The view is FANTASTIC and plain magical at night. The location in general is great, Pieve is a charming small town with good restaurants and basic shopping opportunities within walking distance. The gated community is very clean and taken care of, the pool is beautiful, refreshing and super clean. The appartment itself is rather small, but well cut. It has very new furniture and equipment. There's a dedicated parking lot right next to the appartment.

The whole gated community with several long term renters/buyers makes this rather an old couples retreat than a family appartment. Rather strict pool rules, bring your swim cap. Bad phone reception while not having wifi by default (we were able to receive a modem with wifi during our stay, though). Terrace is very close to neighbors balconies and terraces, so it is not very private. People there keep to themselves, but are friendly in general.
