La ubicación es bastante buena en el malecón de Mazatlán, con restaurantes, cafeterías y tiendas muy cerca del hotel.
El hotel seguramente fue una excelente propiedad cuando se inauguro, pero a día de hoy luce muy descuidado y falto de mantenimiento, además de que la humedad es un problema que deben acometer cuanto antes.

We had a horrible stay. The elevators were not working, I had to use the stairs to carry our luggage multiple floors. In our 4 day stay we never got beach towels. They were never available. Employees kept saying they were being washed. There was no electricity for hours. I could hear the other hotels near by with music and entertainment but ours had no electricity which means no AC. We had three little ones struggling. The pools were dirty. It almost seemed someone had vomited and was there for two days. There was also no water. I had to call for help. At the middle of the night the fire alarm went off and custodians didn’t know what to do. They couldn’t even find a ladder to fix it. Took 30 minutes and my brother in law did it.
For the amount I paid for the rooms, this is unacceptable.

The location was perfect.

Everything was nice
The ac unit was not working for 2 days
And they had to move me to another room but they did nothing for 2 days until the ac united caught on fire then they moved me out

Love the location of the property and the grounds are maintained. Love how close it is to the ocean and views are incredible.
The room that we stayed in said it was luxurious, but it is really dated. Dining room is too large for the space and the room seem very humid and had a humid smell. The only great thing is the view. Also the food and Sunday brunch were disappointing, they were not very good and were very expensive for the quality. I rather eat somewhere else. Also there should be an adult only pool.

As is always the case when we stay at the Inn @ Mazatlan, the people make our time there very enjoyable. Our room had a good view, and the staff was both helpful and welcoming. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. Overall, a great place to stay in Mazatlan.
A couple minor problems in our room but the staff did an excellent job taking care of them.

the Facility was fine staff were great .My Issue is the rate Charge. When i booked it was an emergency as my Flight was cancelled and was require to leave the place i was staying. I booked and the rate was to be $180.00 Canadian. I was charge 0ver $380.00 Canadian. Everything was great except for the rate. as a result will probability Not use Booking .Com again.

Kitchen needs more utensils…tongs, paring knives, more kitchen linens, bigger coffee pot, shouldn't have to pay for coffee filters, or coffee

i bedroom with kitchenette was a good size
1- reserving chairs with towels even if they don’t plan on sitting there till later
2- water not drinkable no water offered on site had to lug it back to the hotel
that in itself is almost enough so I don’t want to go back
3- the noise of construction. I know the Inn can’t do much about the noise on
the street but a more solid door would help.

The hotel has a lot of friendly helpful staff. the beach side restaurant serves a good breakfast. the night time restaurant seems to have few customers. We only had one meal there. the fish was prepared well and staff did a good job with service. There are many good restaurants in the neighborhood so this might be a reason for lack of customers. maid service was also very good.
There is construction work being done on the beach area . It looks like they are building a new sea wall. Lots of noise during the day. Especially if you have a balcony room in that area. The kids playground was not open during our stay. Work is being done, slowly, to open it back up. It will be nice once it is open.
