A spacious, beautiful and clean room. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. We would love to come back!

the location is perfect - short walk to a beautiful little beach that was brilliant for snorkelling. supermarket on the doorstep - 2min walk, 20 min walk or 5 min car drive to centre of La Maddelena. meant it was quiet but plenty of amenity. the hotel organised a boat trip for us which was a real highlight and we’re really helpful with everything. breakfast was lovely, just enough for our needs

Located in a quiet area of town and within walking distance of Punta Tegge which was an amazing spot for a swim and sunset watching our last evening on the island. The hotel had a tasty and filling breakfast with several choices buffet-style. Especially liked that there was yoghurt, cheese and an assortment of fresh fruit. Also lovely breakfast/sitting area outdoors in garden patio. We appreciated the practical details of the room hooks and drying rack and kitchenette for example. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The manager Doriana is great. The hotel is a one stop shop for anything you need while visiting the Maddelana Islands. Boat rentals, scooters, e-bikes, and tours can all be booked through the hotel at market prices. It makes things convenient and stress free. The breakfast is very tasteful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Location is nice, just a few mins drive from the main town center and port area. Close to its own Marina and a large supermarket.

The breakfast is good. The room is clean.

There is no noise isolation at the hotel. Even until late night, we heard noises, i.e. conversations, shower, toilet flush from neighbouring rooms. And since there was no hotel staff after 13:00 on site, there was no way to complain about this. The parking is quite limited.

Nicely decorated and comfy appartement , the building was in a quiet street, not far from the town centre.

The staff was super nice and helpful! The room was spacious with a small kitchen. The bed and pillows were really cozy. We would have enjoyed the hotel to the fullest if had come in the summer when the hotel provides a lot of activities.

You have to be ready for general wear and tear. The tiles in the bathroom look dirty, but there are clean, just old.

Breakfast was great with amazingly friendly and smilie stuff around.

I haven’t felt welcomed during check in. May be it was a language barrier.

Great hotel with an awesome view. Breakfast was very good and everyone was very nice & friendly. We parked our car nearby for free.

The hotel gave a holiday villa feel about it. The room was clean and comfortable . The staff was very helpful and friendly. When our room lacked wifi connection, they immediately plugged in a repeater in our room, a very kind gesture I found. The breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious. We appreciated having the water taxi service of the hotel with very close-by pier. A fee of €25 dropped us at a beach on Spargi island and picked us up again . This allowed us to enjoy many relaxing hours at this beach and not running all over the places on a tour. This was pure vacation.

* the rooms are good: spacious, clean, well equipped, complete and cold (good airco); * the combination of offering scooters, day trips and various activities is compelling, smart and attractive; * Staff is friendly (until problems occur).

* The service level is insufficient and hard to understand why. Example; checking in is only possible before 13u and after 16u. The hotel really closes! Which is contrary to almost all hotels in the world, where people are around and you formally check-in as from 14u. Since the hotel is on a small island, most people have to travel a bit to get there, it’s annoying that the place is closed when you arrive after 13u. After 20.30u it fully closes again. Don’t forget your door keycard;) * Check-in formalities. The hotel firmly requires passports to be send by whatsapp a few days before arrival. Due to C19. I refused because it’s not needed for C19 and too privacy sensitive. None of the other hotels ever asked for such request during my holiday trip. This hotel however insisted rigidly, unfriendly, unnecessarily on this. I still don’t understand why this hotel can’t think in the interest of the customer rather their own check-in process preferences. C19 is no excuse. * Rentals: we booked a boat of the hotel but upon the day the reception told us the boat was damaged. Can happen. But they were not willing or able to help us with finding an alternative boat locally. Ultimately we organized ourselves. So easy to do for your guests. But not here. Weird. The staff is very friendly but simply says: “no we don’t do that” * Breakfast: due to C19 the hotel requires the guests to order their breakfast demands before 11am, for the next morning, via whatsapp. Any deviation or extra small requests like extra (or forgotten to order) bread or so at the breakfast is impossible. C19 is their excuse but we know different from all other hotels. Not much service here. Also, you have to reserve your breakfast even BEFORE you arrive or have checked in at the hotel, before 11am the day before. Weird, rigid, not very customer oriented. These simple things are annoying and so unnecessary. * Food: the quality of the breakfast is dreadful.
