Fliesen im Bad verschimmelt, Toilettensitz zersprungen, Fernsteuerung des Fernsehers defekt. Waschbecken defekt. Wir bekamen ohne Information ein spezielles Rollstuhlfahrer Zimmer, welches für uns nicht nötig war und dementsprechend völlig ungeeignet.

While location is nice for when you need a train, the neighbourhood is bad, especially after dark. During the day its okay.

I liked the proximity to St. Charles station, the staff was extremely helpful, and the breakfast was great. They will look after your bags if you're sticking around Marseille waiting for a departure later in the day. There is a Carrefour right next door for getting any sort of essentials you may have forgotten.

The neighborhood around St. Charles can be a bit rough, but that is not the fault of the property.

La ubicación estaba al lado de la estación y como teníamos que coger el tren nos fue muy bien

Otelin konumu tek kelime ile mükemmel. Tren garına 2 dk uzaklıktasınız ve civarı gezmek istiyorsanız uzun mesafe trenleri ve otobüsleri buradan kalkıyor. Metro durağı da var tabi ki M1 ve M2 hatları için. Havalimanı shuttları da buradan kalkıyor genelde her 10 dkda bir. Ayrıca araç kiralama opsiyonu da var. (Biz Avignon ve Nice'e buradan otobüsle gidip geldik çok rahat ettik) Otelin hemen yanında gece 10a kadar açık Carrefour var. Kahvaltısı Avrupa standartlarına göre gayet yeterli.

Oda ilave yataklı 3 kişi için küçük ama biz sorun etmedik. Otelin çevresi çok iyi değil ancak Marsilya hatta artık Fransa'nın geneli bu durumda ve İstanbul'da yaşıyorsanız çok da abartılacak bir durum değil.
