Incredible service & such a beautiful place to stay ❤️

All in all a good stay.

View was mostly of other buildings but had a bit of the river. The apt was very clean, the fit out was a little dated. I feel like the lobby was newer than the apts.

Needs a fresh fit out, it's a bit dated.

Amazing views

Amazing views over the river. Great location for the CBD, South bank and train station Clean, nicely presented apartment, well equipped, comfy beds. Pool, spa and gym good.

Good location near Roma St railway station.

Staff at Evolution are very friendly and helpful and the location of the property to transport is also very good. The room was pretty basic but comfortable for our 5 day stay.

Our room was very close to the lift shaft so that was a bit noisy during the night. We also had a party on the balcony above us on our first night that woke us up around 4am!!

Blinds not heavy enough and room way too light at night. Dividing glass screens not able to be moved so that you could watch TV from bed.

Amazing view

The location, the view was amazing, had the bridge outside the door to walk to southbank

Needed some maintenance for example the shower had rust on the fixtures, the sky lounge is outdated had a pool table but could not use it

Great 6 night Stay

Location was outstanding with fantastic river views. We were in 16th floor 2bed room, river view apartment. It was roomy, clean and comfortable with lovely staff. Easy walk to Queens Mall, Southbank, Roma St Station.

Comfortable apartment with great location,views and will be better still when renovations complete.

Property was in good location, clean and comfortable room with a great view. Staff were friendly and obliging and kitchen well equipped. Pool and fitness area clean and great to use.

Renovations to foyer meant hike up stairs with luggage wasn't great but couldn't be avoided. Room servicing across a 4 day stay would have been nice.

great location, we had views of Brisbane River. clean and comfortable

the lifts weren’t working while reception is being upgraded so we had to use stairs which was inconvenient

Good location, poor renovation management

Location is good, in the city. Walking distance to South Bank, Cultural Centre and other top sites. Parking was also handy

Zero communication on the renovations until post booking. Also upon arrival, zero communication on how to get to access lifts, and rooms when travelling with a pram.

Good value, very clean, friendly staff, great pool and gym access

We were very fortunate and were placed on the 31st floor instead of the studio we had paid for as they were full. Lovely views, very clean, well stocked. Apartment was cleaned daily. Access to the gym and pool was a treat.

Parking at $40 a night is a little steep but parking in Brisbane is terrible so it’s about average!

Stylish apartments right on the river.

Excellent location to visit Southbank and the Queen Street Mall.

Would have liked two bedroom apartments to have two single beds and a double bed.
