Det saknas väggkontakt vid matbordet och vid sängen.
I vattenkranen i handfatet kunde man inte justera temperaturen.

It's location
Images on Booking.com are misleading in terms of the size of the room.
Mattresses are of poor quality and sofa bed even had stains on it.
Pillow cover was missing.

Otel tren istasyonuna cok yakın yürüme mesafesinde.tarihi ve görülmesi gereken yerlere çok yakın. Ütü ve küçük ütü masası var.buzdolabı var. Su ısıtıcı, kahve makinasi, tava tabak çatal var. Yemek masası ve sandalye var. Biz kendi kahvaltımızı ve yemeğimizi kendimiz hazirladik yine gelsem.yine aynı yerde kalırım.fiyatı zürihe göre uygun.
Arkadaş grubuysa 3 kişi biraz dar iki kişi için çok güzel. Duş kabini şeffaf. Şehir merkezinde olduğu için biraz gürültülü.Dış kapı biz kapalı sandık dışarda kesinlikle dış kapinin nasıl açılacağı belirtilmeli. Check in saati daha erken olabilmeli 15:00 çok geç.

The location was wonderful, 30 seconds from a pedestrian street full of bars, cafes, takeout joints and a grocery store. Easy walk to the main train station. There was a clothes washing machine which was much appreciated. Apartment small, but cosy and comfortable.
There wasn’t anything that bothered me.

The location is superb. Great value for money. Well equipped apartment. Perfect for a short stay with close friends/family members.
Preferably provide lighter bed covers for the summer. Unfortunately the loud cafes made sleeping difficult the first night (we arrived Friday evening). One should bring ear plugs to be able to sleep comfortably!

The best part of the stay was the communication between HITrental team and ourselves ... top marks for that. It is located in a great position to see the city, but see comments on loudness of nearby streets.
The two flights of stairs are very steep and narrow, making it very difficult with luggage up and down. There is no air conditioning ... fans were provided ... and we were lucky the temperature was in low 20 degree Celsius during out stay - it would have been unbearable if hotter. You can open the windows for fresh air, but keeping them open of a night lets in the loud noise of the busy restaurant and nightclub filled street(s) ... good luck with getting quiet sleep before 2:00am. The kitchenette isn't really workable. There is no extraction fan above the two hot plates - we didn't use it in fear of smoking out the apartment. There is no oven ... only a microwave. The couch/sofabed is very old and has stains all over it. The bed and pillows were 'ok' ... just.

Most horrible thing is Property is located on 4 th floor and there is no lift. And staircase is very narrow and uneven. I would rather say, Climbing mountains is easier than climbing up for this property.
We left this ghost house without check in and opted other property.

No staff presence on all days. Online calls unanswered on last day of stay. During check-in, staff present unable to speak English, hence communication problem. Should have luggage storage facility if early check in not possible.

close to the old town
the whole apartment is in very poor quality, the floor even not flat, the worst part is that there are restaurant and bar just underneath, very noisy, this is the picture I took at 11:30pm

Very clean, perfect location close to all the sites downtown as well as the train station.
The ceilings were a little low but not everyone is 186cm tall

The studio was very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful, amazing location too in the city centre with easy access to public transportation.
I recommend this place for everyone as it's a good value for what you will pay

Location was great to explore the city. Bit loud till late because of the bar down the apartment. And in the morning with the shops around. Overall apartment was ok. Communication with the owners was perfect.

Very good location.
Very easy check-in process.
All super clean.
No problem whatsoever with noise.
The bathroom was super clean.
The view from the window to the city was great.
Room is a bit small and bed could be a little better (more comfy).
But these are not very big troubles. I think the stay is overall worth it.

Conveniently located hotel with comfortable rooms. In the heart of the historic town. There are many restaurants and shops around. Everything was just wonderful! Thank you very much for the great time!
There is no elevator and a narrow staircase leads upstairs, so if there are a lot of heavy suitcases, then ask for a room on the first floors.

The apartment is comfortable and has the basics to be able to stay one night or more nights, we were very calm. It is central, close to everything, close to the station, close to the train stations. The only bad thing is that there is no elevator, so you have to be in good physical condition to go up three floors, but that's not a problem.

amazing Property, very good location in old town Zurich. everything was very good. we received a paragraph from the hosts about all the details related to keys.. very clean appartment, new towels, coffee machine…

Clean and well equipped apartment. Comfortable bed. Great central location.
Very noisy outside. Difficult for the apartment to change unless they buy noise cancelling windows. The flip side of being very centrally located.

It was a well maintained apartment and the location was just what we hoped. Tourist attractions were nearby and the station, shopping centre was only a few minutes walk away. The rooms were well organized and clean, also with everything you need for a family on a vacation.

but honestly you should do it as the cleansing is on our price…not fair for ppl with lot of stuff and baggage and the stress to leave the place on time or to take the transportation
also you can hear your neighbors as all the apartments are very close - so maybe be careful or aware about it guys when you book it

The house is clean and just nice for the 5 of us. Instruction to check in is clearly stated and easy to follow. The location is at the central Zurich near to the train station about 7-10 min walk. Shops and eateries can be easily found and within walking distance.
The apartment was on the 4th floor without elevator make it quite difficult for the traveler especially with large baggage.

This apartment was in a great location being such a short distance from the train station and right in the old town. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean and it was a great surprise to find converters for electrical plugs were provided.
The advertising for this property needs to be clearer. It is not two bedroom. It has one bedroom and a loft with a very low ceiling. Adults cannot stand in the loft and there is no privacy or door. This makes the price very steep, even for a city as expensive as Zürich.

The staffs were extremely helpful to our queries. They help us to find luggage services and they even send our jacket which we forgot to bring when check out to our next city destination. They always gave us prompt response to any needs. We really appreciate their endless help and support to us.
The location is also very good and very near to the central station and restaurants.

Apartment was in a great location. Large Coop supermarket less than 10 minutes away.
Like some have mentioned, the stairs could be a bit of a problem if you stayed in the higher floors (we stayed on the 4th) as they are narrow and steep. It could be a problem with heavy and large suitcases.

No lift, difficult to go to the room because the stairs is too small and too steep. There was a bad small around bathroom.
