Spacious beachfront house on the west end of Panama City Beach is perfect for family gatherings and friend reunions. Enjoy amazing, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, get your toes in the sand, watch spectacular sunsets, and make lifetime memories. Claire's Beach Cottage offers all that, and allows you to feel like you are "right at home". The place to put your cares aside and focus on what matters...time with those you love and appreciating the blessings of life! SPOTLESSLY CLEAN- We have always prided ourselves with the detail to which we clean and disinfect our home; absolute cleanliness is a priority. Our enhanced practice provides a multi-step process of cleaning, disinfecting/sanitizing, with extra special attention to high touch areas. Our guests continuously give us a 5 star rating on cleanliness! AMENITIES- Our home is just over 2,000 sf with 2 large decks, one partially covered. Parking available for 6 vehicles which includes covered parking for 2 vehicles. The property features 4 large bedrooms with 2 king and 4 queen platform beds and sleeps a maximum of 12 people; no "nook and cranny" sleeping here. Soft, quality linens in all bedrooms and bathrooms...oh did we mention, we have 3 FULL bathrooms! Open kitchen and living areas with direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. A fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig and an automatic drip coffee maker, full-size microwave, 4-slice toaster, blender, crock-pot, hand mixer, electric can opener, an array of cookware and bakeware, and glass-top stove with rapid preheat oven. Plenty of seating available in dining, living and bar areas. Living room and all bedrooms have Smart TVs with streaming services and free Wi-Fi. NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, we cannot control service interruptions. Full size, High-energy W/D, ironing board w/iron. Portable Graco pack-n-play (bedding not provided). Keep YOUR things and OURS free of sand, as you leave the beach, with a shower and foot faucet (beach level). Also, enjoy the real beach experience with an outdoor shower (deck level) - - private and enclosed - - with HOT and COLD running water. Our 2023 upgrades will have you wanting to extend your stay at Claire's Beach Cottage. The extra large composite deck, walkway and stairway to beach equipped with solar lighting will be the gathering spot when you've had enough of the beach. There is more than ample space for lounging, socializing or dining. A new polywood table with seating for 6 and a shade from the sun will encourage outdoor dining and sunset watching. At the foot of the deck stairs, you find a large landing with a shower and foot spigot for rinsing the sand off before taking a reprieve from the heat in our updated Florida room. For those who love to grill, we've added a 256 square inch park style charcoal grill, with a 4-level adjustable grate and a rotating firebox. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION... We are within 7 miles of Pier Park, scenic Hwy 30a, and many recreational activities; yet, tucked away from the crowds. Less than 1 mile away is Publix and Winn Dixie grocers as well as CVS and Dollar General. If you don't want to spend hours at the grocery store to get the house stocked for your vacation, Publix Grocery, Fresh Market, Target and Beach Butlers all offer delivery to your door. Dining options span the spectrum of casual beach side to fine dining, several within walking distance. Many local restaurants also offer delivery. This area is surrounded with a plethora of golf courses, water activities, charter fishing, nature and bike trails in addition to the shopping and dining options. We had a wonderful time relaxing at the beach. You can tell the owners take pride in keeping up the property and having interior spaces that meet guest needs. They are very communicative should you need anything. You can’t get better than the porch view and only steps from the sand! Highly recommend.

Once again we had the most wonderful week in Claire's Cottage. The new deck was fantastic and the house was spotless. I always feel right at home here as their kitchen is so well equipped (I love to cook!). Thank you Tracy and Mark for being the perfect host and hostess!

Super clean, big, huge polymer deck that never got hot to your feet with plenty of seating, awesome sunroom with A/C, plenty of bathrooms but the outside shower was the BEST, large fridge, great grill, 2 huge trash bins that held everything, comfortable beds, TV’s in every room, nicely landscaped, and only 1 mile from Winn-Dixie, at the west end of beach where not crowded at all—a perfectly wonderful place to stay!!!

The pictures just don't do Claire's Beach Cottage justice. Its loaded with kitchen everything for a big family dinner! Bath towels & pillows are endless! When you walk in it smells CLEAN & FRESH! AND looks just as clean! Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Mark & Tracy but had great communication with them the whole time!
Our next family trip to PCB we will definitely book here again. You are just steps away from the beach & ocean. Its wonderful!!!!🥰🥰🥰

Claire’s Beach Cottage is simply wonderful, and The Vickers are incredible hosts. From the moment we selected Claire’s Beach Cottage till we checked out to return home, The Vickers stayed in ready communication with us, right down to gentle reminders about garbage days. The check-in process was just as they explained. But it’s the CHECK-OUT process that wins a five-star rating. Who, after a blissful vacation, wants to leave, much less be burdened with “chores” before 10 am?! Well, we were NOT burdened and check out was painless. We even got on the road earlier than expected! In between, we were treated to comfy beds, a great gathering area with plenty of room for every one in our adult group of 7 AND the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had at any past rental we’ve had at the beach! Each bedroom was lovely, creatively decorated with beach themes and neat as a pin! Great storage and closet space too! The glassed-in sunroom became everyone’s favorite place for morning coffee. It had its own window unit, so it was always a pleasant place to lounge in, even on an August afternoon! The covered parking space was appreciated, and there is ample parking for more than one vehicle in the drive-way. The outdoor landscaping is tidy and serene. It put us in the beach mood the moment we walked through the gate. And just as promised, walking from the back deck to the beach is a snap! Great for when we had to run back to the house for snacks, etc. The outdoor showers, yes showers-plural, made getting from sand to indoors much much neater! The washer and dryer are behind closed doors, so doing laundry was not disruptive to conversation or sleep. The Vickers, we could tell, had gone to extra steps to make vacationing in a new place more accessible…like a binder full of menus of area restaurants to brochures on popular beach fun activities. And this unit is cozy and private, but conveniently located to main roads that took us swiftly to whatever location we wanted to check out. We slept well, we relaxed well, we cooked well! Claire’s Beach Cottage was cozy, comfortable and spot-on for a beach vacation. And we could not have asked for more fantastic hosts. That really was the icing on the cake…or as we say in Louisiana, that was just a little bit of lagniappe - a little something extra - that made our grade “A” vacation into an “A+”! Thank you, Vickers for sharing Claire’s Beach Cottage with us.

We stayed here a week with our entire family. Perfect location! Just steps away from the beach. By far the cleanest vacation house we've ever stayed in. The owners were awesome, very friendly and quick to respond to any question we had. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. We had 12 guests including 8 adults and 4 children and we could not have been happier with our stay. The location was fantastic, not congested and easy to get to grocery stores and shops. Great middle location for hitting restaurants from 30A all the way to Pineapple Whilly’s. The house was in great condition and extremely clean. There were plenty of cookware and dishes for eating in. And the outdoor shower was awesome!!! So much easier to get everyone cleaned up in a private space before entering the house to keep the sand at a minimum. Having multiple decks and a sunroom for rainy days was so nice. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and dining area comfortably fit everyone. We have been searching for the “perfect” 4 bedroom beach house for our crew and we definitely found it here. We will be back for sure. And Mark and Tracy were so helpful and gracious the entire vacation. Definitely 10/10 stars!

We spent a lot of time enjoying them. The outdoor showers were so helpful and the kids loved using them. It is literally steps from the beach, a dream. We can’t wait to go back! We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were so communicative and the house was immaculate and well maintained. Plenty of room to spread out inside the house, and the spacious sunroom and decks are such a delightful bonus. Proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better, especially with small children that constantly need to go back and forth. Highly recommend all around!

This is a well stocked house that had plenty of room for a family of 10. The location is perfect and the beachfront property is beautiful with a nice wide beach. Owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay went smoothly. The screen porch is an excellent addition for taking a break from the sun or enjoying the sounds of the beach at night. The bedrooms are all a good size also. We would stay here again.

I rented this home in hopes to create a special memory for my parents as we celebrated their 55th anniversary. It exceeded our expectations and the pictures don’t do it justice. The accommodations were very clean and spacious for 6 adults. It had that cozy Floridian cottage comfort that lended it’s self to a family bonding atmosphere. The beach during our stay was not crowded, in fact we were able to have a photographer take great pictures with no distractions in the background. We enjoyed the parade of dolphins by day and the perfect God given sunsets at night.

We stayed at this house a few weeks and it was better than I could have anticipated! Tracy was always reachable if we ever needed anything and she was so kind. The property is cleanly and very spacious inside and out. The beach is right in front of you as you wake up and was not crowded either even though we went in peak season. This home is just far enough down to enjoy PCB but also have a peaceful time away. Highly, highly recommend staying at Tracy and Mark’s home. It was a memorable family vacation!

The property was perfect for our group of 9. The location, on the beach, is away from the crowds of PCB but minutes from great restaurants and groceries. The home is well maintained and very clean. The hosts stayed in contact all week and were minutes away if we needed anything. If we go back to PCB, this property will be our first choice.

We had the best week at claires cottage. Everything was as described. It is in a perfect location right outside of the hustle and bustle. Tracy and mark are both extremely nice and always available if anything was too happen. We loved the back deck, sunroom, and outside shower. We would 100% stay here again.

My family of 4, along with my friend and her two children, just stayed for a week at Claire’s Beach Cottage. We couldn’t have been happier! This house is meticulously taken care of and so well maintained. The cleanliness was impeccable. I was also impressed that this property had all the comforts of home; from a well stocked kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and comfortable beds and with soft sheets. And you cannot beat this location! Close enough to enjoy the neighboring bigger cities, but far enough away to enjoy less crowded beaches and a more laid back setting. The owners were amazing and promptly answered any questions I had. There was a minor problem with the oven and the owner was there within 5 minutes and happily fixed it. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay again if I return.

We could not be happier about our stay at Claire's Beach Cottage! We have been going to PCB every year for the last 10 years and this is hands down the BEST property we have stayed in. Here are just a few reasons why it was one of the best houses: 1. Clean! This house was immaculate. We didn't see a speck of dirt or dust anywhere. 2. Spacious! We were traveling with our 6 kids, our daughter's fiance and our 3 nieces and nephews. The house had plenty of room for all of us without us feeling like we were right on top of one another. 3. Location! You can't get a better location in PCB. Literally steps from the ocean and far enough from the pier that the beaches weren't crowded at all. 4. Service! Mark and Tracy are the owners that guests dream about. They are attentive, always available and just nice people. They stock the house with plenty of dishes, cookware, towels, etc. It felt like home. We will definitely be staying here from now on when we visit PCB in the future! Thanks Mark and Tracy!
