The location is nice, not far away from the old town or traditional settlement how it is called, with cute white houses and colorful trees. Very convenient for young people is that there is a club (Dubliner) and summer outside cinema in 5 min walking distance. Our room was ready for check in a bit earlier than official hours :)

We didn't interact a lot with the owners, even though we wanted to ask many things. It was hard to communicate with the cleaning lady and cleaning was usually done in the morning. Once we were still in bed at 12pm when the cleaning lady came and our room was not cleaned afterwards that day.

This property is amazing, very good location and price. The best thing about this one is the cleaning service. I have been to 5 stars and honestly I have never experienced a better room cleaning. Maria and Jordanka (the cleaning lady) are super kind and I would recommend everyone to choose this property. Thank you!

Beautiful gardens surrounded the building and host was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. compared to other properties in the area was good value.

there was nobody when I arrived to the property. never answer the phone and the messengers. Never tall me the password of wifi. And when I have to the check out there was nobody. I don’t recommend to stay there.

Balcony is quiet, no road noise Beds were comfy and good pillows The room was cleaned every day (perhaps need to get those 'do not disturb' signs because it seemed difficult for the cleaner to know whether to enter the rooms or not). Location is a short walk from the beach. It is the better beach for sunsets, but nicer beaches for swimming are a 25mins walk on the other side of the port. Wifi was decent There is a large table on the main balcony for anyone to use, I worked from here and it was very nice

The doors are bad at sound-proofing so when people close their doors late at night it is really loud. The kitchenette isn't well equipped on the off-set but they have plenty of things to lend to you if you ask.

The location of the rooms is great it is 500 m from Paros center and the same distance from the beach I was pretty close to supermarket and any other kind of stores. The room was really clean and comfy

A very nice room in a hotel on the outskirts of Parikia.A wonderful hostess who responded to any request. A room with all amenities, a terrace, a balcony where you can relax and drink coffee. In the immediate vicinity of the beach. The center is a 5-minute walk away.
