Hi, thank you for taking the time to look at our fantastic luxurious holiday home... 3 Bed Luxury Lakeside Abi Clearwater 40ft x 20ft Lodge with your own private fishing jetty, private hot tub, wrap around decking, with lockable gates and built in lighting. Perfect location. Set in 360 acres of woodland and lakes located in the heart of Lincolnshire in Tattershall Lakes Country Park. Entertainment areas and facilities all within a 10 to 15 minute walk from the Lodge. We are situated on a fishing lake (Osprey Lake) with beautiful views of the lake and your very own fishing pitch. The Jet ski lake is a10 min walk away. Beautiful open aspect holiday home, modern contemporary style. 3 Bedrooms, 1 king bed, 4 x full size singles and double sofa bed. All linen and towels, tea towels provided within the price. **Private fishing included - you must obtain a fishing licence to be able to fish on the lake. These can be brought from your local post office. You must have a licence and your own fishing equipment** PLEASE NOTE: You are booking the accommodation only. To access the site facilities you will need to purchase guest passes. Prices vary, please ask for confirmation of prices. PLEASE NOTE: Our lodge is family friendly and we do not allow smoking. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Shower rooms. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. Super clean, great location and lots of extras to make it a home from home. The host Julie was very helpful and always available for any problems or questions. We didn't fish while we were here but we saw lots of large fish being caught by neighbours. Would happily stay again. Thanks Julie ☺️

Lovely accommodation thanks Julie the resort facilities are great in the good weather luckily we had that however if weather not good be difficult to entertain children and some of the staff in resort not helpful and a bit rude but some of the staff were lovely

We had the most amazing holiday, from the minute we booked Julie was so helpful and answered questions so quickly all the way through the lead up and the holiday. We loved the look of the lodge from the pictures but it was even better in person and we were so happy that we had found it. Julie supplied lots of bits for us to make our stay easier and more comfortable and it was so clean. We had the best week with everything on site and the hot tub at our lodge and we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Thank you for everything 😊

Fantastic from start to finish. Booking very easy with very good coms with property owner who are more than happy to help with any aspect of the trip/holiday. Lodge spotless on arrival very clean and tidy throughout. Hot tub ready and waiting for our arrival with BBQ provided for the perfect night in the lodge on a summer evening. Myself and the family will be returning to this fantastic lodge and would recommend for a family getaway.

Really enjoyed our stay in Julie's wonderful lodge. Immaculate and had everything we needed for a short family break. The location of the lodge was good, with lakeside view and in a nice quiet part of the park site. We made good use of the great hot tub. Would definitely like to stay again.

The lodge was so clean and well appointed. We enjoyed everything, the hot tub was a big hit. The view over the lake was lovely and all the geese’s and swans that came to visit were entertaining. The lodge was in a quiet area and quite a long walk from the main entertainment area, which suited us, all being adults.

We have had the most wonderful stay here. The lodge has everything you could possibly need for a trip away. Julie, the host, was excellent at responding. From the moment I booked to the moment I left communication with Julie was fantastic. Getting the keys was easy and we were allowed in an hour early. The hot tub couldn’t have been better with lake views. The lodge was full of amenities such as games and dvds- there was a nice mix of dvds which kept the kids entertained. Beds were comfy, and we enjoyed the Prosecco and biscuits which were provided, as well as ice. Perfect for plane spotting. The only little comment I have (nothing to do with julie) is the RAF practicing with loud jets on the first night over the lodge. Apart from that, fab stay. Thanks Julie.

Julie was absolutely fab throughout the booking and check in process as well as the stay. She went above and beyond and really made our break special. My partner fished all 3 days ! Biggest carp was 14lb but read the biggest in this pond is 25.5! (So will be definitely returning!) no doubt for sams birthday again ! The hot tub and view really added to our stay and we actually got engaged on the last nice - really really special ! Perfect lodge for family friends and romantic stays Thank you ever so much we hope to revisit soon !! Kind regards Jaime and family
