there are 2 apartments on the beach side , which are really incredible super

the 2 apartments on the street side are somewhat noisier because of cars and motorcycles passing by if you are unfortunate like us, there are streetraces at the southern part of the island and motorbikes keep passing by with an incredible noise; this can take up to far at night , we could not sleep at all until 4 o’clock in the morning! a concern is the cleaning; despite the fact that we already warned the owner about not cleaning at all under the beds , the cleaningteam was very persistent in not doing that , quite a shame

the location on the beach front is wonderful, we could sit outside every morning with our coffees and have our toes between the sand! the staff were amazing too, super friendly and helpful. there was air con and a good quiet nights sleep! there is also a kitchen so you can cook which is great if you’ve been eating out lots.

the shower is only cold water but it was ok for us as it was so hot every day outside! maybe need a little updating inside!

The location cannot be beat. You are literally on the beach, which is hard to find. The room is very spacious and comfortable. You have a full kitchen, which you will use since the restaurant scene is pretty much just lunch hours. The host is amazing and super helpful. Antonio was able to give us contacts to rent a “mula” and tell us the bus route to go to el centro. The taxis are expensive, and the bus was super easy to get around. A great central location away from the hustle and bustle.

Overall cleaning could be improved.

The room was very comfortable, the sea Infront of the apartment. kitchen tools, drinkable water.

Everything was perfect

I like that it was on the beach. A/C worked great! The owner was so nice and helpful. Helped me with all questions i had about the island.

The seaweed was everywhere and really bad so we couldnt get in the beach. Not that much hot water.

only negative is no real options to eat around the area after 5, only another hotel a short distance away. but you have your own kitchen so you can make do in a snap.

We could not be happier staying at Zippy's! The location is amazing, the apartment has the beach right in front with a few restaurants nearby, the apartment has a small kitchen with all the basic stuff, there is also a small supermarket in the first floor of the house. Antonio, the host was extremely kind and welcoming! The communication with him was perfect. We will definitely recommend this place and this host. We will come back for sure!

Close to beach

The fact that I reserved the apartment on beach in early June and when we arrived we where given a apartment beside the main road the owner was very apologetic about the mix up we got the room we wanted for a few days but had to find different accommodations but good luck finding a nice place at last minute all either very expensive or very bad , the thing is we phoned the owner directly to make sure we had beach apartment when we booked and where told yes you have beach apartment he said we must of been talking to his father and told us we should not of talked to him like we are supposed to know the person on other end of phone is not the right person so after only 3 days of our 2 week vacation we are leaving not happy

Location is great, the beach is beautiful and it's not crowded, attention is great, Antonio is the best host (he sends recommedation for everything and it's always willing to help) , apartment is great with air conditioner and a kitchen.

Quiet, tranquil beach spot. Host Antonio is friendly and helpful.

Do some shopping for food in town before arriving here. Not many eating spots near by. Wifi is almost non existent.

We loved the view. It was a very comfortable place in a very nice section of town. The beach was beautiful. Just as we dreamed it!
