Ideally located hotel and well priced.

Ideal location for exploring Odaiba, access to rail and to the International Cruise Terminal. The main hotel is quite beautiful.

We're not fans of a shower being in the bath, but is just indicative of the age of the building.

Wir würden wiederkommen

Wir verbrachten zu Anfang und zum Ende unserer Japanreise insgesamt acht Nächte im Hotel. Ein Taxi vom Haneda Airport braucht ca. 20 Minuten und kostet ca. 5.000 Yen. Uns gefiel die ruhigere, jedoch nicht abgelegene Lage in Odaiba. Das Hotel wird vielfach von Reisegruppen als vorübergehende Unterkunft genutzt. Dadurch herrscht ein ständiges Kommen und Gehen. Das Hotel ist sicher kein Grand Hotel, wie der Name suggeriert, aber es ist ein ordentliches 4-Sterne Hotel. Sehr schön ist die Bar im 30. Stock.

Weniger angenehm war das morgendliche Chaos vor und während des Frühstücks. Das Hotel ist dem täglichen Ansturm der Gäste nicht gewachsen. Wartezeiten von bis zu 30 Minuten sind möglich. Das Restaurant Incontro möchten wir nicht weiterempfehlen.

Buena elección para una estancia en Tokyo

El hotel está en general bien ubicado (aunque hay que coger todos los días un tren de 7 paradas para llegar a Shinbashi y de allí ya enlazar con los planes que cada uno tenga). El hotel es muy alto y las vistas son muy bonitas desde la habitación. Hay además varios restaurantes en la última planta, además de un bar donde poder tomar una copa con una vistas preciosas de la noche de Tokyo (y donde se puede también comer/cenar). El desayuno está bastante bien también. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y confortables, además de limpias, aunque sí que se empieza a notar un tanto antiguo (aunque muy bien mantenido).

- 준신축급으로 잘 관리되고 깨끗한 시설과 객실 - 직원들도 친절하고 기본적으로 영어가능, 한국어 가능하신 직원분도 있음 - 유리카모메 역, 덱스, 다이바시티, 해변공원 다 도보 5분 이내거리라 다이바 내에서는 완전 요충지에 위치 - 로손, 약국 등 편의시설도 바로 연결되어 있음

- 수영장과 피트니스 클럽이 유료 이용인 점 (2,200엔) - 오다이바라는 위치 상 한계 (호텔의 문제는 아님)

Un buen hotel bonito, tranquilo y cómodo

El hotel es precioso. En tren, con la SUICA, se llega al centro (Daiba-Shimbashi son unas 7 estaciones y desde allí a cualquier parte). Es un hotel tranquilo, personal muy amable y servicial. Nos subieron las maletas a la habitación. También gestionaron el transporte de nuestras maletas con la empresa ‘Yamato’ (Kuro neko). Cerca tiene varios centros comerciales y, justo debajo del hotel, un Lawson (tiende cita de comida) que nos vino muy bien. Tiene escaleras mecánicas directas al tren. Las vistas de la bahía son impresionantes desde la habitación.

El hotel tiene habitaciones grandes y te dan un montón de utensilios útiles para el baño, pero he de poner un poco negativo que la cama me resultó un poco más dura de lo normal. Aún así creo que es un gran hotel en todos los sentidos.

A fabulous location particularly while waiting for cruise ship. Very close to train system, and within walking distance

Extremely well appointed. Very comfortable. Even had PJs on bed for our use. Garden restaurant was a bit pricey but food was very good. Service was impeccable

Wouldn’t book again, there are better places for the money you will spend here

Location is out of the way, but is good if you are moving onto a cruise. The hotel only seems to have one bar in it, which given the size of the hotel seems odd, and you will have to wait to get a seat as it’s not a big bar again given the size of the hotel.

We stayed in three different hotels (Tokyo / Kyoto & Osaka) before we arrived at the Grand Nikko, and of all the hotels we stayed in I found the staff here genuinely rude and disinterested, and this was the only 5 star hotel we stayed in during our trip. Also pool can only be used by over 16’s we had two very disappointed kids who were looking forward to using the pool after two weeks slogging around Japan.

Tried to extend a night. First told $400 and wanted to think about it… went back to the desk an hour later and he told us now $500. We then went on booking.com and bought the extra night for $380

The lap of luxury!

The hotel is spectacularly clean. The staff are all more than just helpful. The overall feeling is one of spaciousness and comfort. Every detail was paid attention to, from the luxurious decor, the newspaper in the morning, great lighting, quiet surroundings, nothing was left undone to make me feel at ease.

Отель удобно расположен. Вход на станцию сразу у выхода из отеля. Из окон потрясающий вид на радужный мост, на залив, красивый холл, просторные номера. Завтрак на двух этажах вполне разнообразный. В номерах чисто, есть чайник. У входа в отель - комбини, аптека и еще какието магазинчики. Напротив огромный торговый центр. Мы посещали спортзал - за отдельную плату. На 30 этаже есть ресторан где повар готорвит мясо и лобстеров прямо перед вами. Очень впечатляюще))))

Отель несколько «уставший». В ванной комнате видно что швы плитки пожелтели и все какое-то словно из 90-х годов. В зависимости от номера ты получаешь платный или бесплатный вход в спортзал и спа. Это уже как-то точно не для 5 звезд. Ну и завтрак мог бы быть поразнообразнее а не повторяться каждый день один и тот же. Я ждала большего.

Great location to see Tokyo from in a very quiet area.Ideal for families

Very good location, nice lobby and the service at the restaurants was excellent ! In general the staff was willing and polite to serve the guests. The rooms are large with plenty of amenities and nice view. The train is next to the hotel and in 20' it takes you to the city centre at a small cost.

Mattresses and pillows need to be changed. Our sleep in the beds was not comfortable and the feel of the mattress was very hard. This is not consistent with the general image of the accomodation.

Elegant and opulent but not too costly.

Such opulence straight off the Daiba train station! Elegant, comfortable rooms. Close to Tokyo bay tourist sights. Gorgeous staff. Just an easy stay. Thanks Grand Nikko.

We didn't use any facilities like gym or restaurants, so can't comment.

Wonderful experience

We were suprised to executive lounge et all and lots of canapés and alcohol time in between. The staff very pleasant

The pool I was initially not allowed to wear my garmin watch 😌 I was in Tokyo for the marathon so tracking is my thing. I am a triathlete. I had to get them to get the boss who eventually let me. I didn’t have to go through all that drama, it was exhausting. Cept that all pretty good 👍🏽

Great place to be based to experience Tokyo

Loved the location easy to get into the busy parts of Tokyo but there area was quiet

Excellent hotel stay with our family- a great location to see Tokyo from.

The hotel arranged the three rooms we'd booked for family members to be next to each other on the same floor. It was a lovely hotel and we loved the views over Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast (buffet) was very good - both variety and quality. We didn't try the sushi but would have if we had another day! Teppanyaki on the 30th floor was a great experience.

Bathroom cabinets were a little shabby, though everything else in the room was a very good standard.

不满意的入住体验，下次不会再考虑这家酒店。

地理位置还不错，其它没啥满意的。

前台服务人员态度很差，问班车，办理入住都很不耐烦，客房人员打扫完房间没仔细检查地毯上的垃圾，希望下次可以认真检查一下，和其它同类型酒店比性价比太差，各方面的服务意识都需加强，尤其是对待外国游客。

空调噪音似乎有些大。还好现在天气冷，晚上关闭空调也很舒适，要是夏天关空调睡的话可能就会比较热了。

Ideal hotel if you need to be near the Port.

I arrived at the hotel feeling exhausted from an overnight flight. I knew I was far too early to book into my room but it's such a large hotel that I thought the reception may be able to accommodate me. They did indeed, seeing how bad I looked, they offered me a room four hours ahead of my pre-booked time. To say I was grateful, was an understatement! The room was very comfortable and had a great view of the Port where I was boarding a ship 2 days later. I only ate at the hotel, breakfast was excellent and well priced and I ate at 2 of the restaurants both of which were very expensive but you get what you pay for and they were exceptional with amazing views from the top floor.

I was only there 2 nights and I couldn't fault the hotel as it ticked all my requirements for a short stay.

Beautiful hotel in Odaiba

Nice comfortable hotel with a beautiful lobby and some useful amenities close by/inside like a grocery store and several restaurants/bakery. The room was pretty big for Tokyo and had a stunning view. Very close to the airport, only a 20 min drive to Haneda and a £20-30 fare.

For a short stay it’s fine, but longer than a few days you may get annoyed with the relatively remote location. In Odaiba itself there’s shopping and restaurants (although many close early, around 9-10pm with last orders an hour before). To get into central Tokyo it takes around an hour by subway, worth bearing in mind if you want to go into the city every day.

Location was perfect

I booked this hotel for swimming pool for my kids and they didn’t get to use it as from evening it’s for adult - during day everyone has to explore Tokyo not stay in pool and we thought we would spend the evening in the pool and NO! My kids were so upset and it broke my heart
