This house was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the indoor games. The location was perfect and central to many different activities. The only thing I would ask for would be child gates for the stairs. We would definitely stay in this home again the next time we are in the area.

Hot tub didn't work properly. Didn't like the way if response from manager / owner (Kenny) , how ever they responded quickly . But please make sure the headcount, first they will say okay and then they will ask money to pay which is not fair. Rest of them are good,

The property was amazing and we had a great time. Kenny was an awesome host. Any questions I had he answered in a timely manner. However we did have an issue our cars was broken into in this area. Please be careful.

I was hoping there was salt and pepper in the home plus more toilet paper and soap for us to use. It was the first time I’ve done a home rental and they didn’t supply enough toilet paper and paper towel and no washing detergent. I didn’t know exactly how to get in touch with the host. The one guy I reached out to said he was someplace in another state and I needed to call Jack I didn’t know how to get in touch with Jack. We made the best of everything and had a great time. I definitely would tell someone else to stay in this house, but let them know there’s no spices and toilet paper in the home.

This house was beautiful and everything the family could dream of for a mini vacation. The host was very respectful and responsive the communication between us was easy and fast . Love this stay and will do it again soon .

We all had a great time! So nice to have the house pool, but the community pools were so nice too! We had everything we needed to cook for our large group. So many rooms and bathrooms to spread out and feel comfortable! Close to all the parks and nice to have Target Shipt and door dash availability. Great spot for making memories in Orlando!!

We stayed at the house for our family vacation - 10 adults and 5 children. The function, flow and design of the home exceeded our expectations and fulfilled all of our needs. The pool and hot tub was a hit with all and proximity to the resort was a 5 minute walk. The home is large with extra room to spare. It would definitely accommodate more than 15 as we had extra rooms that we didn’t use. I would recommend this rental for a large group or “extended family” vacation.

We only had a few days to spend this trip but this house was wonderful. Had plenty of room, including a game room upstairs. Pool was nice for the kids and used every day. Would certainly stay again.

We had 12 guys for three days of golf, the house worked perfectly for our needs. The hot tub and pool were great. Looking forward to the next trip. Communication with the owner was easy, with fast response to our questions. We really didn’t cook anything so I can’t comment on the kitchen amenities. The pool lights were not working but the hot tub lights were, this didn’t bother us but if you have kids it would be a concern. As a note there were several light bulbs out throughout, but I’m sure they will address this right away. Wi-Fi was strong with plenty of tvs. I would recommend this for large groups.

Our family of 13 enjoyed this spacious house. 3 couples and 7 kids (3-11 yrs). The boys bunked together and each of the girls had a room to themselves. We enjoyed coffee on the patio as the kids played in the private pool. The kitchen was furnished with all the basics, dishwasher, blender, coffee pot & 2 fridges. Plenty of seating for meals. Could use some cleaning—corners & wallboards had dustballs and floors left our feet dirty. All else was in order and a good time was had by all. It was nice to return to a home after a day of fun. The resort pool & lazy river as well as small arcade were perfect for the kids. We would definitely return in the future. Thanks for a great vacation.

The house was perfect for our group, we had 18 people total, and the children were able to stay with each other while the adults had their own rooms. The location is perfect for the airport, parks, and other attractions. Kenny the property manager was fantastic and easy to work with. We would 100% rent this house again!!!!

Starting with check in, it was very smooth. The property was clean, the clubhouse area was clean as well. We had 8 adults, and 2 toddlers so there was plenty of space. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was large and spacious! We had 4 separate families all staying in the house. Each couple had the privacy they needed and all the cousins were able to bunk together or have their own room depending on preference. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything needed to cook, flatware, and dining ware. Pool and hot tub were well used and was worth the extra fee to heat. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for helping make great memories!

We enjoyed the heated pool/hot tub, 2 fridges, and large upstairs rec room. Could use some more kitchen items, such as platters, big bowls, glassware (wine opener but no wine glasses).
Overall we had an amazing time, and maintenance was on top of it, when they found out we paid for heated spa/pool and it wasn't turned on. Would stay here again!

We had an Awesome time on our Girls Trip (15 of us). So much room in the house. Kenny was very responsive to any questions I had. We all enjoyed the house, very relaxing trip!

There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and pool use. The kitchen had blender, coffee maker( not Keurig) mixer
Large pots and pans plenty of eating utensils, cups, plates, bowls
(All glass/ breakable-in case you have littles) kitchen could use Potholders and cookie sheet/ pan.
There were 2 refrigerators in the kitchen, only one was making ice,
and couldn’t keep up with 20 of us
So we had to buy ice. The pool area is very nice and had plenty of
Tables and chairs for our large group. Definitely bring Toilet paper
Paper towels and hand soap. (The hand soap provided was the size of a SweetNLow packet)
I will DEFINITELY rent here again!

at 12:53 the water in upstairs bathtub would not turn off- the valve was stripped- we contacted the property manager by phone 2 x and 2 texts and then contacted the owner the same- my family was able to turn off the water- at 1:50 the property manager called us back and said he could not get a hold of a 24 hour plumber- the water remained off until 7am when the valve was fixed in 10 minutes or less- We had a sick infant the whole night - were not able to flush toilets and also delayed our plans in the morning by an hour and half

The house was smaller than I expected, furniture is old and in some disrepair. Kitchen has many necessary items but is not what I would consider fully stocked; no cookie sheets, for example. But it is mostly clean, owner was VERY responsive, and my family of 22 people had a nice vacation.

The only thing is the outside tree that is located on the right as you pull into the home has hornets that swarms, very dangerous. Maybe pest control can ride this problem. The outside lighting at the pool area need to be better, very dim at night as there is only one light fixture which need cleaning. Also a ceiling fan could be used to replace the fixture which would make it very nice and comfortable.

We had a large group of family
And friends stay for a week. The property was as described and in a great location close to everything. House was large and room was plenty, allowing a group of 17 room to spread out.
Owner was responsive and easy to deal with and check in process was easy. Home offered many of the necessities to make the stay comfortable for all.

Great house for a large family. Pool was nice size and water park was a big plus. We were close to Disney, 20 minutes and about 45 minutes to Universal. This is a large gated community that is secure and for the most part quite and relaxing. Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

only problem was the pool did not heat on the last night of our stay, even though we paid for it. but still a great place to stay.

Needed more wash clothes. Floors were not clean as they could have been(feet or socks were black after walking on the floor). When taking shower the water wasn’t as hot as it could have been. I think they should supply more toilet paper then they did. The location was amazing and the attract were also good. The jacuzzi should have come heated.

The size, location and accommodations of the house was perfect for our group of 19....we never felt crowded. The heated pool & hot tub was enjoyed by all. The extra refrigerator is wonderful for large groups..

The house was beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. It was spacious and everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The heater for the pool is definitely worth upgrading, it was worth every penny. We truly enjoyed our stay!
