Průměrný penzion, na Znojmo za danou cenu podprůměrný. O standard hotelu se opravdu nejedná.

Dobrá poloha, hezký exteriér i společné místnosti, snídaně O.K., čistota O.K.

Problém s parkováním které nemá hotel vlastní, naprosto nedostatečná funkce recepce, fatální neinformovanost. Jednoduché zařízení pokojů, nedostatatek odkládací plochy, naprosto směšný minibar, kde není vůbec nic a leží v něm cedule, že obsah si má zajít člověk koupit na recepci. Která ale funguje naprosto náhodně a třeba už ve čtyři tam nikdo nebyl. Obsluha ani nemá povědomí, co vlastně má v nabídce, nemá žádné informace o parkovacím systému ve Znojmě a tak dále. Rozhodně se nejedná o úroveň hotelových služeb, i řada penzionů v této destinaci nabízí vyšší standard.

if you have trouble with stairs, make sure you ask for a room that does not go up too far. even getting to the reception and breakfast room requires steps.

Perfect location, good choice in Znojmo

Kind and helpful staff. Excellent location on the main square. Good buffet style breakfast. Rooms were huge.

The curtain was not good enough to make real dark in the room

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

A fantastic Hotel in a perfect location. The service was absolute superb with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful. I will surely come back to visit the TGM Residence Hotel again.

Good location

The best feature of this hotel is the location. Public parking is available in front of the hotel.

Too many stairs. When we checked in no one was available to help us with the luggage. Even the receptionist was located behind a closed door.

The location of the hotel is really nice. The room was very/unnecessary large. The option to leave our baggage with the staff before leaving the city. Clean room and the facility.

For the price, we expected better service in terms of breakfast - we came at about 9:30, and there was no bread left except one slice. Staff only said that they underestimated it without any compensation. Also, not many options to choose from. The number of stairs leading to our room was high. Unevenly installed lamp and some minor things - looked amateurish. Since it is located near a tower with bells, we could hear them clearly.

Quite nice, but breakfast was disappointing.

The whole hotel building is very nice renovated. Huge room, with lot of light, nice view in to the backyard.

Very poor offer for breakfast. During weekend no fresh pastries available (why?), only bread from Friday. Always the same offer for breakfast, doesn't fit for longer stay. Discount products for breakfast....like Pickwick tea, packed up bread, cheap sausages, cheap salami, discount "industry" cakes....doesn't match to the feeling from hotel. No home made offer for the breakfast. :-( Very bad air conditions in the breakfast room, closed windows, no Covid-19 rules.

Great location, good breakfast, friendly and efficient staff. Incredibly clean and spacious.

The fridge wasn't working in the room and I expected complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers considering the price. None of which were available. Also - they advertising that parking is available but neglect to mention that it is public parking and you have to pay for it.

Could not have asked for a better accomodation, will be back and also recommend to friends.

Beautiful historic building in the heart of town, newly remodeled. Very spacious apartment on the top floor with gorgeous views over the rooftops of Znojmo. Large, modern bathroom with rooftop window, kitchenette with fridge and stovetop, desk area so I could work every now and then, comforable living area and comforable beds/linens. Large closet, perfect for unpacking luggage for a longer stay. Air-Conditioning and black-out window coverings, providing for very comfortable sleep. Walking distance to everything in town, several good restaurants just footsteps away. Multilingual, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Paid parking on main square in front of the hotel.

Parking is a bit tricky, need to keep up with the hours when parking needs to be paid and when it is free. Free parking can be found in walking distance, if you are a bit familiar with the city. We asked the hotel for a transport from Vienna Airport to the hotel. Driver was not familiar with how to pick up guests - waited at the departure level instead at arrivals. He also charged 30% more than agreed in previous correspondence with the hotel. Since this was an independent service provider, it does not change our overall positive experience with the TGM.

Large breakfests and the location directly in the city centre allowing many trips starting directly from the hotel

The noise from the town square caused by cars, still there is nothing what the hotel could do about it. That is the price for the hotel location directly in the city centre, it is better to fall asleep sooner so you are fresh in the morning with the noise from cars.

Great location in the middle of the town Microbrewery nearby Clean and cozy rooms Kind and helpful lady at the reception desk

The parking lot on the main square was always full - I had to park approx. 300 m further

Superb

Location is great, right in the heart of the town and rooms are quiet and very clean. Breakfast is quite rich and diverse.

Don't get fooled by the photos, as they do not necessarily correspond to reality in terms of size and room facilities. Also a bit more flexibility on the check-in time would be great.
