This sunny second-floor, two-story condo at a popular garden complex - provides a quiet, romantic setting in the heart of Provincetown. Conveniently located behind the historic Town Hall just below the awe-inspiring Pilgrims Monument, this comfortable, upscale unit is just a one block away from delightful shops, restaurants, cocktail lounges, theaters, art galleries, cabaret shows, and more! Dorian Gray is kept pristinely clean, beautifully decorated, and comes with many wonderful amenities: • covered porch entrance with wood bench love seat overlooking the serene Bas Relief Park • cozy living room complete with 22' flat screen LED High Definition TV, couch, coffee table, two-person breakfast nook, and gas fireplace • freshly renovated and fully furnished kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffeemaker and new pots and pans • elegant full bath including shower stall with multi-setting turbo shower head and hair dryer • private loft bedroom with king-size Swedish Tempur-Pedic bed, memory foam pillows, 32' flat screen LED High Definition TV, DVD player, Sony iPhone/iPod stereo dock, spacious wardrobe closet, half-moon window, and large skylight • air conditioning • free PRIVATE WiFi • free off-street parking • centralized location just one block to Commercial Street, two blocks to Bay Beach and three miles to the Ocean • half a mile or a 10 minute walk to Provincetown Laundry Mat and Stop & Shop both on Shank Painter Road • friendly atmosphere for small dogs under 25 lbs (additional terms and fees of $100 applys) Covid Update: The condo will be sanitized/disinfected before/after EVERY stay with Clorox Wipes, Lysol Disinfecting spray and other bacterial/virus cleaning products. Please bring your own cleaning/disinfecting supplies if you feel uncomfortable with your visit at the condo. One set of sheets and towels are supplied with your stay and will be washed/disinfected before/after EVERY stay. But you may bring your own for your comfort and security. During “High Season” June through end of September, rentals are Saturday to Saturday only. "Off Season" September through end of May, rentals are 3 night minimum, Bear week and Carnival Week are priced at $3,000 per week. Please feel free to inquire about further details or questions. Amazing accommodation. Clean. Beautiful view and location. Quite.
Property manager prompt and informative.
Possible in the future to have better parking arrangement. Walking up the hill and leaving your vehicle in the monument parking lot was questionable.

Location, location, location! Absolutely perfect place to be at if the center of town is where you plan to do most of your activities.
As for the lodging itself, it's a lovely, clean, comfortable place. Perfect for one or two people. Although, there is room for a third or fourth for a family with two children. The condo is split into two levels, the upstairs bedroom and the lower living room/kitchen where there is a futon for a third person (or two). Everything you need, nice small kitchen, nice bathroom with great shower, super comfy futon in the living room, warm gas fireplace, extremely comfy bed and pillows. It's just lovely, I was so comfy I slept more than I touristed! I was just so happy to curl up on the futon sofa, watching tv, munching and napping!
I'm hesitant to leave a positive review because I want this gem to myself! But, yes, I think I've found my spot for future visits after hopping around so many different places.

We have stayed before at this property and loved it. It is a great location close to restaurants/shops/the pier but set back just enough to provide some privacy from everything. Jerry is great and very responsive to any questions/concerns. The unit is small but has everything we needed for our week's stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't have had a better stay. The location was perfect - a short walk from literally everything PTown has to offer. Check-in was seamless, and Jerry was super friendly and accommodating.

Host was responsive, friendly, thorough. Place was clean, well organized, small but was good for me. Very central and convenient location. Park next door was perfect for my dogs. Parking is a bit of a walk up a hill (but good exercise!)

Jerry's place was perfect. Very well appointed. Location location location! A two minute walk and you arrive at the center of town. Jerry is very kind and attentive as well! Cannot wait to go back.

Unit is very clean with a nicely equipped kitchen. Location is central to everything. Nice gas stove provided heat and ambiance. Also had all the electronics you could desire. The only reason for 4 overall stars instead of 5 is that the outside stair direction can be tricky at the bottom, and requires attention, at least initially. Management is not on site but is easy to reach.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Dorian Gray, that overlooks the Pilgrim Monument park. Its a great location, being front and center of the Ptown happenings & dog friendly! We love it & plan to make it a regular place to stay while we're visiting.

This property is convenient to most Ptown attractions. It is thoughtfully equipped with a king size bed and a kitchenette for light meals. The gas fireplace and A/C both worked well during our week of changeable weather. The reason for 4 stars, not 5 lies with us, not the apartment or owner. We are 60ish. The entrance to Dorian Gray is at the top of a steep stairway. Inside the apartment, the bed is in a loft up another staircase. We managed to navigate the stairs with our luggage and bathroom trips in the middle of the night but don’t think we will do this again as we get older. Also the parking is up a very steep street, a bit strenuous for even 60 year olds in good shape. If you are older or have any mobility challenges, this may not be the place for you.

This condo is a great location in the heart of PTown, just one block off Commercial Street. It is well appointed with furnishings that make the small space functional. We enjoyed our stay for Women’s Week and can’t wait to come back next year!

Great location, perfect for one person or a couple if cooking big meals isn’t a huge priority. Bed was incredibly comfortable and plenty of storage space. Host is also extremely communicative. Would 100% stay again.

This quaint condo is steps away from everything! For 2 people on vacation it is the perfect size. It has everything you would need to make your stay easy! Gerry was an amazing host. If you needed something he was a text away.

Haven't been back to P town for nine years, was a great visit. Location was the best ever, quiet location, good restaurants close by and all the entertainment you need. Very comfortable condo, would definitely recommend.

We loved staying at this condo in Gabriel's. The location is perfect; super central yet one back from Commercial St (and on a park) so it's nice and quiet. The bedroom is large with a comfy king bed, and while the living and kitchen are compact they met our needs. The balcony overlooking the park was a nice bonus. Would stay again.

Small but efficient condo close to everything in P-town. Very quiet, beautiful courtyard, and it's tucked away in the trees only a block away from Commercial Street. Great park right outside your door to walk the dogs. Parking is off site up the hill at Pilgrim Monument, which was clearly explained in the description, and is a wonderful option if you're visiting during peak season bc parking is limited in town. Great if you're mostly staying in town, but we ventured outside of P-town quite a bit so got our steps in walking to the car. Jerry is an attentive host and was a text away if we had questions. We had a lovely week.

Downside was underestimatting the steepness and overall toll of walking uphill to the offsite parking. For our special needs dog this will be a good non peak season rental for us.

My wife and myself absolutely loved this place. It was very clean and the bed was heaven! Almost right in the middle of town made it easily accessible to everything in Provincetown and it was a very short drive to beaches and the Province Land trails. It was a very comfortable stay that had everything we needed,from free wifi to all the kitchen items and a really great shower. We are definitely going to book this little gem of a place again. Communication with the host, Jerry, was also great.Highly recommended.

We had a great week in Provincetown. The condo was clean and as described on the VRBO website and in communications. The property owner prepared us well for our visit.
It is a great location in the center of town...easily accessible to everything in the town and the Cape Cod National Seashore. The only drawback was noise...activity in the park next door late into the night; street cleaning and delivery trucks very early in the morning; and 24 hour ringing of the town bell at every hour and half hour. We more fully appreciate the quiet of our home on the Chesapeake.

What a gem! The condo was quaint and spotless, had everything we needed. Location was great, very walkable and a few blocks from center of town. The owner, Jerry, was very responsive. We didn’t have a need to contact him during our stay, but if we did, I have no doubt he would address any concerns in a timely fashion. There is a lovely courtyard just outside the entrance, with a gas fire pit for chilly autumn evenings. Beautiful king bed and the property is super quiet at night. We will definitely be back, such a great value!

We loved our week in this property. It has windows all around and is very bright and breezy. The best part was the bedroom - comfy king bed with skylight and 2 windows behind you. 2 second walk and we were right in the center of town. 5 minute drive to the National Seashore, which was beautiful. I definitely would recommend this place to a single person or a reasonably sized couple (I think larger individuals might find it a bit tight). Owner was very responsive. Perfect for us, we recommend this property highly!

This cozy property provided a wonderful place to use as a homebase as my partner and I explored Provincetown and other parts of the Cape. The property is lovely and quite centrally located to all of the attractions of Provincetown. Our host was more than gracious, providing us with excellent restaurant recommendations and responsive care when needed. I give this place my highest recommendation.

We had a pleasant stay. It’s in a great location, was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The downside is that it’s very small and could use a refresh. When we arrived the place wasn’t clean enough but we communicated with the owner Jerry and he immediately had the cleaning lady come the next day and do a thorough cleaning. All in all, a fine stay but probably wouldn’t book again.

This little apartment has everything you need for a vacation stay. It was clean, air conditioned, and in a prime location for short or long trips into town. Easy walking distance to everything. My dog was comfortable within the first day, and he's particular. The car park is up around the corner and up a hill, but this is free exercise. Almost everything needed is within walking distance. The owner Jerry is very responsive and a kind person. I will definitely recommend this stay to my friends.
