This condo is beautiful! It's located right on the beach, has amazing views from the large balcony and is located in proximity to shops, restaurants and more! Parking was no issue as we visited during the "off season" - the parking garage space was nice to have. No issues with elevators as mentioned in other reviews - they worked perfectly for us. We love that the two master bedrooms have the beachfront/ocean views and that each bedroom has access to a bathroom. The entire property seems to be well maintained and well cared for. The no glass and no smoking rules on the pool deck are strictly enforced which we appreciated. From the balcony we saw several pods of dolphins out in the ocean on multiple occasions. The beds were comfortable and there is more than enough dining space for everyone, which was nice since we ate breakfast and lunch in the unit each day to save on money. The kids would have lived in the pool if they could - they were down there for hours each evening. The other people we encountered were friendly and everyone around seemed to be enjoying themselves. Marc is a great host and was prompt and accommodating in answering all of my questions. We met a woman at the pool one evening who was complaining of the experience she was having with her rental - she stays for 2 months every year and this was the first year she was experiencing any issues (new ownership). We told her our experience and condo were great and gave her Marc's card. Would stay again! :)

The unit was very nice and over all a good trip, not having a closet in one of the bedrooms was difficult for one of our couples with no place to hang their clothes. We had 4 couples because this was a 4 bedroom condo and the parking was not good for us. Several times we had to pay to park. The unit itself was nice and the balcony was awesome. The owners allowed us an early check in which was great. We would stay again if we were only needing to have 2 cars but not in our situation where we had 4 couples with 4 cars.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. He even let us check in hours early which helped our family settle in after a long drive with young children. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. The beach access was so close and convenient. The absolute best part of the condo was the oversized balcony. It was perfect for breakfast overlooking the water and evenings watching the sunset. Our whole family of 11 was comfortable out on the balcony all together. Parking honestly wasn’t as difficult as we thought it was going to be. We would stay here again!
We did have a few minor inconveniences that were factors of the Ocean Ritz overall and not related specifically to the condo; one was that the elevators were being worked on during our stay which caused long wait times for trips with luggage or our beach carts and the last day the first parking level elevator access was planned to be closed so we had to pack everything in the car the night before. Also, the property manager for the Ocean Ritz wasn’t the nicest when we made a mistake and brought the kids down to the pool area and we forgot our wristbands. We had taken them off the day prior for family pictures and it slipped our mind since we were used to having them on. He essentially criticized us for removing them and told us he would have to charge the condo owner for our mistake and walked off. Thankfully someone in our party got it sorted out.

The condo was beautiful, and we had a lovely time. There were a couple of glitches, TV's didn't work, finally got one to work, and some outlets didn't work. Difficult with 7 women... Unfortunately our stay was during the Harley Festival, which did not know about. It was very loud and difficult to get around with all the traffic, which is no fault of the owner. I would recommend informing guests of that weekend if they are not part of the festival..

The views from the balcony were beautiful! That's where we spent most of our time. Plenty of seating for everyone. Each of the 4 bedrooms had it's own bathroom, that was great.

The condo was great and our favorite was the patio! We really enjoyed our stay!
We were not happy with the elevators. There was only one working so it was very hard to get on. We had one of our family members who is in a wheelchair so the stairs were not an option. They definitely NEED both elevators working!
Also, the parking area is not ideal. It wasn't designed very well and can definitely be a challenge at times.
Besides these two problems, it was great!

The property was just as described. We have been to Panama Beach a few times and this will be the first time we have stayed at this property. We will definitely look into it again on our next trip!

We had a fantastic time in Panama City Beach and Barefoot Bliss was the perfect condo for our family. The condo was beautifully decorated, each bedroom had it's own bath and the location was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 8 had a great week together - this was a terrific place to stay - plenty of beds, baths, big living and dining areas and the patio was terrific - right on the beach and big enough for meals and games outside so we could enjoy the sunshine. Marc was really great on communication and very helpful with anything we needed. We also appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, etc. so that we didn't have to do dishes after every meal.

My family and I really enjoyed the condo. It was as pictured and we were really excited about the balcony (which is the only balcony with fans to help with the heat) . Pros : very comfortable beds , plenty of towels, plenty of refrigerator space, plenty of space to all eat together in and outside, beach items available, surrounded by so many shopping areas and restaurants, owner responded promptly and notified, and decorated nicely.
Cons: only 1 elevator worked at the resort (nothing like getting exercise while taking the stairs so we didn’t mind much of the 1 elevator).
Last con would be that we had to leave this beautiful view and condo.
We will definitely be visiting again !!

The owner Marc was wonderful to work with. He kept us informed on different situations taking place and was available when we had concerns. The condo was beautifully decorated. The only draw back was not enough kitchen cabinet space available to place food items. Pam

The property was beautiful and the location was excellent. We enjoyed being directly on the beach waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning. Marc, the property owner, responded to all our concerns as well as accommodated all 3 vehicles. We would definitely rent again.

The sunsets here were INCREDIBLE - we basically lived out on the huge balcony during our stay. Loved the 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom set up for privacy + options for our multi-family, large group. The kitchen setup is crowded (very difficult to fit everything we needed in the fridge) w/ limited food storage space, but it did have all the essentials.
Location is fantastic - right in the middle and walking distance of tons of restaurants, shops, etc.
A big con for us was the pool + hot tub NOT being properly heated the first week of April and they were very very chilly even on 75 degree days, which was a big disappointment, as we have young kids and were planning on doing multiple swims per day, including nights (it's open until 10pm).
Overflow parking is also awful, so plan on walking a decent distance if you have more than one vehicle (though the deck parking was SUPER convenient and we LOVED having the spot right by the pool - we kept all our beach/pool things in our car to grab on the way!)
The gym is also laughably small and ill-equipped, but as it's not even mentioned on the listing, I assume they don't advertise it for that reason :)

There was some maintenance going on during our stay but the HOA manager was helpful and considerate. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms made it very nice for our 11 guests to stay together. The elevator was quick and very little wait time to get up and down.

The PERFECT vacation!
We, my spouse and 4 adult children, truly enjoyed this condo! The balcony was huge and had amazing views of the ocean! The king beds were comfortable, the other 2 bedrooms not as comfortable but clean and nice! The condo was open and spacious. The parking garage is true nightmare, small awkward spaces with tight corners and low ceilings! The area is busy with shops, restaurants and a delicious (but expensive) daiquiri bar right across the street! The mango daiquiri...yummm!!! The pool was nice, close and easy access to the beach. All around a great condo, great area ands lots of fun things to do!

Some minor maintenance needs to happen in the unit , the room with the bunk beds the bathroom door won't stay shut, the ceiling fan/light combo didn't work. Also, the unit needs a new thermostat face plate so you operate the air conditioner, And the stove/oven combo needs to be fixed or replaced as you don't know what level of heat you are cooking on because there are not any numbers around the dials. One more thing, and this is not against the owner/unit, but it seems when it rains a lot, the elevators don't work so everyone from the 23rd floor to the 2nd floor had to use the stairs several times and only one elevator out of two worked (when not raining) during our stay here. But overall, very accurate advertising and just a wonderful unit.

If there were more stars I would give the property and owner more! Property was absolutely as described great location, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and the patio was divine for coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. The owners Marc and Krista were so attentive and were there for our every need...over the top accommodating! So many great memories made here...we will be back! :-)
