Cosy. Comfortable. Well equipped. Loved having the pool and games room on site. Also the field and horses.

Check in later than we liked. Quite dark. Not as clean as liked. Very thin walls between rooms and neighbours.

It was very clean and tidy. The decor was cosy and comfortable, made to feel just like home. It had everything you needed and more.

The only downside is if bringing a pet then you don’t have your own private garden area where they can be off lead and so taking them out to the toilet constantly on a lead especially at night time when it’s pitch black was quite difficult.

Great location, quiet and peaceful rural setting with great access to North Norfolk beaches and walks. The Dairy Barn was really comfortable, a real home from home.

Wish we'd booked a longer stay.

The cottage was clean and well equipped set in a sweet courtyard. Having the swimming pool was great, especially on rainy days and each cottage had one hour slot each day so you had the pool for yourself.

There was zero sound insulation between units. We could hear the family next door. We hardly slept because of their crying baby, the road traffic noise and military aircraft noise throughout the night. Plus the bed was very very hard. Not at all comfortable and we came home early because we were so tired. We came on holiday for a relaxing rest but went home exhausted and sleep deprived.. A nice location, well equipped cottage but too noisy.

The kitchen well equipped with good quality utensils. Bathroom and toilet nice. Nice lounge area and good quality armchairs. Swimming pool well organised system of privately bookings.

The rooms were very dusty, especially wall hanging, ceiling and under the beds just too much dust. The bed in the main bedroom a bit squeaky . No sound insulation, one could hear all what people were talking about in the next room. Didn't see any staff.

accommodation was excellent and well heated, amenity's was also good , swimming pool , games room accommodation was a good size plenty of room, and is equipped with everything you need.

entrance from road hard to find in the dark, needs a lit up sign. check in time in the winter months needs to be 4pm not 5pm this would make it easier to find before it gets dark.

We stayed in the dairy barn for 5 days and it was superb. All the small details were right and the whole complex welll thought out and run. The hosts could not have been more helpful or less intrusive. We immediately felt at home and with the on site facilities being so varied and kept to such a high standard we only went out a couple of times and are in most nights. From the nest controlled heating , the smart tv to the well stocked kitchen you really couldn't ask for more. It's the perfect hideaway that we will use again and again especially with friends . Normally my reviews are fairly critical but I have no negative comments about our stay and would recommend the dairy barn or any of its 5 other plots without hesitation.
