Located in Surfside Beach, this attractive house for R 7,255 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This vacation beach house is located just a short 3 minute walk to the ocean in Ocean Lakes Campground in Myrtle Beach. We own multiple properties within the community - please ask us about newly renovated site D6. We take pride in our homes, keep them well maintained and clean for our renters. Once inside you’ll notice the beautifully decorated living and dining areas. The cooking-friendly kitchen has plenty of counter-space and is complete with everything you’ll need to prepare your own meals, or you may instead prefer to prepare your meals outside on the gas-grill with propane provided. There is indoor dining seating for 10+ additional outdoor dining for 10 if you’d rather enjoy your meals while taking in the warmth of the sun. We've also furnished our home with a baby gate, portable crib and high-chair should you need them. Our home has free Wi-Fi and expanded cable for all televisions. There is a washer and dryer with detergent provided. 3 Bathrooms - (1) on lower level, (2) on upper. Bedroom 1 - Lower level. Private bathroom. Queen bed, TV. Sleeps 2. Bedroom 2 - Upper level. This award-winning, family-oriented, resort community is located on one-mile of beautiful ocean frontage with plenty of beach space for all. This gated-community offers its own 24-hour security force, several food/snack/ice cream bars, (5) swimming pools (including one that is indoors and heated!) and multiple fishing lakes (no license required!). Ocean Lakes has a full recreation staff that schedule many daily activities for the guests, please be sure to pickup a event schedule upon arrival. There are also numerous other activities available for both the kids and the adults; including basketball, arcade, putt-putt, Bingo, shuffleboard and more. With the added security of life guards at each pool, 24-hr guards at the entrance gates, 24-hr security patrols, 'Quiet Hours' from 11pm - 7am, and a 10 mph vehicle speed limit this community is a very safe vacation destination for your whole family. The resort is golf-cart friendly as they make for quick and easy access to all of the amenities within the resort and are just plain fun to drive around with your family! In spite of some bad weather my family & I managed to make it a fun weekend in the Ocean Lakes community. This home was great and accommodated our family easily (6 adults, 2 children but could have had more). We loved the decorations, and it was nice & clean when we arrived. Bedrooms were made up and ready for us which was a big plus. The kitchen had most of the basic essentials to meet all our needs and appliances were clean and ready for use. The property owner was amazing to work with and very customer oriented. I would highly recommend this property...I will definitely be making future reservations 😎!

The photos of the property don’t do justice until you see this beautiful home in person. Spacious housing, beautifully decorated and easy access to the home owner via cell phone in the event should you have any issues or concerns about the house. Excellent choice to spend your vacation rental time in.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house at Ocean Lakes. The house was very roomy and close to the beach. The golf cart was a bonus. The batteries were dead, but the property owner had them come pick it up and fix it with no problem. The property owner was very good to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed during Halloween weekend. The house had great location on a none busy road in Ocean Lakes. We had plenty of room for the 3 different families that went. The owner was very easy to deal with, answered all questions quickly. We will definitely rent the house again.

We went for our anniversary and son’s first beach trip. The owner was very helpful, always available, and responsive. We had no issues at all and it was a short walk to the beach! Big enough to fit our entire of family! Only complaint was it was not cleaned well before arriving the floors were sandy and dirty. Other than that we loved it!

Owner, Bo St. Peter, made it easy for our arrival and use. He is very responsive to your inquiries, especially prior to and during your stay. He had Ocean Lakes send us the Parking Pass application ahead of the reservation date, making our entry to Ocean Lakes much easier compared to our previous 3-4 stays. The key-less entry to the house is a wonderful plus. We rented Bo's golf cart, saving us money during the prime time rental period. We would rent his property again.

Bo was great to work with. Very informative and just all around on top of things! Communication is a plus for me and Bo did just that! Would recommend this property to anyone and we will hopefully be down again in a few years when the grandkids are a little older!

Just came back from a week's stay at this property. It is a great house for a large family. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you would need. It is about a 3 minute walk to the beach. The landlord is super easy to work with and responds to questions immediately. We will definitely rent this house again in the future.

The day of arrival the owner text me and told me there was a hole in the ceiling in the living room. , if it rained the ceiling would leak water and you will need to use a bucket. There was a hole in the livingroom it did rain and we were watching the water come down, basically it was raining in the livingroom. There was also debri coming down from the ceiling. The bedroom upstairs when you walked around on it seeped water. The house was dirty. The pictures showed that the outside balcony was covered. It was not. It looked like it was all torn up. You could not sit outside in the rain or else you would get wet. The pictures are deceiving. This house should not be rented to anyone until the ceiling is fixed. It is a health and safety hazard. Very disappointed in the owner.

This was a family trip so the only time we left ocean lakes was where we did a pick up order for groceries. Lovely stay and would 100% recommend this home!

Had to wait to check in. Floors wet bed not made. No cleaning supplies , toilet paper, paper towels. Toilets barely flush. No coffee maker that works. Porch gets wet under upper porch so stuck inside when raining. Says golf cart. It’s on property but not included. Must rent. Cleaned the whole house before we left. My boy threw up in bathroom. We needed to leave. Ran out of cleaning supplies. Got 85% cleaned up. Guy wants to charge cleaning fee, keep security deposit and try to charge more a week later.
Definitely some more desirable places to stay.
Been to better and more hospitable places won’t be going back to this house
