We loved the location, food, service from restaurant staff and the beach.

Beachfront, nice breakfast area right in front of beach, breakfast included and price reasonable, transats, lovely beach walk. Free pickup and return to Naban Pier. Relatively quiet resort.

No bedside lights, just roof neons. When we asked them about booking taxis for town, they passed us a local number to call, knowing we didnt speak Thai!

The only nice thing in this location is the beautiful beach with clear water and that's pretty much it.

The resort has had its best years behind it and asking 2,000-3,000 THB or more per night is just a joke. Everything is already quite worn and destroyed. The surrounding area of ​​the resort had zero maintenance or renovations for years. I had a personal item of low value stolen and the reception was reluctant to even discuss with me ending up with her hanging up the phone in my face. They probably don't need customers.

Nice room and comfortable, soft bed and pillow. Good breakfast with bacon, eggs, potato, ham, fruit, toast, cakes, juice, tea or coffee. Dinner was OK, but not very exciting. Best dinner restaurant for food and price was beach bar second on left walking back towards town.

Free transport to the hotel was a mess. Told to ring from Bali Hai Pier. Then told to ring when we arrived on Koh Larn and told to go to the 7/11. Waited for 1/2 hour - no pick-up and then told to go to the Wat. Total confusion! Beach only had 12 loungers and shades and was fully taken although the hotel was only 1/2 full. We had to pay to use loungers at a nearby cafe. Next day the beach was closed, but nothing was done for hotel guests. There were 6 loungers on the lawn, but no cushions. Nearby beach cafes had loungers on their property (pay), so we could still use the beach. Beach was a bit grubby and the sand was course, full of shells and coral. Nothing like as good as the beaches in Pattaya or Jomtien. Icecream freezer was empty. Management could make this a lovely hotel if they just made a bit of effort

Everything, we were supposed to stay for 3 nights, we reduced our stay to just one night immediately on arrival. the only reason we didn't leave straight away was because of the time of day. The whole experience was really bad, the room was horribly dirty, dirty footprints in the beds, aircon that hardly worked, strange substance dripping down the walls in the bathroom, mold all over the shower. I have stayed in actual hostels that are cleaner and better equipped than this place. Overall, I would recommend everyone avoid this place.

A lot of beach dogs around ( not agressive though). The coral is dead but you Can still see some little fish.

Run down derelict buildings (guessing covid) and too many stray dogs, rubbish strewn everywhere was pretty disgusting tbh and rooms were like budget motel rooms, certainly not worth £70 or even the laughable £250 original quote....£20 tops just as a place to get your head down. Shower never worked, plug sockets falling out (dangerous).......The list goes on tbh. Good job it was only 1 night stay !

Location on beach was very good. Rooms were nice and clean, and housekeeping was very good.

Obviously COVID has had a major impact on the island and all, including this resort, looking a bit shabby. Tourist numbers are still down which seems to have impacted services. Breakfast was a set plate every day with no choice. Not enough sun beds for number of guests.

I liked the breakfast. The beach.

Some rails on the steps leading 2 & from the room. Bed lights would b a big advantage. For the older person, safety is an issue, re the steps & bed lights. The maintenance of the property is somewhat lacking With our balcony rail was disingrating & very loose. Some big holes in concrete path.
