It was a wonderful time and experience. The staff were so sweet snd helpful, really went out of their way to make things more pleasant for us. The showers were lovely and warm and we had all the coffee and iced tea we could drink. The owner had great contact for tours or getting to the airport. Took all the brain damage out of trying to figure things out. I would come here again and send all our friends. Truly a great bargain and a beautiful place!
I would gave liked softer pillows and a pad on the bench. Small things.

Well located in the older section of Udaipur close to Lal Ghat & Ganganour Ghat. Hotel staff are very good; rooftop dining is great
Again, like other hotels Mewar Haveli have ceased accepting credit cards as a result of the cost over the COVID period; an ATM is 50m away

Everything was very satisfactory. Especially their rooftop restaurant and food.
However, we were not happy with the size of the room. Also, we were expecting the room with 1 extra-large double bed and 1 futon bed but we got only 1 large double bed.So make sure before booking which option you are getting.

Excellent service of warm and welcoming staff. I wanted to host a small bridal shower and the staff went above and beyond to make it special.
They took care of our transport, helped us get around and took care of all our needs.
The room was comfortable and clean and centrally located.
The food was as delicious. Better than many places I have tried in lal gaht.
Will definitely return to Hotel Mewar Haveli.

The staff seemed pretty helpful and helped us arrange a taxi. The views of the lake from the rooftop restaurant are beautiful. The location is ideal for exploring the lake.
I got ill whilst staying here. I'm not sure whether it was something I ate at the hotel or could've been something else. We accidentally booked two nights instead of one and weren't allowed to cancel one of the nights. We paid before arrival via bank transfer but then got charged again after our stay. We did get refunded after contacting the hotel but be careful with this. The room didn't really look like the photos and could've done with updating, especially the bathroom.

great views over the lake. perfect for sunset. staff is friendly and food was tasty. facilities were clean and the vibe of the place was positive and pleasant.
Live music went on a bit later than I would have liked but it is winter holidays and a lot of tourists in town so this is understandable.

Location is very convenient , right beside Lake 'Pichola' in the middle of the market area . City palace was 5 minutes walk from the property . Jagmandir is 2 mints walk . We could see 'Bagoro Ki Haveli' from the hotel room . Rooftop restaurant was beautiful and offers an amazing lake view . Staffs are warm . Hotel manager helped us getting a car to visit Chittorgarh Fort in reasonable rate during peak season of Dec . We are really thankful to him . He was warm and helpful . Property was well maintained well decorated and a plus is it has elevator .
We booked delux Lake View A/C room and paid a fair amount for that . But the room we were provided was too congested , it will be hardly of 10ft by 8 ft room . Bathroom was too small to use . Lake was somehow visible from a corner of the window but it was basically a road view room. Drinking water wasn't provided until we asked and staff came up with water in a open jug first after asking , we had to ask for bottled water further . Although we were not charged for the same while checking out but in a standard hotel of an international destination it wasn't expected .
