The hotel is very beautiful, the food is delicious, the restaurant workers are charming. The rooms are not clean, there is mold on the walls in the showers, the rooms are not as pampering as they look in the picture and most importantly the service is not polite at all and not respectful, they talk to each other in Thai and laugh in our faces, a very unpleasant feeling. Employees named SAI and another manager employee named OLE. We have never had such an unpleasant experience in any hotel. The whole hotel experience sucks.

Excelente atendimento ao Cliente. Funcionários muito simpáticos e dedicados, sempre muito preocupados com o bem estar dos Clientes. Quarto excelente! O minibar está incluído e diariamente o minibar é abastecido. Diariamente mimam os clientes com surpresas que fazem a diferença! Um dos melhores hotéis que já estive! Para mim é um 6 estrelas ⭐️

Das beste Hotel in dem waren!

Alles top! Diese Unterkunft verdient wirklich 10 Punkte! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und sind sehr umsorgt worden! Auch das Zimmer war top und die Lage einfach perfekt! Die App innerhalb des Hotels fanden wir sehr praktisch und die Gesichtsbehandlung im SPA sehr empfehlenswert!

Es gibt nichts zu bemangeln an diesem Hotel!

Es entspricht nicht eine fünf Sterne Kategorie Hotel, nie wieder, nicht so weiter empfehlen

Außer die perfekte Lage ist das Hotel nicht zu weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schmutzige Zimmer,Außenbereich,Pool . Handtücher dreckig und mit Löcher.

אולי רק זה שהיה מעלינו בלילה רעש של זרימת מים/ביוב ושהניקיון חדרים היה בסביבות 14:00. המלון קצת מרוחק ממרכז העניינים, אבל אנחנו ראינו בזה יתרון - הצ׳יינג יותר משתלם, המסאגים יותר זולים, קרובים ממש לבית חבד, שקט בלילה, וזה רק טוקטוק של 10-15 דק להגיע למרכז אז ממש לא סיפור

Großartiges Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal und wunderschöner Anlage

Das Hotel war fantastisch. So, wie wir die anderen Hotels in Koh Samui wahrgenommen haben, schien Centara mit Abstand das beste Hotel zu sein. Das Hotel bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Trinken. Mit den drei Pools hat man ebenfalls die Möglichkeit sich gut auszufalten in dem Hotel. Die Anlage ist im großen und ganzen sehr einladend und schön.

Leider sind sehr viele Kinder im Hotel, sodass man im Poolbereich kaum entspannen kann. Der Strand, der sich vor dem Hotelbereich befindet ist leider sehr verschmutzt und wird vom Hotel auch nicht gereinigt, da dieser Bereich wohl nicht dem Hotel gehört. Das Hotel könnte meiner Meinung nach trotzdem veranlassen, dass der Strandbereich vor dem Hotel saubergehalten wird. Preise für Wäsche könnte man ebenfalls anpassen, wenn man bedenkt, dass es in der ganzen Stadt von Waschservices brodelt, die 10x weniger verlangen.

The best holiday yet

The facilities are amazing! The staff are exceptional and will go well out of their way to help you with anything you need. The hotel is incredibly luxurious and sets an amazing standard for a vacation away. They offer a free mini bar which is restocked daily, free evening treats which rotate and a daily surprise from the kitchen which was always incredible. We will most certainly be visiting again!

5 stars resort with amazing attention to detail.

Not enough words to describe our amazing experience. Congratulations to the whole team and Centara! Room, hotel, amenities, service and food. Everything is excellent. Attention to details such as surprise of the day, a birthday cake, is amazing too. It shows that this resort is really 5 stars. The Sunday brunch at salt society is incredible too.

Nothing much, just a small thing. I just want a small light when I go to the toilet at night (or I couldn’t find it) and also the sound bar light is a bit too bright at night so I unplugged it.

Our stay was Fantastic!

Love the whole concept of the property, the interior and landscape. Breakfast spread was amazing. Food is great here too! I came with my kids and they both really had a great time. I love that they have different activities every few hours for the kids. The beach is also very clean safe and beautiful. Soft white sand and clear water 😍Amazing service a warm and welcoming staff. Would definitely come again.

The room is a little bit small for the price. There was a slight smell probably comes from the sink since the layout of the room is open.

we have been living on the island for a long time and often come to the hotel for a couple of days, we really like everything here) but today I came with my child for lunch, they said that the restaurant will open in an hour and I can’t be at the hotel at this time, since I’m not a hotel guest, we wanted to take a walk this time to the sea and back, but the hotel worker is Big boor and kicked out us with harsh words. it's a pity that there are people who are rude and spoil the reputation of a good hotel

Probably the best beach resort I have stayed in in Thailand

Location in centre of beach, local services (shops and restaurants) Hotel facilities, design and comfort exceptional. Free minibar in room was nice. Breakfast was excellent.

Needs a ramp at the entrance for strollers and wheelchairs. There is a stair there, without access to a lift. Main swimming pool has 2 underwater steps up to the pool bar. I, and others bruised my legs painfully on these because they are very hard to see. Please can you put rubber bumpers on the tile edges or at least highlight them in a bright color. Shortage of pool towels after 3pm! Food and beverage very expensive, however everything is available in the road outside.

Centrally located hotel with awesome breakfast, but the noise from the main road was unwelcomed...

Awesome buffet breakfast selection, and the hotel is centrally located - there are shops and restaurants right outside on the main road facing the hotel and it's 5 min by taxi to Central Mall. Beautiful and clean beach with a modern touch.

The noise at night from the main road and the nearby beach bars. We stayed in the Ocean Reserve Suite for its bath tub, and yet the bath tub drainage sink was not working properly until the plumber came by 3 times to fix it.
