The street site was a bit noisy. But not a problem for a stop over.

Great location

The hotel was very easy to get to from Biarritz airport (number 3 bus, just a couple of euros). There was a bus stop about 3 minutes' away from the hotel. We checked in around 4pm and Celine was on hand to greet us. My sister is studying French and Celine was very patient, allowing her the time to complete the check-in and familiarisation process in French. The room was perfect for staying in with my son (age 3) and sister as we could put him to bed in his own space and then stay up a little later. he games room was a great addition - it also had beach toys that we could borrow.

The room was perfect for a few days but I would imagine that a family of four may struggle with storage if staying for a week or longer. Perhaps the hotel has larger rooms available too.

The location is very good and most importantly, it offers off road parking which is not easy to find in most rental properties within a short walk of the town and beach at Saint Jean de Luz. There is a supermarket three minutes walk away. There is a laundry on site,refuse facility and the option ( payable } of secure parking at the rear in the open, under cover or in the garage with progressive charges accordingly. All apartments have a balcony with table and chairs. There is a microwave oven, dishwasher, t.v. , filter coffee machine, twin hotplate and vacuum cleaner.

The apartments at the front can offer a view over the park to the mountains, but suffer from a lot of traffic noise well into the night. While some parts have been refurbished, other parts need work. There seems to be a lack of equipment checks. In eight separate visits to these apartments over the years, we have always found something not working - usually the air conditioning. On this occasion the dishwasher leaked over the floor and on our last morning the water supply was severely contaminated. We were charged an extra 80 euros to choose an apartment on the 3rd floor. Tourist tax was extra too.

Location fine and easy to get to from the railway station. Being close to Carrefour, a boulangerie and a cafe-restaurant is great.

It’s odd that there is no recycling facility on site to take glass bottles and jars

Located on a busy road but double glazing was excellent.

The property was as well situated as the staff was nice, the place was clean and was convenient for a family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) I would gladly recommend to anyone

I liked everything the slight minus was prolly the a/c not working (we didn’t need it anyway) and the smell coming from the vacuum cleaner which we didn’t use as well just went old school with the mop, other than that it was perfect

Super emplacement

The location here is the best bit, a 2 minute walk into central st Jean de Luz and a 7 minute walk to the Grande Plage. Loads of shops and restaurants and a supermarket next door (Carrefour City). Staff are friendly and it feels very safe, parking is possible just over the road free of charge.

The rooms are boxes we had a sofa bed and in the hall a bunk bed so it was ok for a couple of nights but pleased to get home. Everything was functional and well organised just a bit prison cell. Balcony ok. DO NOT Pay your 200 safety deposit on your card as I was informed as I left it will be in my account in around 30 DAYS - TEMPORARY FRAUD to make money out of it, really annoyed about this. Use cash or cheque book I would say.
