Justifies value for money...

Overall, my stay with family was good. ambience was O.K. Lakeview, which the hotel was advertised with a Hype was not to that high level, because lake was sort of dead like. Breakfast was O.K., choices were minimum compared to other 4 stars hotel. Pool looks like small, may be because of crowd. Omelet making person at restaurant was very nice, he served with smile even though too much rush was there! Housekeeping staffs were nice, attended calls and took actions promptly. A shopping mall and small restaurants were also available nearby. Property was clean and well maintained. Bell boy Moosa was excellent, he served with a smile always. One of the lifts seems faulty as it was giving beep sound most of the time while you get in !!

When we ask for late check out (instead of 12 noon till 1 p.m.) I felt, the way lady receptionist answered was not politely!! What I believe you can answer 'No' but if you are working in hospitality industry there is way to say 'No' !!

10 days in a good quality, good value hotel in Dubai.

Location and facilities perfect for visiting family. Mousa the luggage man is an excellent ambassador for the hotel and goes above and beyond our expectations.

Amazing if they renovate the rooms

The location is absolutely tremendous, although quite far from tourism attractions yet the location allows you to avoid all the traffic. The convenience of this property is amazing, everything is a walking distance of a maximum 4 mins including supermarket, bank, mcdonalds, costa, subway, bakery, salons. The lake view is priceless and you can have a very nice walk around the lake. There is a huge comfort in the location and the convenience. Amazing for couples or romantic trips

The room was so consumed and old. Requires massive renovation. The iron table had disgusting stains! There is no plug for phone charging near the bed The lunch buffet was so disappointing, although they said buffet it was buffet only for the salads and bread and then the main course is a set menu with very limited options. The bathroom in the room had a toilet that was loose from its place, poor lighting, the mirror was damaged. The daily cleaning was not good, they take used towels and then put only one and you have to request for more. Every time they clean they don’t refill the drinks, everytime they forget to through the garbage. All I saw was making the bed.

It was great

The property was truly exceptional and impeccably maintained. This was my second time staying there and each time I have felt completely at home. The staff, especially Mr. Dheraj and Miss Zahra, deserve a special mention for their outstanding hospitality and positive attitude. Their efforts truly made my stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. I look forward to returning in the future and experiencing their excellent service once again. Keep up the great work, guys! See you soon.

فندق جميل مع صاقم الموجود بعد اجمل

موقع القندق بعيد عن ازعاج وتوفر مواقف بكثره تعامل الموضفين راقي جدا في الغرفه يوجد جميع مستلزمات مثل مكواه وادوات الحمام وادوات الشاي وفوط يوجد اماكن جميله في جلوس فاللوبي وعند مسبح وايضاً يوجد ستاربكس في فندق وماكدونالدز وموضفين يحاولون مساعدتك بأي شكل حتى حقيبه لضهر يريد يساعدك فيها ويحملها الفندق جميل واود الرجوع مره بس اقراء الاشياء اللتي لم تعجبني صراحه لو حسنوها راح اعتمد هذا فندق كل ما زرت دبي الله يقدرني على فعل الخير وشكرا

الي يحب يسكن ف فندق هذا فقط يقرى تعليقي يلخص كل حاجه فيه 1- موقع الفندق بعيد عن برج خليفه مسافه نصف ساعه بسياره 2-يوجد ريحه غريبه في ممرات تشبه ريحه همستر 3-عدم وجود تصريف في حمام يعني اذا انسكب ماء في حمام مافي تصريف غير انه تطلب من موضف نضافه يشيل الماء 4-الماء في دوره المياه السخونه غير كافيه تواصلت معهم قالو يحلو مشكله بس ماحد حلها 5- عدم وجود فرشاه اسان في دوره مياه 7-عدم وجود تهويه غير مكيف الشباك لا يفتح 8-الماء في بحيره كدا عكر 9- حوض السباحه مغلق 10-مطعم من تعليقات الناس انه غير جيد واساسا سعره مرتفع مقارنه في قنادق الي سكنتهم قبل 65 درهم لشخص واحد وم حجزت مع الافطار 11-موضف الي ياخذ سياره م حصلته في الليل بس يتواجد في صباح

كلام كثير وافعال قليلة

مكان الفندق جميل جداً ولكن بعض الامور السلبية التي حدثت اعتقد ان الموظفين يحتاجون الى بعض الدورات لكسب الزبون والتعامل الجيد قمت بجميع الإجراءات وحجز لعائلتي ونحنو 3 اشخاص للاسف لم تهيا الغرفة بالشكل الصحيح وعند زيادة سرير لم يكن بالمقايس المطلوبة وأيضاً كان قذرا يحتاج الى تنظيف وأيضاً تأخر في احضاره لقد كان يومًا متعبا للغاية

المكان ليس نظيفا بوجود حشرات كثيرة أعتقد بسبب المياه التي تحيط بالفندق المكان ليس هادئا اصوات طول الليل موسيقى صاخبة لا اوصي العائلة التي تحتاج إلى الهدوء بهذا الفندق

Our recent stay was simply wonderful. The hotel's ambiance, amenities, and overall experience were satisfying. Feels like we were not in Dubai because of the European vibes. The staff, especially Loreal and Athman, were very kind and accommodating, they made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a delightful stay.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were good and large. The pool facility was good. The location is a bit off but for those looking to beat the noise can definetly consider this hotel. The price was very good.

Overall is great .

The scenery and the location was really homely and good lake view. The over all experience was amazing and the staff mousa was accomodating and friendly. We will definitely coming back to stay again.

The price was quite too high as it is too far to travel .
