Room with a stunning view, comfortable beds and excursions. Excursion guide was very good and fluent in English!!

Staff was tragic (except for the excursion guide). Nobody speaks any English and they are very confused. Out of many orders at the restaurant the staff did not get any order right. They randomly changed orders and food. Also, the hotel is looking quite old already.

The a la carte food was bad. Lunch buffet was okay

It was absolutely beautiful with all the natural pools and rich green trees. The architecture was amazing.

I speak very broken Spanish so staff could not understand me. My phone translator came in handy.

Natural Pool…the hotel is breathtaking. The rooms are good depending what floor you are.

I didn’t like how far and hardly any gas stations for the next 30 minute. You are literally riding through the jungle and safely is not promise. Didn’t not like how high my room was with no elevator. The food is pretty repetitive and not that much options. Breakfast menu is the same. A lot of mosquitoes I recommend you buy the spray before going I couldn’t really enjoy dinner on the patio because getting bitten by mosquitoes. A lot of stray animals run around there. I’m a us citizen and this was June 2021 experience.

The natural pools are outstanding. The food is good. We loved the identification detail. The rooms were lovely.

They told there was pizza before we arrived but it wasn’t true. We asked before arrival for rooms with hammocks and could only get one. Animal access control so they won’t disturb your stay because not everybody likes pets around. There were a lot of flies too.
