Breakfast and dinner both very good

Access to our room via two staircases was not easy

We were greeted on arrival by the owner who was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The premises were well kept and clean. We stayed in their biggest suite as a treat for my 30th birthday. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. I would definitely say that the bathroom with the jacuzzi bath was the highlight of our stay. Breakfast was delicious and we were well looked after by the two young gentlemen. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone that fancies a night away for a celebration or even a romantic break.

Nothing, everything was fantastic.

Really lovely staff, especially the young man who greeted us on arrival. The breakfast was really lovely. The only very slight downside was the restaurant menu. The meal we had was delicious but struggled to find an option for our second night. Ended using your Fish & Chips restaurant which we also liked. The only other point would be that in the morning the cleaners had all there stuff on the landing which looked a mess. We will be back as overall really lovely.

As above cleaning and laundry on the only lounge area. No snacks available at lunch ( went to number 32 very good) Would have liked to have flannels in the bathroom

Excellent food and service

Excellent location in Broadway for exploring the Cotswolds! The accomodations were clean and accurately represented in pictures. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Would definitely book again!

The only downside was the parking. It was a bit tight which made it difficult to come and go.

Really good breakfast

We liked the whole experience, Andrew and his staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional for the quality of the ingredients, cooked well and presented well. We also ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was exceptional another evening we ate ate the Russells fish and chip eatery that is attached to the main facility, the fish was fresh and and succulent. The Room we had was clean, well decorated of a good size and very comfortable. Russells is on the High street in an excellent position for all the village shops and other facilities, eateries and pubs. A walk up to The Broadway tower is well worth the effort and starts just over the road from the restaurant. The village and surrounding areas are well worth a visit.

We couldn't fault the rooms at all and would happily pay a return visit. Maybe in the spring or summer months when underfoot was not so muddy when walking.

Excellant food and location

Staff were so welcoming and friendly, was so pleased with the room, very cosy and inviting on what was a cold day. The bathroom was just amazing! Breakfast was perfect something for everyone, and very tasty. We also sampled Russel's Fish and Chips.... a MUST if you visit, best fish I've ever eaten.

Everything was perfect. From the gorgeous room to the welcoming and friendly staff, excellent food (breakfast and dinner) and stunning location. Plenty on offer in Broadway.
