Custo X Benefício ótimo e ideal para famílias

Muito agradável, bem localizado, bom atendimento, café da manhã muito bom. Ideal para famílias com filhos pequenos.

Achei uma barata no quarto. Tem mosquitos em todo local, talvez devido à grande área arborizada do hotel

Great if you look American/European

Great facilities, most of the staff were very kind. Very good breakfast.

I had mixed experiences during my stay. Some members of the personal were very kind and helpful while others were rude. Those who were rude approached me in several occasions constantly asking if I was a guest or not. This might be ok, if they were asking everyone about this, but those members of the personal were targeting me because of the way I look like. I am a typical tanned Latin-American person. American/European guests were never asked the questions I was asked. This made me feel very uncomfortable. I believe guests must be treated equally regardless how they look like. The Wi-Fi didn’t work properly. It worked randomly.

Great place for a short stay but needs to be improved

The staff is so friendly and helpful, Bolivians really take on hospitality. The food was great, both the restaurant and the room service. The joint spaces are well kept and beautiful

Details missed that shouldn’t be missed in a 5 star hotel: no robe, no big towels, the bed was not very comfortable/new. The hair dryer was so old, it didn’t work

Excellent stay in a tropical setting

Everything. Spacious room, modern bathroom, nice tropical atmosphere (peacocks and a turtle walking around) very friendly staff. We especially liked the poolside restaurant, which had good cocktails, very tasty buffets (brunch on Saturday, grill on Sunday), and works 24h. Spa and pool areas very nice, too. The location is great, very close (walking) to restaurants, malls and only 15min by car to the central square.

When we checking they gave us the room on the old part of the hotel even do we request to change the room the guy who was checking us said there was no room s available in the new hotel even do we knew there was available rooms there

A wonderful experience

Everything was perfect , breakfast was complete, excellent location. The rooms were clean always, The staff , from the front desk to the cleaning crew were excellent . Mss. Silvia Castro did an outstanding job for me to feel good.

Maybe put some kind of map of the hotel so it would be easy to find the pools gyms eyc

Relax and enjoy

The room was was clean and comfortable. Pool was amazing. Spa and massage were lovely. Reception staff and restaurant staff very friendly. Food was good .

luxurious hotel with all the amenities

if you are a solo woman traveler they will (try to) give you a bad room. I paid extra for a green view and they put me in a room facing the laundry facilities. I had to wait an hour to change rooms after a long trip. The management should give women rooms as nice as those they give men.

In Europe or US the hotel would be a 4 star for appearance but 3 star for customer service

The hotel in contrast of other 5star hotels considering the country was beautiful. The garden architecture and setting was beautiful. The restaurant had variety although a bit expensive for the quality of food at the location. American food made for a diner

Front desk staff and rooms service call was horrible. They were borderline discriminating against us. The delay to have service like an iron or ice sent to the room to about an hour each time. The front desk locked us out of our room twice while we were eating breakfast and hung the phone up on me when I explained someone was at the door. The staff seemed more focused on collecting their tip and fees rather than providing good customer service.
