Good location, nice Alfonso, but in general apartments ratio could be not more than 7.
Huge noise from street, smell of "old house without ventilation", terrible bed.

The superfriendly and helpfull host. It's a beautiful typical building and appartement, all very clean. Also very easy to reach and a fast service. It's so close by the center of Jerez. If we go to Jerez again, we will definitly book here. Thanks!

Excellent central location on a mostly residential street near everything. Facility is comfortable with its quirks like the pretty antique glass windows aren’t soundproof nor energy efficient but that’s to be expected in a nice older building with lovely balconies on fragrant orange blossom trees. Owner Alfonso is very hospitable. Great value.

Great value for money, Alfonso was a great host, met us at the door and helped us find parking. Central location, appreciated the restaurant recommendations.
Bathroom could be closed off from the rest of the apartment.
Not to do with the place but Alcazar closed at 2pm on Tuesday when it was meant to be open to 5.30pm!

the architecture of it and the details of the whole building give a very comfy atmosphere: the high sealing, the small balconies, the plants, the stone wall and all the details. Alfonso is very welcoming and helpful. the location is also perfect!

Amazing place! Apartment has everything required for a confortable stay in Jerez. Host was also friendly and accommodated some last minute requests.

Alfonso was a great host and the apartment was perfect, very close to bars, restaurants and the old town, will definitely go back and stay again

Location, parking, room size, owner welcome, room style.
As to say something they can improve, I would not have a coker spaniel at the main entrance. Not a problem for me but it could be for other guests. I must say that is the only thing I would improve.

Alfonso owns this beautiful apartment only a few minutes walk short of the Plaza Arenal. He met us at the property and gave us a map of Jerez showing us the sights and recommendations for places to eat. I have to say that the tapas place about 1 minutes walk from his location was exceptional. Everything was clean, very comfortable and value for money. Parking was in an underground car park only a few minutes walk from the apartment and only 5 euros a day (provided you register on their app). We only stayed for 24 hours but the location and apartment were perfect for our needs.
Nothing to complain or provide negative comment on.

The apartment is very close to the historical centre, the major sightseeing objects, the railway and the bus stations. It is decorated in the authentic soanish style. The host is very friendly and very helpful.
The wooden wall between the sleeping rooms ara very thin, as well as the wall between one of the sleeping room and the bathroom.
