Habitaciones renovadas, cada una decorada con una temática del mundo. Minibar gratuito que incluía agua y cerveza. Desayuno adecuado, con zumo de naranja natural, panes y tostadas, huevos, fruta, cereales, yogurt… Parking pequeño, al aire libre por 7 €, con entrada directa al hotel. A 10 minutos caminando del centro.
No hay nada que no me haya gustado.

- The location is 6 min away from the main train station (walking).
- The staff speak english
- There is an infrared lamp in the shower
- The breakfast is good
- The room I got had windows opened to the backyard and you could easily hear noises.
- The room acoustic was not good.

Close to railway station. Reception staff were very nice especially one young lady (Maria I think) was very helpful. Nice touch the hotel left a complimentary cold beer and sparkling water in fridge.
Room was a bit dark. I felt I had to keep the curtains closed as my room overlooked a small court yard & other bedrooms. I was originally allocated a room at the front of the hotel but it was very noisy.

Staff fanastic, so helpful. Great location, walk to Old Town, Nuremberg Rent-a-Bike, supermarket and Dokumentation Zentrum.
Happy Hour(s) awesome. Very accommodating with luggage and bike storage.

€15 breakfast promised vegan options. Only thing other than bread/fruit/cereal/salad was a mushroom pate. Defo not worth the money for a vegan. Also coffee from machine was vile at best.

Very nice accommodation! Beds were very clean and comfortable, bathroom was spotless, happy hour/bar/breakfast were unexpectedly thorough, tidy, and generous. Parking for a city location was very doable and the staff was super clear and helpful.
I guess the Best Western sign out front is a little small when you're also trying to drive in the city. But really that's the only thing I can think of!

I arrived in Nurnberg very early in the morning by bus. So I had contacted the Reception before to inform them and telling them that of course I wouldn't expect my room to be ready so early. Instead, to my great relief, it was! I was very tired and I just needed to lay down for a while. The guy that welcomed me was very friendly, always smiling. Thank you!
The hotel is very well located. Only 10 minutes' walk from the station and the Old Town!

Overall worn and not too clean.....but given the fair price, I did not expect too much. However, the noise made by the cleaning crew on a Sunday morning was beyond belief and tipped the scales for me. Will not choose BW again.

The small things make a difference: A welcome beer, a good bye snack, attentative staff.
Very fair price with breakfast included, 24h reception. Perfect for my late night arrival and sleepover next to the train station.

Very nice staff, they helped me out looking and booking a restaurant for me. Staff at breakfast also very nice, prepared my special coffee as I requested it. Very customer focused !

The rooms are no where near as advertised ask gor room front of hotel rooms are not the same at rear of hotel

Location and breakfast is ok.
The hotel is outdated and drastically need to be renovated. Not Best Western standard IMO. You do not get value for money here.

Great area in general not too far from station and close to nightclubs if that is your jam
5 min wallk to train station and opposite station is a massive shopping mall
Staff were helpful and spoke good English
breakfast in my opinion was a large buffet but still not enough variety based on hotels I have been to in the past
