Nestled in Dromana, this charming house for R 8,501 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This stunning property has an amazing bay view s, only 1.5km from Dromana beach (and shops) featuring a gas heated dipping pool and spa. Other features include plumbed gas BBQ, outdoor dining, DVD / Blue Ray player, Foxtel IQ and 50 inch FULL HD Plasma TV. There's even a playstation 2 (with a few games) for the kids (or even the big kids). The design of the property allows for total privacy in the pool/deck areas and includes a trampoline, playground, cubby house and sandpit for the kids. All linen is supplied as well as basic condiments including coffee machine and tea. Located at 278 Boundary Road Dromana - Arthurs Seat exit - the property is only 1.9 kms from the Eagle Skylift base station and only 5.4 kms from the Enchanted Adventure Garden where there's plenty to do for young and old including tree surfing, mazes and tube slides. This property is PERFECT for families. Please note: We do not allow parties at the property. We do not allow schoolies or school groups to stay at the property. Long weekends (ie., Australia Day, Labour Day, Easter etc) require a 3 x night minimum stay. Whether it's a family holiday, romantic getaway or just spending time with friends, Seaside Getaway is the place to stay.

Property was nice to spend a week there with family especially with the heated pool made the kids very happy as the weather wasn’t the best! We did notice a number of hazards which I think would be in the owners best interest to rectify like the metal cappings on the posts and the down pipe leading into the pool area which is really low and a few people actually hit there head also pool wasn’t very clean which we advised the pool guy as soon as we got there Other then the above concerns everything was good and we enjoyed our stay thanks.

I was very happily surprised by this property. I have stayed at many holiday rental properties and this has to be one of my all time favourites. Starting off the communication was fantastic. My favourite features are the indoor and outdoor spas, the views, a great big back porch with visibility to the pool area from inside and outside, very safe for keeping an eye on the pool. My grandsons were very entertained with all the catering to children’s interests which frees up time for adult enjoyment also. My other favourite feature - everything works and is beautifully maintained and safe. Will be back!!! 😊

Great place to stay for a seaside getaway. The place was very comfortable and has plenty of fun things available to occupy young children and teens. The kitchen was well equipped and house was very clean upon our arrival. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful - a bit further from the hustle of the town but only a very short drive into the action. Awesome view from top floor living area. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

Property had everything we wanted. The kitchen was especially well supplied, glassware, crockery, table linen, bbq implements, air fryer, the list goes on. Sheets, towels supplied which made for an easy weekend. Thank you for your thoughtfulness in supplying your property. You could tell it is a loved family home. Thank you again

the property was in a good spot, good security with in gates and doors, spa n pool was perfect just need to turn it on a lot before using so it’s hot, heaps of space, outdoor cooking area was perfect!

The property was great as we expected. We had a lovely time, the kids loved the spa, pool, cubby, trampoline and foosball table. The only thing we were a little confused about was the pool setting. The book said one thing and the outside instructions differed a little bit, so we just did what the book said. Had a fabulous time. We will be rebooking ❤️

Beautiful place with all amenities catered for. Bring your own shampoo and body soap which is fine with me as I always bring them along. Adele was a great host and very responsive. Pool and jacuzzi nicely heated. A bit of a walk to the shops but a short drive. Love the foosball.

We had an amazing weekend with our family at this stunning property. Despite being winter and having the occasional rain we were able to fully enjoy all the facilities of the house. The accommodation was the same as the picture I saw when I made a reservation. It was a perfect accommodation for children and adults to enjoy together. The pool and spa were perfect on a rainy day. Except for one star, I had to catch cockroaches every day during my stay.

Clean, spacious property with a real wow factor. Pool, trampoline, kids play equipment and cubby house make it a dream for those with young families. Close to beach, wineries and local cafe's and restaurants. We had a fabulous long weekend stay. Would highly recommend. Adele and Adam were very gracious and communicative property managers.

We found the house excellent for our family! It was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need! Our ages ranged from seniors down to a toddler and we all enjoyed the facilities including an amazing cubby in the backyard, trampoline, swings and pool!! We would highly recommend it for any family groups!
