Very spacious room!

The room was very, very spacious, the bathroom itself was bigger than a number of rooms I’ve stayed in! The balcony with the sea view was great too. It’s classed as partial because there are some electric cables obstructing it but it’s still a very pleasant view. There’s not much around the hotel if you’re walking although there is a restaurant just opposite and the place next door does laundry by the kilo. If you walk for about 10 minutes there’s a 7-11, massage places and restaurants.

No complimentary soap and shower gel.

Would not recommend or ever book again.

Location was alright. Parking on the premises was convenient.

The pool was very dirty and not usable. There was no key to the safe. The complimentary water was not provided daily as described, it was provided at random. There was no elevator so I had to carry our suitcases 3 floors up, was given no help. Neighbours could see into the bathroom, made me very uncomfortable. The kitchenette and the bathroom are together in the same open space which is unhygienic and quite frankly disgusting. There are 6 mid-sized openings from the bathroom/hallway/kitchenette out towards the wild. So the bathroom always has lizards, mosquitos and spiders in it. When the room service cleans the room, they leave the door between the bathroom and the main room open, allowing these bugs and mosquitos to enter the main room too. And since there is a lit up tree in front of the balcony, the mosquitos are all drawn in. In addition, this light from the tree shines in through the curtains making it difficult to sleep.

Номер был большой и с балконом, в номере чисто.

Джакузи не работало. Завтрак если честно просто ужас,кофе не вкусное. Да и выбор блюд.

Fantastic value great location

Amazing view of Cheung Mon beach from the balcony, beautiful large pool, massive room with jacuzzi bath and all just 8 mins walk to the beach.

Стоит своих денег, в целом хороший отельчик. Напоминает гостевой дом

Хороший отель, довольно тихо. Кровать всегда прибрана, вода добавлена, мусор убран.

Отель старенький, есть следы износа мебели и в ванной комнате. Шумоизоляции нет. Так же в теплой стране можно встретить огромного таракана см 5, у меня такой гость появился ночью в ванной. Я продлевала этот отель, в общей сложности почти 3 недели прожила. В очередей раз продления я подошла на ресепшен, администратор сменилась и зарядила цену и с каждым днем поднимала цену ссылаясь на высокий сезон и полный букинг (но в отеле я была практически одна). Последние сутки мне пришлось сменить номер потому, что 3 недели были проблемы с раковиной. В один день вернулась в номер, а сантехник снял полностью трубу и оставил в таком виде. Хотя требовалось лишь сменить прокладку. Забавно, что аренда номера на букинге была во много раз дешевле, чем они мне предложили на ресепшен. Пришлось оформлять через букинг и переселяться в другой номер. Так же у меня после уборки персоналом пропала сережка. Когда я пожаловалась мне сказали, что увы никто ничего не знает на этот счет. После у меня пропала жемчужная серьга и ракушка этого я вообще не поняла. Пришлось все украшения хранить в сейфе. Так никто мне ничего не вернул, лишь разводили руками.

Très agréable séjour

La piscine olympique idéale pour les longueurs du matin même si il n'y a le soleil que le matin .. La chambre très spacieuse Le lit immense La salle de bain avec la baignoire à remous Le balcon avec la vue mer Le professionnalisme de l'accueil

La piscine n'est ensoleillée que le matin L'emplacement n'est pas direct sur la plage. Il faut repasser par le petit centre à dix minutes à pied ou en scooter

Excellent hotel.

Very friendly staff. Spotless room. The mattress is on a platform which is difficult to get in and out of for some. The room was huge, and beautiful large balcony.

Extremely disappointing.

It was quite

The bathroom wasn’t clean/ pool wasn’t clean clean. The jacuzzi wasn’t working and extremely dirty which led to a big disappointment. No one was at the reception in the evening. I tried to contact reception then via WhatsApp and booking app) and received no reply . Also in the morning I was asked to come back at 11 for the manager. They agreed to my request late check out as compensation HOWEVER subject to leaving a good review and using their taxi service to the airport. When I found out next door it’s cheaper I was still forced to pay more as “part of the compensation “ . The review system on booking was not working and I was told an hour before my late checkout “NO review, NO money “ which referred to the 1000 bhat deposit they are asking for at check in. I found it a stressful unpleasant experience regardless of the jacuzzi .

Wouldn’t go again, the pool was a letdown along with the uphill trek after the beach.

The room

The 20 minute walk to the beach that was down a hill and the walk back up 😩 also one of the pools wasn’t usable, the water was green so had to walk up hill to another pool along with some stairs.

Bad

Interior finishes are quite old, dusty and not clean. Bathroom door is made not well so you can hear everything from the bed room. There are many bugs dead on the way to the room at the stories and corridor.

the bath was exquisite. the room was very nice and clean. large balcony, with furniture and a stove top and sink?? interesting. tv with netflix. air conditioning. room came with slippers and robes. fun room. the staff were sweet, caring.

the shower was a bit strong and got water everywhere. but not a big problem, minor detail.

Absolutely fabulous!

The reception lady and staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good english. We got a room upgrade for free and it was fabulous, with huge bed, bathroom. The rooms were cleaned to perfection. The location of the hotel is very quiet and beautifull, its a pleasure to stay on the room balcony and just enjoy the view. Cant recomend enough. It was one of the most enjoyable stays of my life. If I am lucky enough I would definitely go again.

Cant think of nothing. Great hotel. I would submit photos but booking app is not working properly...

The room was very grand, clean and beds very comfortable. The pool was clean and great to take a dip to cool down. The beach is about 10minutes by foot
