Great location in Cefalú with stunning views of the sea. Easy walk to the beach and surrounding shops and restaurants. Nice balcony to look out on too. Good value for money overall.

Quite a lot of noise from neighbouring apartments at night and early morning which kept us awake a bit. The bed was also quite hard and limp pillows. Internet was pretty slow as well and the bathroom very tight and narrow.

The view made it.

(We were in apartment 2 with view from balcony) - There was a shocking smell/odour from the time we walked in. The owner/manager said people prior to us were cooking lots of seafood. I have never had a smell linger like that before. It ruined our stay and we couldn’t wait to leave. Dominic did come and wash the floors again but the smell came back and was still there on our last day - we stayed for 7. The bed was so hard, ridiculously uncomfortable and everything just seemed old and worn out. We love character but clearly no upgrades or new furniture, bedding etc has been replaced in many, many years.

Fantastic accomodation with a nice balcony and a seaview. Dominico was always available for any of our questions and was very helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay at Costabella and highly recommend it.

Bathroom could be cleaner. Need better and cleaner shower.

We are a couple and stayed here for two nights-we wish it was more. The view from the balcony is incredible and you can walk across the street to go down to a rocky beach to swim, where there are not many people (one of my favourite places to swim of our trip). I bought high quality snorkeling gear from a place downstairs. It's a quiet part of Cefalu, slightly away from the touristic parts, but also within a few minutes walking to the centre and to great restaurants (we recommend il Faro). Free parking is about 700m away, we left our car there for three days without problems. Our host was very responsive and helped us make a reservation at the restaurant. We would highly recommend staying here!

As others have said, it could be good to have laundry detergent and oil. There was a large box of salt. The rest of the apartment can be a bit dark with windows to the courtyard (although we found this charming) and the washroom is a bit small. We didn't mind, the bedroom and view makes up for it!
