Located in Taupo, this charming house for R 2,939 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Ideally located 3 minutes walk from the Lake front and Two Mile Bay boat ramp. This well appointed house is sunny and spacious with great indoor outdoor flow. Nice quiet green street with school field and playground next door. Enjoy a BBQ on the elevated deck or relax in the comfort of indoors. Large 4K Wide screen TV with Netflix, CD/DVD/Blu-Ray player and huge DVD collection for entertainment. Plenty of off street parking for Boat or car (no garage parking) and well fenced to keep kids in if necessary. Mains pressure hot water ensures an enjoyable shower up stairs and down. Move the table and chairs inside or out according to the weather. Effective wood fire to warm the place in the winter and each room also has portable electric heater if needed too. Swim in the lake, river or soothing local hot pools. Only 5 min walk to local shops: * Dairy/post office * Ploughman's Olde English Pub/Restaurant * Chinese Takeways and Fish and Chips * 4Square * Hair Dresser * Bottle Store * Water sport hire facility Any special requests, only too happy to consider, so please enquire... Linen is provided for all beds in bedrooms, however please bring you own towels (keeps cleaning cost down). NB. This is a NO SMOKING property for the health of all our guests. Special conditions: IMPORTANT - Please bring your own Beach/Bath towels and any bedding/sleeping bags required for any of the extra beds outside of the bedrooms you plan to use. This house suited our family and friends well. We were in Taupo for a sporting event and it was lovely to come back and sit on the balcony and look at beautiful trees , as opposed to looking straight into another house. It was also nice having views of the lake. Clean and close to a group of shops and the boat club its in a great spot. The only negitive was the musty smell upstairs from the carpet being cleaned im guessing. The house just needed airing out. So all in all a lovely two story house to stay at. Having the 2 bathrooms with showers was a plus !& the kitchen had everything we needed Great communication with Stephen also and thanks to the cleaner Hope , for posting my shoes back!

The house is spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean with enough towels, bedding and kitchenware. The toilet paper run out but fortunately Countdown is right around the corner. Thanks, we had a great time.

Was easy access. Plenty off street parking. Room to accomodate our needs. Got to watch the all blacks. Not having to bring bedding and do a full house clean on departure just a quick whizz around was nice. Happy to pay for cleaner so next guests can just walk in like we did. Very user friendly. Thanks very much.

Nice property, well maintained, good location. Few minor things to be taken care of like coffee sachets, sugar, milk were not available at the property also had issues with bathroom locks. Otherwise all good would recommend.

This was a fantastic stay for getting ready for Ironman. The only minor thing we noticed was a drip in the sink tap. Great location and excellent interior.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament and it was perfect as half of the team and parents could all stay in the same place. It made the kids enjoy it even more and really helped them bond as a team off the field. We'll be booking again next year. Cheers

Kids had a blast here - used the rumpus room to play in and we had a quiet space upstairs to hear ourselves think. Think it would be even better in Summer as it is close to the Lake. Some really cool parks around for kids to play.
